Modesto Concrete Patio Installation

Martin, Owner of Sullivent Services, and his crew built our patio in the summer of 2013. They did a great job with every aspect of the project. We were very happy with the end product – a nice looking patio we’ve been enjoying using. We will undoubtedly use Martin’s services again if we have another landscaping project in the future.

Ron's many years of knowledge and experience in the Industry helped us come up with a plan to design a simple and clean patio design. We were impressed with the details he suggested (drainpipes and piping for a sprinkler system) for future landscaping. He and his crew were professional, efficient, and finished the project within the promised time. We are very happy with our patio!

These guys were professional, fast, and were affordable. Had another company quote me much more than these guys did and the other company was no where near as professional as V Rivera Concrete. 10/10 would recommend! I'm impressed, thank you so much for the beautiful work you did!

Dan, did a fabulous job. He was punctual and extremely polite which I greatly appreciate. I have had extensive remodeling done to my home for the past 3 months and Dan was, by far, the most professional contractor. He was here at the time he said he would be to give me a bid and started the 2 day job the next week. I am extremely hapy with his work! Thank you, Dan.

ULTIMATE CONCRETE OWNER DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE AGREED DATE AND TIME (9-21-2018 3-3:30 PM) TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I'VE CALLED HIM A SHORT TIME AFTER OUR AGREED TIME AND LEFT A MESSAGE BUT NO RESPONSE. THIS WAS A BIG SURPRISE TO ME FROM A COMPANY WITH AN ANGIES LIST "A" RATING. MARIO.

They did an excellent job. They are dependable and have high standards. They clean up their own mess. They even do a follow up to make sure everything is okay.

Halvorson Concrete did an amazing job on my walkway. It was a small job, and there were a couple other companies that wouldn't even return my call. Ron took care of me and did and amazing job, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for a large or small job. He paid a lot of attention to the little details, from matching texture to the existing patio, to cleaning everything up spotless after he was finished. Fantastic job! We are thrilled with the end result.

It is beautiful, the price was incredibly reasonable, and Frank and his crew were outstanding! Frank and his crew were exceptionally helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the installation. He patiently worked with us to make sure he was delivering what we envisioned, and he was always available to answer questions and make revisions (because of our own last minute changes) as the job progressed. We are also planning on installing a front sidewalk in the spring, and we will definitely be utilizing his services. This is the first step in the process of landscaping our back and side yards, so bear that in mind when you look at the landscape surrounding the patio and side yard. We're so excited for what we envision to be the end product. We highly recommend Frank's Landscaping, Inc.!!!

Dan was great to work with, he kept us informed about when he would be on site and was always on time. Everything went as promised. My narrow yard sloped toward the house; he excavated and leveled the area, added a drain and patio, and installed a wall to keep the planter area from eroding. I wanted the wall to tie into my landscape boulders and it turned out better than I expected. He planned the drainage and ended up doing more than we originally discussed. He suggested ways to tie the patio drain into our existing system which we have since finished and it works wonderfully. I couldn't be happier about the result. Dan was on the job every day with 3-5 other workers; everyone was very courteous. Great experience, I would definitely hire him again. I don't know if the price was competitive (I didn't get any other bids) - I have had many bad contractor experiences and I felt completely at ease after meeting Dan. I felt he would do the job right and I was ok with the price he quoted.

Great guys who came on a Sunday and poured the extended patio pad, there were professional, committed to an arrival time and showed up ready for work. They explained the process, let me watch and answered all of my questions. I recommend them to others and will most certainly be using them in the future. Thanks for an A-1 job!
