Cleaned all the windows, baseboards was well done, bathroom was spotless, oven was perfect, they took the time to make the house look clean and smell fresh. I loved and recommend their work for sure.

I've used this company off and on for years. They are efficient, professional and thorough. They dont 27t dilly dally rather they get right to work. Four women divide up chores for the house and you basically get four hours worth of work in one hour. Much better than having someone camp out all day. If I've hired them for an hour and my house is particularly messy they may not get to everything within that time frame, I understand that and give them a list of priorities. If I want the house spotless I may choose to hire them for a longer period of time. I've probably used them about 16 times in the last 13 years. Only once was I disappointed and called the company. She addressed my issue immediately and took care of it

The owner, Brian Bolton, arrived with Teresa, who was to do the work, as she doesn't speak English very well, and I have a hearing problem, so he wanted to make sure that we could understand each other, and that she would know what I wanted her to do..& we understood each other & I had a list of things I wanted her to do...I explained each one as she was ready to do the next one...she was quick & thorough & she did a very good job..she had suggestions for different things & we did great together...she even worked beyond the time that she was to work, of her own volition and refused to be paid extra...I had them come in to help me clean before my brother came to visit, & she worked so very hard to make sure it was all done before she left...she did such an excellent job that I asked Brian if we could work out some way so that she could come & help me in the future, every couple of weeks, for four hours a time. We agreed on that, and she did a WONDERFUL JOB. I was very pleased with her work, not just the first time, but the second as well. I would heartily recommend Brian Bolton, Teresa and Clean House, for any of your houscleaning needs

I could never write a review that would compliment Grace Moving Company enough! They were absolutely amazing from the get go! Edwin and Johnny were our movers and they were SO POLITE and careful with all of the items they moved. They were so efficient we couldn't believe it! Our experience was top notch! Don't even consider hiring anyone else...give yourself time and call ahead and make sure to request Edwin and Johnny....again..I feel that this review doesn't do the company justice..they were FIVE STAR!!! SO HAPPY..

They put me in touch with the person they use for cleaning and we discussed exactly what I needed. Bathrooms, grout, walls, windows, general dusting,oven. We did not need any carpets cleaned as we were doing that separately. She actually left it dirtier in some places than before she got there. There was a thick white film on kitchen counters and windows, a hallway built in was covered in dust and one of the bathrooms was completely ignored. The oven was cleaned but barely wiped out and cabinets were also covered in white film. I called the company on July 3rd to complain and try to remedy the situation. I was told they would get in touch with her and discuss it with th office manager and they would get back to me. It is now July 9th and I never heard anything. We have since had to hire someone else to reclean.
