Recent Review: I contacted Craftsman's Choice after I had a bad experience with another contractor. Marc came out to discuss what work I was looking for. He was very respective to my requests and understood what I wanted to do. I got the quote back a couple of weeks later and it came in significantly below the other contracts quote for the same windows. Warren contacted me about the install and even stopped by the day before the install to make sure everything was in place. The installers we polite and professional. Thanks again Craftsman's Choice, I will be contacting you the next time I need more windows replaced.

Recent Review: Matt came out to the house on a Saturday morning, was very detailed in his review with me of the work they would do and his price was the most competitive. I aslo felt he was very honest on questions/concerns I had and communicated well thru the whole process. The crew started early in the morning for fall mn weather and did a great job protecting the deck, landscaping etc around the house and garage. The crew completed the house and garage in one day, it looks great and they did a great job cleaning up. Mike came by toward the end to make sure the job was going well and he updated me on the timing of the next installer the following day. Because of a job overrun that was delayed one day but was communicated and expected. The second phase of wrapping windows and fascia and soffits on garage in the end looks great, unfortunately, the wrong material was provided initially, since I caught it early it ended up less work for the company and Mike assured me the product I wanted is what I should get and two windows were redone. I would highly recommend the company and others in my neighborhood (NE mpls) have used and I have already told others!

Recent Review: Our egress window well was not installed properly when the house was built, was too small for the window and was not code compliant. Seth came out and recognized the problems right away and quickly gave us a proposal to make it right. I contacted four companies. Gardner was the only company to come out in person and look at the job before throwing a price at me. When the new window well arrived, Seth and another worker came out to do the install. They cut out the existing well and hand dug the hole to the new size. We have an AC unit tight up against one side and a sprinkler system backflow and line on the other. No complaints about hand digging at all. They jumped in the hole and started at it. They laid down plywood for dirt and gravel removed so it wouldn't be in the grass. They worked quickly. The entire job probably only took 4 hours. When they left, they cleaned up and you would never know they had been there. The new well is anchored to the wall and supported on both sides by unistrut. They put well over 9 inches of gravel in the bottom and re-graded the surrounding area to flow away from the house. Great work. Very responsive throughout the process. Fair price.

William and Nick were extremely responsive throughout the engagement and consistently took time to educate us on all aspects of the project. They listened to all of our concerns, presented multiple options where possible, and offered sound recommendations when asked. In terms of workmanship, this company is top-notch. The work crew is a team of true construction professionals who are experts at their craft and take pride in giving attention to every last detail, no matter how small. They also manage to be a fun group while taking their work extremely seriously. Finally, with respect to value, I believe KeyPrime beats the competition hands-down. You may be able to find a slightly cheaper company to do the work, but you could also find a more expensive company and I believe KeyPrime delivers a value premium that even the most costly shops can't match. Overall, our experience with KeyPrime was excellent. I would hire them again and recommend them to others considering this type of exterior work without hesitation.

Recent Review: We had the team at Capital Siding and Windows quote and ultimately replace 10 windows in our home. From the first visit, everything went very well and we were pleased with the level of communication Jeff and Danny had with us. The installation process was on track with the estimated timeline. The installation looks great as does the finish work. The installer, Brian, is a true craftsman. We will certainly be using them again.

Recent Review: The patio door was brought on site the day of the install. Unfortunately, the door and the door casing were two different colors. Since the existing door had already been removed, they installed the door in a temporary fashion that would work and properly insulated it. Within 2 weeks, the new door had been sent. They immediately came out, removed the first door, and installed the correct door. All finish trim was installed (upgraded trim was provided at no charge due to the inconvenience). The final product looks and works great. I will definitely use this company again for other window replacements.

Recent Review: The entire project was INCREDIBLE! Alex Blaylock was in DAILY contact with me to make sure I understood each phase of the remodeling and who would be working on any given day. The work done by each of the subcontractors was timely and completely met my expectations. Alex even made an extra trip to a salvage company to find a register cover replacement! The entire experience was wonderful! My punch list only had 3 items to go over before the work was completed!! Alex did a fantastic job of coordinating the subcontractors so there was very little down time and completed the entire project in 4 weeks even with several "unique" issues that were discovered along the way. I love my new bathroom!!!

Recent Review: A very pleasant experience. While the other contractors gave confusing (and higher) bids, Rick's adhered to the insurance claim amount. The lead installer was easy to work with. While there were some issues during the job (as with any large project), Rick's immediately addressed these to my satisfaction. The supervisor was very responsive.

Recent Review: We had 8 Marvin Next Generation wood clad replacement windows installed. Excellent service during project planning. 4 installers made short order of the work and were in an out in a morning. Installers were professional, took care to protect the house and left the area clean and product was installed very well. I would definitely hire them again if we decide to replace more windows.

Recent Review: After research we settled on Beissel to replace some of the windows in our townhome. The windows were competitively priced and custom fit for our home. The installers were very professional, respectful of our home and did a great job installing the windows and making sure everything was cleaned up and back in place. We were very happy with the installation and new windows and we will be using Beissel again in the spring when we replace the remaining windows in our home.

Recent Review: It went well. The installers were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. There was one large dent on a wall that occurred during the installation but that was the only negative.
