Recent Review: Joe answered the phone personally and provided me valuable advice about our fireplace. We had been told by another provider that does a lot of work in the area that our flue needed to be replaced with a steel flue because of missing mortar in the joints between some of the flue tiles. Others have told us that we should have it re-lined. Joe took the time to provide some free consulting to me about the industry and explained that these are most likely unnecessary fixes. He even offered to review the photos taken by the competitor to determine if any repair at all is needed. Joe's knowledge and honesty inspired confidence. I wish I had contacted him in the first place.

Recent Review: Initially, my wife and I met with Dan (the owner) to go over our kitchen remodel ideas, floor refinishing and fireplace repair. Dan asked us a lot of questions on what we wanted, wrote down a lot of notes and took measurements. Within a week, he provided us with a very detailed cost estimate of the project using average costs for cabinets, granite countertops, etc. and went over everything in the estimate. We decided to go with Country Creek Builders after meeting with 2 other contractors. The project then went as follows: - Met with Dan and Del (the cabinet guy), to come up with specifics of the kitchen design. They were easy to work with and provided us with good suggestions and great design ideas. - Once the cabinets were designed, we picked out granite, tile, sinks, faucets, lights, etc. - The estimate was then revised based on the cost of what we picked out. This gave us a more realistic cost estimate of the project based on the upgraded cabinets and the more expensive granite we picked out. - We were then presented with a detailed schedule for the kitchen remodeling and the smaller projects. We knew exactly what was going to be done each day and when the entire project was to be completed. - All work was completed within the scheduled times and the quality of work was excellent. - The cost of the entire project came within the estimate. - The new kitchen came out great. The hardwood floors and fireplace also look great. - My wife and I were extremely pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend using Country Creek. - Very honest, easy to work with and quality oriented. No surprises. We will definitely use them for any future remodeling projects.

Recent Review: Great. During the check Deacon and Dan noticed that i had a small gas leak on the fireplace regulator. They set up a appt to have it fixed for me before they left. They also checked things like age of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Extremely nice and helpful. Have used them for over 10 years, they installed my new furnace/air system last year.

Recent Review: We were really happy with the work that the guy who came out did but I do not remember how much he charged for it. He was really competent. He understood everything that he needed to do and he did a great job. There were problems with the fireplace and he was able to get everything arranged, fixed and checked out even if he really did not have to do that. We have not had a lot of that kind of stuff done but his price was reasonable for me as I recall. He was very booked up but we set up an appointment and he came out.

Recent Review: Cleaning and inspection went well. I was sent an incomplete inspection report that they fixed when I asked them to. They took some weeks to get me an estimate for the additional work that needed to be done so I ended up using a different company for it.

Recent Review: Appointment setter contacted me shortly after making the Big Deal purchase online. Appointment times were convenient. Repair personnel showed up on time and quickly cleaned and repaired a problem with the fireplace as it was not working.

Recent Review: It went well, they sealed an ash dump that was not to code, replaced the chimney cap on top to try and fix a problem with draw. They were professional and personable. Price seemed high for the amount of time involved.
