From the time of the estimate to the completion date was less than one week. Seth was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job.

The need for this work was a surprise - we were having work done on our house, and the contractor found that the foundation of the house was in need of significant repair. I called Aaron and he showed up that day to look at the work, and then had crew over the next day to make the repairs. This helped to keep the overall project on schedule. Huge help!

I was very pleased with all the work that was done. They did a great job and for a competitive price and weeks earlier than the other contractors I got estimates from.

Ryan and the crew did an outstanding job for us! The crew of 8 "descended" on our home at 10am and completed most of this work by 5pm. They came back early the next morning to complete the job and tidy up. Very professional team that had fun (lots of good-natured joking), but worked so well together to provide seamless service as a unit. We would definitely recommend.

Aaron was fabulous to work with! He was quick to respond to my request for a bid. I appreciated that he was flexible with scheduling time to come to our home to review our projects. His bid came in a timely manner, and covered all aspects of the projects. Aaron was great in suggesting products for us to consider, and I felt comfortable asking him many questions about them. We requested work to be completed on specific days (little ones out the house) and he was very willing to commit to those days. He was on time, worked hard, and made sure to keep us in the loop about the work he was focused on. I apprcaited that he tented the area he worked in inside our house to prevent dust from going everywhere. Everything was put in order when he left and cleaned up. For our front steps he did a natural stone overlay for the risers, treads, and sides. It looks stunning! We have had so many compliments from our neighbors. Our house went from tired to "wow." Not only was the work sound, it's simply stunning. He has an artistic eye. You can tell that every stone he laid balances the one next to it. I would recommend Aaron with the Mason's Touch in a heart beat. In fact, when we move next year, I'm sure to be in touch for other projects. "A" work for sure!

Paul replied promptly to my message for a quote. We called 3 contractors on Angies List. One contractor did not return the call, the other contractor did respond, met with us to see the project but never sent in his quote. Paul arrived to look at the project AND PROVIDED a quote right after he looked at the project! This was fabulous customer service. Paul asked us questions about what we wanted and then made recommendations. The project was quoted in the fall for work to be done in the Spring. In spring, Paul called and confirmed the day for the work to start. Paul and his crew arrived promptly and Paul stayed with his crew for the first 2 days of the work. The crew cleaned up the site at the end of every day including the street in front of the house. They took care not to damage the lawn and landscape. At the end of the job, there was a small place on the parking pad that looked like it was eroding. Paul fixed this immediately. Highly recommend Paul & Co.

Repair work went very smoothly. They had a very professional and friendly crew. They arrived with enough men to do the repair in approximately two hours, which seemed very fast! Each worker knew exactly what to do as directed by their boss Randy Gardner. I was completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others seeking concrete work. Great Job!

It went alright. The first time I called I left a message, nobody called me back. So, I called again a few weeks later, mostly because I could not find any other company that repaired foundational concrete. The owner did call me back in a few days, and came out for an estimate on a Saturday, and one of his guys did the work on Monday. I didnt get any other estimates because I couldnt find any other companies who do this work. The job seemed to take his worker less than a day, so I thought it was expensive for that amount of time, especially since the owner did not do the work himself. Also, on the window sill repair, I thought the original estimate had involved more area than they repaired, but since the written estimate was so vague, I really could not argue about it. I have made the mistake with other companies to not get more specific written estimates, and I made the same mistake with this one. My recommendation is to get a very specific written estimate from the owner, spelling out exactly what areas are to be repaired. Also, he told me the estimate was $1,200, and it really was $1,250; but a big deal, but I found it to be a little dishonest.

DAVE F. IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CONCRETE AND FULLY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WOULD DO. HE WAS VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. THE LAST 13 FT OF THE DRIVEWAY WAS INSTALLED AT 5'' THICK (INSTEAD OF 4'') AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE DAVE THOUGHT IT NEEDED EXTRA SUPPORT. DAVE MADE SURE HIS CREW DID EVERYTHING CORRECTLY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AND MADE SURE TO ROPE OFF THE AREA. DAVE FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. ONE NOTE OF CAUTION: IF YOU HAVE A SPRINKLER SYSTEM, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW IF THE LINE RUNS UNDER THE DRIVEWAY. WHEN REMOVING THE ASPHALT, THEY UNEARTHED THE LINE AND A CONNECTION CAME LOOSE AT THE EDGE OF THE DRIVEWAY. THEY DIDN'T THINK THEY DAMAGED THE LINE SO THEY REBURIED IT AND POURED THE CONCRETE. IT TURNED OUT THE LINE HAD BEEN DAMAGED BUT WAS REPAIRABLE. DAVE OFFERED TO COVER THE COST.
