Recent Review: Jim personally answered the telephone when I called initially. I explained what I needed and he very generously explained how I might troubleshoot one of my problems. (This ultimately saved me from wasting time and money having him try to fix something that was not broken.) We arranged for a time for him to come and do the other jobs. On the day of the job, Jim called to let me know he would be over in about an hour. He arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was very careful and did all necessary clean-up.

Recent Review: Tony originally told us he was 2 weeks out scheduling, but showed up a few days later, which was a wonderful surprise. He completed the work in a half day. We have a huge hill in the whole back of lot line that is landscaped with rocks, trees, and shrubs and our birding area. He recommended a nice metal cast to blend in with patio colors and landscaping. He accented one of our flowering trees which just looks beautiful in the evening with the light on it. The rest of the lights are placed evenly and nice. He also did some low lighting on our patio under our deck. He placed and angled lights in appropriate places and is subtle yet allows us to use the bar, hot tub and table area with just the right lighting. Everything is on a timer, but we can turn off if wanted as well. Not only is it beautiful, but it provides some security to our back yard. Love it! Tony and his crew are amazingly responsive as well. The first night they were installed....one of the deck lights did not come on. Tony had an employee out here the next day fixing it. We also had to have one moved because of some underdecking we were doing, and he was literally out and had moved within hours. Amazing. Who responds like that these days unless it is an emergency. Our neighbors have been asking about the lighting, because they love it and we are gladly passing his company name on!

Recent Review: It went extremely well. We set an appointment time; they gave us a two-hour window on the day upon which we agreed. They came within that time, did their work promptly and efficiently, and billed us shortly afterward.

Recent Review: Everything went as planned as far as each of the installations. The outdoor light was a more complicated issue which we decided we did not want the serviceman to spend much time on. We agreed to leave it functioning as it is.

Recent Review: I called, left a message, and Scott got right back to me. He was able to come out next day. I sent him photos of the old switch and wall plate where it was situated and he brought a replacement switch and wall plate with him. It took two tries as the replacement switch proved faulty but he was able to come back, same day, and got it in.

Recent Review: I called the week before to schedule wiring for/installation of a new ceiling fan in my master bedroom. Scott gave me a quote of $300.00. On the day of the appointment, Tim was running a bit late, but called to let me know which I appreciated. He showed up with an apprentice and they got right to work - had it installed and the area cleaned up within probably 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I had another problem which I asked him about, an outdoor light that wouldn't go on, so he took a look at that as well and got it up and running. Ultimately charged me $350 to include the extra work. Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely be calling them again!!
