Very good job. Couldn't tell he'd been there after he left (other than we had a new outlet).

We had John to run a new outlet for our electric dryer. Install was smooth and clean up was good. Just a few little pieces of cord left over but overall it was a quick installation and they were very friendly!

Justin was on time, professional and knew what he was doing. He installed 2 new outlets in my garage, one in the kitchen island and one in my utility room. He did exactly what I asked for. The install was quick, clean and looks great. I will recommend Justin and Friendly Electric to anyone who needs work done on their home. Thanks again!

We were very pleased with the work performed by Tommy's electric (see below for list of work). Tommy was able to provide an estimate via email based on the list of repairs needed, and the final invoice was in line with the estimate. The electrician arrived on time and was very professional and a good communicator. The price seemed a little high, but it does appear to match the going rate for electricians. The lead time for service was about 3 weeks. This was fine for us since we were not in a hurry. The electrician did come and go twice during the work - went to a construction site when they were ready for him. All in all, it was a great experience and we will definitely contact Tommy's for any future electrical work. List of updates: Run wire and install outlet for garage door opener Run wire and install outlet for lawn mower / snow blower Replace outside outlet that is loose. Remove three basement hardwired ceiling lights and add two electrical outlets for new lighting. Hook outlets into existing control switch. Correct dual control light switch – not working correctly.

John arrived promptly and got to work. The install was tricky as there had never been an overhead light in the room and there was virtually no access. However, he's a very seasoned pro obviously because he figured it out quickly. The light we purchased, along with a dimmer switch and a new outlet were installed quickly and professionally. He even fixed some wiring and installed a new plate on an old light switch in the same room. When he was done, I had some questions on led lighting and he was good enough to show me some examples and talk about best uses for the technology. I'd hire him again in a second.

Prompt service and fixed the problem. In and out and cleaned up afterwards which is a plus. They are a little high priced however.

Appointment scheduled for between 10 and 12 noon on 4/13. Did not hear from them on the day of the appointment. I called around 11.38 a.m. to find out if they are coming. The Office said they are running behind and will be there by about 12.15. Immediately afterwards, the tech called and said they are coming in 15 minutes. They came as promised - at 12 noon. The estimate for the job WITH THE COUPON was about $485. I decided it was too much to pay for this job. Basically, they had to only install the new outlet 5' away from the existing outlet on the same wall by fishing a line. He wanted to replace the breaker, and also replace the existing microwave outlet to a different outlet (reset). The house has been built in 1997. I have hired electricians for many jobs previously and honestly, I think this was way too much.

They were the only company to answer the phone that day (a holiday) and were able to fit me in their schedule the next business day. An older gentleman showed up on time to do the work. He was working slowly and even seemed to get an small electrical shock at one point which did not seem very professional for such a small and simple job. When he was done he asked for the check to be made out to himself instead of the company's name (something about the boss being in Florida and making things easier for him) which I was not very comfortable doing but he showed me his work permit and gave me a receipt. He did not clean any of the debris and could not answer a simple question about the new outlet which was to be used for mounting a new plasma TV. The question was if installing a GFI instead of a regular outlet would be a better option in this case, to act as a surge protector (since it was about 6 feet high and behind a TV with very little space).

Excellent. Quickly swapped out the bad outlets. Noticed my aged fire alarms and gave me a bid for replacing them
