Recent Review: Jeremy was great. I woke up with no heat, and I called several companies, including my usual one, who supposedly had emergency service. Jeremy called me back right away and was able to get to my house within a couple of hours. A couple of the companies I left messages with didn’t even bother to call me back, including the one I usually use. Jeremy patiently explained the problem to me and gave me a few tips. I will be switching to Stafford Home Service from now on.

Recent Review: Talked through two solutions. Repair the copper pipe by draining the line and putting in a new line or adding a solution to the line that would seal the leak from the inside. The ladder solution was more economical and seems to have fixed the problem.

Recent Review: Great service, fast response time, tech (Vitaliy) was outstanding, going above and beyond the basic repairs needed for a faulty bearing on a newer motor. Gave me a few lessons about heating and a/c I was not to familiar with, even though i am an electrician, although in the power production end. Really, really great response with me and my wife, and very "on it" with all phases of the industry. Will definitely use Hvac Doctor again!!!

Recent Review: Our clothes dryer quit heating a few days earlier so i began calling appliance service companies for help. Jon at Direct Home was the first to schedule a service call within a day and was very helpful/professional with me on the phone (some companies offered an appointment 1 1/2 to 2 weeks out, and only if you gave them credit card info?). Trevor came the next day, was able to locate the problem almost immediately and explained the fix very well. He was done within an hour. I would definitely recommend them for all you appliance repairs.

Recent Review: I went down to the basement one morning and found a small patch of water on the ground. When I looked up there was a small leak in the pipe joint leading the one of the upstairs radiators. I called and Dave was there to look at what was wrong with the system. The following week (it was not an emergency) Pat and Andrew were punctual, friendly, quick and detail oriented in finishing the job. The job was estimated to take about 4 hours and they had it done in about 2 hours. As someone that knows nothing about boilers, they even took the time to explain the system to me along with giving me a radiator key that would fit my system and showed me a few other good radiator key options that I could pick up at Home Depot. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend Janecky Plumbing and Heating. Adam

Recent Review: Fantastic all around. My car was such a sorry mess and was in the cusp of needing to be totaled due to engine area damage especially. Everyone there in Richfield was top notch in customer care: Sheila, intake at the front desk; Greg the lead estimator; Mike who updated me w/details twice a week over the three week period; and Venisha who worked with me when I picked up my car, were welcoming, pleasant, compassionate, and absolutely consummate professionals. Especial shout out to Greg, who worked with all the staff there to look for my key ring I thought was there; he was so helpful....and it turned out my ring was in a purse at home that I hadn’t at all remembered putting there. Additional point on that is that throughout my entire process, each Lamettry person seemed to really understand—through their professional & kind demeanor—the traumatic car crash experience that their customers like me have just experienced. And then I find out today the Lamettry Values and Community Service that’s expressed on their website. They really do walk their talk. Highest Kudos to every person there. And my car? Recent Review: Michael was terrific. My daughter's furnace broke down and I found G & H Heating on Angie's list and noted the excellent reviews. I had her call him and he was there within the hour; quickly diagnosed the problem; had to travel to get the part and returned and repaired the furnace within a couple of hours. I can't say enough about how nice he was and the charge was so reasonable considering it was an emergency call on a Saturday. Highly recommended!

Recent Review: Due to work backlog, it took a few days to get service person to house. Service person was very good and was able to quickly identify problem and review repair options. A second visit was required to actually perform repair as parts had to be obtained. Repair was completed in a quick, efficient manner. Service person did a good job of answering all my questions and describing the work he was doing.

Recent Review: I have used AAA Anderson for many things from furnace repair, refrigerator repair, dryer repair/cleaning, and fireplace cleaning. They have always been professional, courteous, responsive, and have always done the job right the first time. They are my first call for any and all appliance repairs.
