Recent Review: When our furnace stopped working (no heat + minnesota + january = BAD), they responded within an hour. They solved the problem and performed a tune-up on our furnace.

Recent Review: Seemed to do a great job. Just moved into the house after an older woman had lived there for years with 4 cats and you could notice the smell at times, especially when the heat was on. After they cleaned the ducts it was noticeably better throughout the entire house. Can't comment on the price (as we didn't get an estimate anywhere else) but it seemed to be reasonable and in line with other reviews here. Would def use again next time we clean the ducts.

Recent Review: The furnace in my condo had a crack in the heat exchanger and was red tagged. It was time to replace. I got proposals from several HVAC companies. Most had long lead times due to supply chain issues or a booked schedule, which was an unpleasant proposition given that the colder months were fast approaching. Residential Heating and Air was the last company I contacted. I was immediately impressed by the great customer service and the attentiveness to my needs. Chris, the owner, came over himself to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He was able to find a Magic Pak unit that fit the limited space and provided an estimate that was very competitive. Installation only took four hours, plus another hour for the electrician to finish the hookup. First contact to installation was less than two weeks, which was pretty remarkable, especially given how covid has disrupted the supply chain. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: Mike and another gentleman came out to my home and did an air duct cleaning as well as a furnace tuneup. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed my husband everything they were doing and even offered a complimentary dryer vent cleaning. I would definitely recommend Mike and Integrity Furnace and Duct cleaning.

Recent Review: Satisfied with furnace cleaning. At my request, also cleaned and flushed the water heater for a reduced price. Operation of my automatic humidifier was also checked. Answered all questions regarding furnace filters.

Recent Review: Flare did a great job of troubleshooting the problem with the old furnace and offering options for fixing the old furnace or replacing it. We decided to replace the furnace and the AC at the same time. Flare replaced the furnace in one day and replaced the AC the next day. They completed all necessary paperwork for receiving the various refunds/rebates available. It was a great experience.

Recent Review: They did an awesome job! We have an older furnace. Most of the companies we have used in the past to clean our furnace have also tried to convince us to buy a new furnace. It was very refreshing to have them just to the cleaning and inspecting and not try to sell us. When we do decide to purchase a new furnace, we will definitely request a quote from them.

Besides doing the work he was very helpful in discussing my furnace and AC maintenance. I always enjoy learning more about my new furnace and how to keep it working well.

Recent Review: This guy Vitale is great! He was very knowledgeable and honest! He did not try to tell me I need a new furnace like the other companies, even though that is mostly his business (installing new systems). He fired up my furnace and said I can definitely keep using my current furnace if I want to...that it was not necessary to replace it. If I decide to get a new furnace, I'm using him for sure!
