Recent Review: Last night at 10:30 we had a pipe spring a leak in our basement. After turning off the water main, I searched Angie's List and luckily found B&D Plumbing who advertised Emergency Plumbing repairs. Called and was speaking to a plumber within a few minutes. Didn't have to leave a message then wait for a return call! Toby was at our house within an hour. He was very friendly and professional and repaired the problem in a short matter of time. Would definitely use B&D again. A+ plumbing company!!

Recent Review: From the time I set up the appointment with Charlie until Dave finished the work was just over 24 hours. Dave did everything and actually suggested a couple of additional (but appropriate) things that he noticed. He was unable to get a reasonably priced part for the kitchen and advised me to contact Kohler to see if they'd replace under warranty. He and one other fellow worked just under two hours and everything was fixed when they left. They were great and I'd highly recommend their work. The B for price simply is about plumbing always costing more than you'd expect. I do think they priced the job fairly.

Recent Review: I discovered the kitchen sink pull-out spigot in my hand with the base unit squirting late Fri. night. I decided to figure it out & fix it myself Sat. morning. I had difficulty fishing out the disconnected hose from down inside the base unit. So I called in a pro to do it & to check my non-working water softener on the same service call. All the List's top-rated plumbers in my vicinity could not come until Mon. or Tue. So we had a non-working kitchen sink, growing kitchen disorder, & an looming Sun. dinner to host. So I kept dialing plumbers. Tim from Markham courteously listened to my tale of woe. He promised to contact his workers to help me that day (Sat.). Tim called back soon & said he was unable to provide service that day, but would be willing to do it the next day (Sun.) without an emergency surcharge. Since Markham had an A rating on the List, I was impressed & eagerly accepted. Tim arrived promptly & completed the work professionally within the 1-hour minimum as agreed.

Recent Review: They came out late on Saturday after the basement was cleared of water by excellent staff at ServiceMaster. They worked late into Saturday night to clear the main drain so that I could use my water. They came later that week to fix the running toilet. I was so grateful for how hard they worked, how efficient they were, the honest advice, and the reasonable price. They are always my first call whenever I have an issue, small or large. From a leaky pipe to this emergency. I was so lucky to have reliable professional plumber to call in this emergency without having to think about it.

Recent Review: The response was great. They responded within 24 hours(this wasn't an emergency). He replaced the leaking sillcock, the pipe from the existing back to the shutoff(it wasn't code)and he replaced the shutoff valve. I also asked for some pricing on a couple other services for future work and he was prompt with his estimates. Total duration for the service call was two hours. The total was $457 of which $320 was labor. I little high for labor costs, but Norblom does great work.

Recent Review: Very professional. Very knowledgable. Really nice people. Great job on the plumbing. April 2014 Sump pump issues I called them after hours. They came to my house right away. I was SO grateful that I was able to get such a quick response. It is stressful when you are having a flood in your basement. They fixed the problem and took all the stress away for a great price. DEC 2012: Bigger project I knew to call Plumb Right in 2014 because of my great experience with them a year and half earlier in 2012. I had a few plumbers give me estimates on a job that included re-plumbing an entire bathroom and installing lines behind the wall, re-setting the toilet, installing the pedestal sink, installing water lines and hardware for the sink and shower. The guys from the other companies that gave me the first estimates talked about ripping out the flooring and moving the toilet drain/line. They talked about moving the shower lines to another wall. They TOLD me what they were going to do and wanted me to sign contracts right away and I did not think they had a very professional approach. I felt uneasy so I did the right thing, followed my gut feeling and told them I wasn't ready to make a decision. I found PLUMB RIGHT on ANGIES LIST. They had a great rating. Plumb Right guys came to my house right away, looked at the project, talked to me about it on a level I could understand, they talked to me about the pros and cons of ripping up the floor etc. They told me they could do that if I wanted but that in their professional and experienced opinion, it would be unnecessary and expensive. I did sign on with Plumb Right. They did SUCH a great job from being prompt, clean and professional and leaving me with obviously top notch quality of work. They installed all the lines, sink, toilet, hardware. I paid MUCH less for Plumb Right and I have no doubt I got the best people for the job. Their number is in my phone.
