I had a new 8 X 8 shed installed on one of the worst days of the year, it was snowy and sleeting all day, but they were able to get the shed up despite the weather. The shed looks great, and they did an excellent job of not only installing the shed, but cleaning up after the fact. They were very responsive via email, and I'm very happy with the entire process and with my new shed.

The Shed Shop has a very convenient option of ordering the shed on line. I really love the website because you can see all of the options, color of roof and sizes. I ordered my shed on line (at night). The next day, Tim called to thank me for purchasing the shed and answered any questions that I had. They custom build the shed to customer satisfaction. We set a date for the install. Tim and his partner were outstanding. They were one of the hardest working pair I have ever met. They never took a break and built a very nice shed.

The guys that did the work showed up on time, constructed the shed, and cleaned up the site in less than a day. They were polite and professional, and even put up with our loud dogs barking at them without complaint. If you ever need a shed, I would highly recommend The Shed Shop!

I emailed the company with some questions. Tim called promptly and I ordered and they came on the day and built the shed on site. I know this shed will last even longer than the 40 year old shed it replaced.

When it came time for construction, Chad, the builder, was one of the best contractors I've worked with to date. He arrived right on time, was friendly and easy to talk to, and best of all, built an amazing shed. The quality and detail of the shed far exceeded what I was expecting, which that alone would lead me to want to work with them again. Jessica worked with me to ensure my shed would meet my needs. The crew was punctual and cleaned up the job site when they were done. The shed is even nicer than I was expecting.

They did what they said they would and built a quality shed. Installer was on-time, professional, courteous and had the shed completely built and shingled in about 4 hours.

The project went well and our contact was easy to work with. Workmanship was good. We will be in contact with them in the Spring for other projects.

My husband and I began looking for a storage shed this past summer. We could not find a shed that was both sturdy and affordable. I found Backyard Building Systems on Angie's list and we decided to drive to Hampton to check out the sheds. They have every size imaginable! We ordered the "Americana" with the 4 foot sidewall. Finished size 8 X 10 X 8. The shed was installed in about a week (the actual time the company needed was something like 3 days)! Steve, the installer, came at 8:00 (time scheduled) and he was done building the shed around 11:30. He cleaned up the area and it looks great! Steve took the time to explain to me how we needed to caulk and put primer on the new wood. I probably won't get it painted until spring but I GET TO PARK IN THE GARAGE THIS WINTER!!

The whole process was easy and successful. Tim from the shed shop e-mailed a quote back from criteria that I entered into his website. The turnaround was very fast, but most surprising, was how fast it went up and how well built the shed is! I saved a lot of money over his competitors, but have a shed that is incredible!

As price would indicate, this was not your box store shed. Custom built on site. 12x12 shed with porch. double arch doors,custom 8/12 pitch roof wirh skylights and copper cupola. 2 windows with screens 4x8 loft., gable end vents ,shingle roof, smart side siding and tim.. These guys are good. If you want more than just a plain garden shed, these are the people to call

This family owned business "The Shed Shop" can only be rated as "Totally Superb" from start to finish. Working with Jessica from the beginning to the end was totally amazing . . . she is extremely knowledgeable about their products and is extremely patient working with customers like myself who have a thousand questions about building a shed. It was such a pleasure working with Jessica during the whole process. The day the shed was built can only be described as totally amazing. Tim and Chad arrived on time and had the shed built from scratch in about 6 1/2 hours . . . they were fascinating to watch . . . there was not a wasted movement from either one of them the entire day . . . it was unbelievable. They were totally professional and cleaned up the whole area when they were finished. The Shed Shop uses high quality material and high quality workmanship . . . they can't be beat !! The city building inspector said that the Shed Shop did an outstanding job building a quality shed, inside and out. Also, our neighbors have commented about how great this shed looks and how well it's built. All in all we would highly recommend The Shed Shop to anyone who is having a shed built . . . They are wonderful !!!

Initial consultation was good, walked me through some options for the shed and we looked at the placement of it in the backyard. On day of build, they called to confirm the configuration. Built the shed in no time at all, looks great, very sturdy. My only disappointment is that they said they would match the shingles on the house and they didn't. Our house shingles are gray and the shed was built with brown shingles.

they showed up on time. asked me where to put the shed. I showed them where. they said ok. I left for work. I came home in the evening. my shed was exactly where I wanted it and it looked great. absolutely love it. would recommend to anyone.

From start to finished, the shed shop made it easy and did a excellent job! Initial process for me involved scheduling an onsite estimate, agree on built date which was couple weeks out, one full day to built the shed (2 people) and payment was done online with instant receipt.
