I noticed a very small leak in the basement. So I called a few places. One person just told me to regrade the landscaping outside of the offending area. Another gave me a quote to just bust up a small section and replace that part of drain tile for a mere $900. Then came the big guys, the ones who wanted to do all sorts of excavating. A large competitor "ballparked" me at $60,000 (he wouldn't even give me an exact quote). Then comes Everdry. The sales pitch was overwhelming. Yes, both my husband and I had to be there and the guy talked A LOT (roughly 3 hours) and I will admit he was somewhat pushy, hailing the benefits of their work. He drew quite a few diagrams showing us there process of only digging 2-feet down rather than all the way to the footing. They would only dig down to the footings if they found cracks they needed to fix. They were quite expensive, but about half the cost of the major competitor. Even though we were addressing only a small leak, we knew we had other problems since we had an older house. Like any sales pitch, we were given the "you have to act now to get the deal" spiel. He said they were booked for 2 months but would put us on a list if they ended other projects earlier than expected and got an opening. We were called a mere three weeks later. I can't rave enough about the crew though. They were hard-working, courteous, and on-time. They did the job in roughly 3 days. After it was done, I was wondering if we went overkill on such a small leak, but a few months later, our neighborhood had a giant storm in which many basements flooded. Ours did not!! I cannot say for sure it was because of their work, but I am happy that I didn't have to find out. Their lifetime warranty guarantees their work for as long as you pay the yearly service fee. We did have to call them back a few times to fix one corner of the house that was started leaking but they were very responses and acted in a reasonable amount of time. Since they fixed that corner, we haven't had any problems since. We even referred them to our cousin and received the $100 referral bonus. In short, their sales tactics can be pushy, but our work crew was great and we are satisfied with the work that was performed

Excellent experience from the estimating process thru installation. The estimation process was a combination of evaluating the leaking and moisture issues in my basement and a short course on on the science of hydrology, basement construction, history of waterproofing industry, basement water proofing failure modes and solution options, and financial trade offs. During the installation process, the crew foreman understood my need to be included in the process and technical details. This allowed me to confirm the current failure modes that were predicted and verify the process that was sold to me. The installation team exceeded my expectations for quality of work, respect for my home during this major home improvement, and clean up. Each leader I worked with during the process exuded great energy, expertise, pride and joy in their work. You can't fake joy and that is what help Everdry to gain my trust

Our property is on a high water table and for years our basement flooded every spring. Everdry met with us to explain our options. They completed the work expediently and were very considerate. While it was not inexpensive, it was well worth the money. I'm happy to say that we have not had ANY flooding since the work was done several years ago

Based on the foundation being brick, there was not the option to add weeps. Additionally in the middle of February, I did not want to excavate the exterior. Therefore the waterproofing was done from the inside. Renew added a rigid board covering onto the foundation interior which will direct moisture downwards to the new drain tile system and now the basement is humidity and moisture free. Very pleasant folks to work with too

I called for estimate and Everdry came to my house. The salesperson spent over 1 1/2 hours giving me a sales pitch which included destroying drywall on my basement walls, taking pictures, giving an elaborate sales pitch with colored markers and generally being condescending. During the entire sales pitch the salesman refused to go outside and look at the exterior of the house and the grading. Despite the long sales pitch, the mobile printer and colored drawings the quote provided included only a price on a pre-printing brochure. For weeks after the sales pitch I received repeated phone calls from ever-dry asking for another appointment so that the manager could come out because "he had ideas on how to save you money". This company is one step below used car salesmen. Do not let them in your house

My wife and I moved into our Milwaukee home in May of 1994. The basement had been waterproofed by Everydry Waterproofing prior to us purchasing the home. When we moved in we inherited the service agreement with Everdry Waterproofing. In the 24 years we have lived here we have NEVER had an issue with our basement. We highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing to anyone who is having basement problems. The peace of mind Everdry Waterproofing provides is AMAZING!!! Tim & Lanette Ziegle

Value for the money is most important when have your basement repaired/waterproofed. Everdry's transferrable warranty really puts money back in your pocket. I live in New Berlin, which is arguably the basement repair capital of Wisconsin. Why builders weren't sued for their backfilling techniques is beyond me, but another subject. Bottom line is if you want peace of mind, go with Everdry. When it comes time to sell your home, you will have the confidence that your home inspection will pass with flying colors. It's a dirty job...and Everdry does it well

We are happy with the services they rendered to our home 25 years ago. They have addressed every minor issue since. When a new sump pump and backup system was needed, I was glad that they now do those install as well. If you have basement water issues, call them first.

The previous homeowners purchased Everdry and we have continued to keep up the contract. We have only had to have them come out once in 10 plus years. When they did come to our house, not only were they were professional and courteous, they resolved our issue. The visit was included in the yearly payment and no new out of pocket expenses were passed on to us. I would highly recommend

Waterproofing has been successful. I did have water in basement several years after work was completed due to water leaking in possibly from a window. Everdry was called and the problem was taken care of. I have also had problems with the sump pump pipe freezing and the sump pump running continuously due to water not being able to be discharged from the pipe. Everdry replaced the sump pump a few times because of this and I have not had problems for at least two years now. My warranty includes caulking around perimeter of house when necessary. This work appears somewhat sloppy but it has been completed each time I have called in to get it done
Very hard working crew. The did an excellent job installing drain tile, bracing 2 walls, and sealing all basement walls. Also installed an additional sump pump and ran the drain underground to the ditch.
Both plumbers, (the first came on Sat. was a intern plumber) were clean, and polite. The plumber on Monday was also clean and helpful. He changed the disposal and that went well. He did give us a price before he did anything, which is good, but it still seemed a little steep to me.
These guys did a fantastic job. We had some significant sinking on our driveway and were listing the house for sale. They came out and fixed everything up marvelously. I could not believe how smooth the driveway was when they finished. Would absolutely work with them again.
Please note that we used this company about 3 years ago to replace 60 feet of basement wall on our 3-story farmhouse. Our old patio was shifting away from our home and draining in the wrong direction. Two solutions were provided and we chose for the patio and steps to be entirely removed and replaced. Sonne tubes were installed approx. every 6' at a minimum of 4' deep along the house and on the outside of the patio & sidewalk. Wire mesh was installed running perpendicular between the sonne tubes along the house & perimeter of the patio and sidewalk. The project required concrete pours on 2 separate days and on the day following each pour Jim Bayer, the company owner, was here to cut the joints into the concrete. In each major area he added an initial long cut to help guide the concrete cracking which is likely to occur at some point in time. The work was done when promised, completed on time and all debris was removed from the work area
Monahan Masonry did an outstanding job tuck pointing my chimney and window sills. During the initial inspection they found a small roof leak and repaired it free of charge. They had the best pricing and service. I would definitely use them again!
Previous piering companies had tried and failed to solve our sinking foundation problem with undersized piers. After researching available options and getting quotes from a few companies, we chose Expert House Movers to excavate around our foundation, install custom made piers to support the weight of our house (full masonry, stone foundation, slate roof and terazzo floos) and spray a rubberized coating on the below ground portion of our foundation to stop future water penetrations in our stone foundation. They showed up promptly, performed the necessary work in a timely matter and were careful of the landscaping we wanted to keep. The job itself took longer than anticipated mostly due to additional work needed once the foundation was exposed (tuckpointing, new window wells, etc). There was minor damage to the sprinkler system and the water service line, but we were compensated for the damage by EHM. My only complaint was the amount of old drainage pipes and broken concrete that was left on site during the work and not removed until the end of the job

I’m very pleased with the work done. Everything was explaining before and while the work was being done. In addition, Al was communicating with us almost daily to inform us of the work progress. He responded to my text messages quickly. The men left the inside & outside of the house very clean.
Paul arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. He inspected the basement walls I was concerned with on the interior. He pointed out areas for concern with mold spores and pointed out a possible issue with one of the basement windows that looked to be bowing inward. He inspected the outside walls, as well, and determined that I did not need his company's services at this time, but he would be willing to provide a quote if I wanted to move forward. I felt there was no need. Paul also provided me with a third party contact to determine air quality and the type of mold he saw, if I wanted to take that step. Finally, he made recommendations on how to improve the integrity of the basement walls to prevent moisture from getting through. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I would call this company again
I called American in followup to waterproofing they had done in a different section of the basement last year, when they had assessed these walls also. They had the previous records, which was very helpful. This was a new water leak that had not been previously identified, probably related to connections to an old well. All appointments were kept, and everyone was on time. The work was done expeditiously by the seven workers, the problems pointed out and discussed, and they cleaned up everything after they finished. The price seemed reasonable
Guaranteed Foundations was one of several companies I called to give me an estimate on drain tile work. When he wrote up his bid, he explained in detail what was wrong and what the job would entail. Based on the bids and recommendations, I chose to hire Max and his crew, and I’m so grateful I did. He worked me into his schedule quickly, was at the house on time, and cleaned up after himself and his crew. Max was personally on the job at all times, and he and the crew were professional, conscientious and proficient in their work. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Guaranteed Foundations for any of your basement waterproofing or foundation work. You won’t be sorry
Their price was very reasonable. They were wonderful. They came out right when they said they would, were prompt, did everything they said they would, and cleaned up afterwards.
It went very well given extent of work required. The team worked efficiently - started on time & ended on time which was huge. They were professional and did a good job. Would highly recommend B&R. No surprises.

What do customers in Milwaukee say about Waterproof Crawl Space?
The previous owners hired Everdry to waterproof their basement and we pay $25 per year to keep the warranty in effect. We have only needed to call them once to return as a new leak appeared. They were very professional and dug out around the basement and re-sealed the wall and the hole where the gas pipe comes through. They also said the warranty covers replacement of sump pumps something I replaced myself. I will remember this the next time a Sump Pump goes out. Other than that, the basement has remained completely dry 15 years after purchasing the house.
