Patrick confirmed the pests were termites, examined the rest of the house for more signs of termites, and promised a treatment plan by the afternoon of the next day. Patrick called about 4pm the next day to give two proposals for treatment. We selected the plan that he recommended. Patrick has more than 20 years experience and a lot of it in Alabama where termites are common. Patrick gives one a feeling that things are under control. Since the first visit was separate event from the treatment visit, there is another review for the treatment process.

Alex Cantaboni, the owner, actually came out to provide the estimate. I had about five companies come out to provide me with an estimate. Alex stuck out the most because he actually crawled through the crawl space to look for signs of termite damage at no cost. He was the only company that actually looked under the house and he did it for free. He gave us a tailored, customized treatment with a very reasonable price for the deck where the termites were. We were able to avoid contracts that would last for several years. Alex was easily available by phone during the treatment. During the job, it was found that there was termite damage to the fence. They only charged a small additional fee to spray the fence as well. They didn’t have to do any additional drilling at all to complete the treatment. The treatment came with 90 day fully transferrable warranty. In addition, he offered a chemical that was only toxic to termites instead of ants as well. However, it may not last as long as the regular treatment so we didn’t choose it. We had a really good experience. I felt that we got exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price.

The application/treatment went very well. While it is too early for known results, we're confident, based upon the technician's experience and knowledge, that the plan he recommended will get successful results and the termites will be stopped. All this is after an outstanding experience when Ryan had promised Patrick would be here while my contractor was here, for an inspection. Patrick was on time for the inspection and application treatment

It was a solid quote that covered quite a bit. It was very comprehensive. We chose to do all of their recommendations. When they got into the work, halfway through the project, it was about 2 times more extensive than they originally quoted. They still honored their original quote which was for about half the work. They showed us the damage. I thought that was incredible. The individual project price for debris removal was higher than expected, but the overall cost was fine.

They came out and gave us the wrong estimate. They told us we had carpenter ants and really we have termites. Their diagnoses is incorrect.

They were great; they were very professional, and they explained what they were doing. The workers left me a number to call if I had a problem before their next treatment. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

The whole neighborhood has this problem. We did not get them from Angie's List. We signed up for a package. They came out three or four times during the year. They are great. I don't know about any competitors' prices, but theirs seem to be standard with others that I have talked to. I don't think there's anything outrageous about their pricing. They are right on top of things and make sure that they take care of us. I would absolutely use them again. They would actually be my first call.

Fahey provides year round pest control including subterranian termite baiting. They have always responded quickly to any concerns. They spray for pests outside of our house and if needed take care of the inside of our home. We have been quite happy with the knowledge of their techs and their overall politeness and service. We have a contract for quarterly spraying and they will send someone any time if there are concerns - this is included in annual fee.

They are great. They identified the areas of flying insects and treated the areas around the nests as well. They also were aggressive on the ant and spider population. The bait stations were set and will be monitored four times a year. I decided on the yearly ongoing service, as I was used to having a pest control service (sadly for termites) in the previous city I lived in. Batzner was very competitive with price from what I was used to paying and they were very good at explanations not only of the pests and tips of how to prevent them, but also of the chemicals they used to treat (terminate) the pests.

The service went terribly. We still have the pests and I feel like the service did nothing to help. I feel like the technician did not do what he was supposed to. We were trying to get rid of spiders, ants and mice. One guy came out and was here for not even a half hour. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.
