Jon said he would come on the 18th. He could not give me any time frame, not even a general one. We were told to be available all day. Between my adult daughter and I we rearranged our schedules to be sure one of us was available all day. We waited for his call saying he was coming and he never called. I called him this morning to ask what the issue was. He said he was sorry but that he was very very busy all day. We were very busy too and I told him a quick call would be common courtesy. We have since hired another plumber. This is my first time using Angie's List and I have to say I am very leery now of the reviews

CALLED AND GOT A QUOTE FOR THE WORK OVER THE PHONE, BUT THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME A QUOTE. I AGREED TO THE PRICE AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING. THEY WALKED THROUGH AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY STARTED AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB, THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY DID AND EXPLAINED ANYTHING THEY DID EXTRA OR DIFFERENTLY AND WHY. ALSO EXPLAINED HOW TO ATTACH THE FIXTURES ONCE I HAD FINISHED THE DRYWALL. THEY STUCK TO THEIR PRICE EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN THEY EXPECTED. DON'T KNOW IF THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE, BUT THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS UNMATCHED AND THEIR WORK VERY SOLID. PLUMBER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING DURING THE ENTIRE VISIT. IDENTIFIED THE VALVE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY (WE'D BEEN PUZZLING OVER IT FOR DAYS) AND CHECKED TO SEE IF WE WANTED THE OLD PART OR THE MATERIALS (BOX, INSTRUCTIONS, ETC.) FOR THE NEW PIECE. Rich was wonderful from start to finish. He arrived first thing Monday morning to fix the shower leak. He explained everything, obtained the needed parts and replaced the shower valve. As it turned out, the valve was defective and he returned on another day to replace. One day after the shower leak was repaired, our water heater valve starting leaking. I called Rich and, unbelievably, he was able to come over and replace that valve in a couple hours. Throughout it all, he as friendly, professional and performed high quality work. Responsiveness was incredible. His prices were quite reasonable as well. Could not have been a better experience

Great job. The only "hiccup" was a miscommunication in the appointment time. I thought the "5-7" meant he would be there at 5 and would take about 2 hours. The "5-7" actually meant the window of time in which he would arrive. It ended becoming a rather late night as he arrived at the very end of the time window. I had an emergency with a leaking shower valve. I was able to shut off the water to the house so that it would not ruin the bathroom. I called Ingrilli's and they had someone come out within a few hours. He got there at 3:45 and told me that at 4:00 it would be overtime. He offered to install some shutoff valves so we could get the water back on in the house and come back the next day. I told him to go ahead. It took him a little under an hour to do the repairs. He installed two shut off valves and a new shower control. I think that there was a 100% mark-up on the shower control, but it is a Delta, so at least it is a good product. I did have one issue with the bill that Mike promptly corrected. I have recommended Mike to my relatives in Tosa, and they have always been pleased. I will use him again
