Our basement faucet has been leaking for awhile and I contacted Gross and they were able to come out a couple of days later to do the work. The handyman, Dave was sent and he did a wonderful job explaining why it was leaking and what he was doing to repair it (he had to basically rebuild the faucet). The ceiling fan light in my children's room was flickering despite numerous bulb changes and Dave was able to repair it (something to do with a new light switch inside the fan). He also installed a brand new ceiling fan in the master bedroom that we purchased ourselves. He was courteous and pleasant and we will definitely call on this company again if we are in need of any home repairs. Gross does great work at a fair price.

The wall looks like great. He removed the piping, capped the exterior pipe, insulated, dry walled and patched the area. John is a hard worker with great skills. He can fix anything inside and outside of your house. I'm having him coming back next month for another project.

We had Andy a few years back and he did such a beautiful job on our Rec room, that we decided to call him back when we were ready to upgrade our bathroom. We wanted to take it from the 1960's look to a more modern, spa-like room. We did some of the bathroom work ourselves (ex: removed wall paper and cleaned up the walls then giving them a fresh coat of paint, removed the old mirror, refinishing the vanity and installing new hardward, removed the old vanity top). With Andy's suggestions in hand, we purchased the items that we would need to have the project completed. Once again, Andy came through with flying colors. While removing the soffit above the vanity and the half wall (both were Andy's suggestion), was very messy, he and his employee, Jeff, worked to perfection, even cleaning up after themselves. Jeff did a great job on the ceiling cracks and, hopefully, with what he did to repair them, they won't have to be done again. We couldn't be happier with our newly, updated spa-like bath and the work done by Andy and Jeff.

Mike was punctual, efficient and meticulous. He always called ahead to make sure his arrival time was convenient and he arrived on time. He even made an "emergency" call one morning to repair a light that had fallen...failed box...I was concerned because my grandchildren were here. While here, he worked non-stop...he was very diligent and there was no time wasted while "on the clock". He was careful to explain what he was doing and asked approval before going ahead. I am considering some renovation and I discussed this with him; he was very open and honest about what he could and couldn't do. I am delighted to have found him..and to top it all off, he has always been pleasant and good natured!

DICK'S FIX IT
5.0
All went great! Couldn't ask for any better! Professional work at a fair price with no problems and completed faster and better than expected. He provided a very prompt response and a free estimate of the scope of work (including explanation of apparent problems) as well as potential options and fair/accurate estimate of the costs involved. Dick was able to schedule our work within the week, called the day prior to confirm, and arrived on time. He was very organized and prepared in the way that he approached the work and quickly identified and resolved minor problems with removal and replacement of the old kitchen plumbing components. Was careful in keeping the work area clean and also cleaned up well after the work (cleaner than it was before!). He explained everything that he did and ensured that everything worked right and that it was done to our satisfaction. He's a very personable guy, takes pride in his work and leaves no question in my mind that the work is done right and at a fair cost.

We purchased a 1920 Colonial House that had been nicely updated but only had one bathroom, and required a new Powder Room on the first floor and the main bathroom on the second floor needed complete remodeling. From start to finish, Shawn and his crew were efficient, hardworking and did a great job. Shawn was responsive with a bid and set up an initial appointment to see the house within days after we first called and he had a detailed bid to us by the end of the business day! The final cost of the remodel was less than $2000 over the initial bid, and the overage was due to our choices of several unique and higher end fixtures. Shawn was also able to give us accurate quotes for additional work (refinishing the second floor hardwood floors, installing a new chandelier in the dining room and fixing flaws in doorway arches, removing a built in and repairing the wall behind it) and to arrange for the jobs to be done. We were not living in the house during the remodel so the crew had time to complete without pressure. They were here and working hard every day. The job took about 1 ½ weeks longer than anticipated, but this was due to our choosing a unique sink fixture that was sent with a faulty drain, and required waiting for the part. Shawn responded to emails within the hour that it was sent, and responded to phone calls within 30 minutes. He provided a contact for when he was away, and even during his vacation, answered emails quickly. Our finished remodel of the upstairs bathroom is spectacular and what we would have pictured looking at magazine photos. The new powder room on the main floor s equally fantastic, although simpler in design. The crew truly cares about quality work, and people seeing our home for the first time think the powder room was original to the house, but updated. The integrity of this 1920s stunner of a house was maintained meticulously, and we could not be happier with the result. I have had previous remodeling done that was high quality (not in Milwaukee) and still have never had as good an experience as I did with Crestone. Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with, and the care and pride they took in their work and in making our house beautiful was exceptional!!!
