Our experience was GREAT! The guy who came to our home was very polite, kind and knowledgeable. He advised us to just have the faucet repaired, rather than replacing the whole thing at the rate he was working at. He said we could have someone come out during regular business hours to replace the whole faucet if we wanted them to, but it would be more cost-effective to just have the faucet repaired at the higher Sunday evening rate

Dr. plumber came to fix a leaking faucet. Put in a new cartridge and the faucet was still leaking even worse then before. Had to pay full price for his time only to have to then go hire someone else. Afterwords I am told he's only done one of that brand in the past and he didn't have luck with it as well. The problem I have is that should've been brought to my attention before he was hired because I either would have gotten somebody else or I would've just bought a new faucet. He also shouldn't charge full price when he can't fix something

I use the same person over and over again which they are allowed to do. You can have whoever is available when you want or you can have the same person over and over. It is very easy to schedule stuff. If you need them on a specific day they are pretty good at getting me in. I paid them on hourly basis and the things I have done was for three hours and they will go on drive if they don’t have them on truck and it has happened to us once

I was highly impressed with this plumbing service to the point that I sent a thank you note! I had a liaison come out initially who didn't mind we were late (although we were embarrassed). He was the first plumber to give an honest answer that he would search for the porcelain handles on our tub vs. selling us a whole new system. They did track down a set and ordered them. Although the 2 sinks were not a recognized brand, they did their best to change the gaskets with "matching" parts. It was successful as we haven't had a problem since! He also did great follow up and called to make sure we were happy. Awesome company

This was my fourth experience with Franz plumbing. I own two properties, a 1929 bungalow duplex and a 1937 Tudor Revival home, with all the quirks and charm of vintage plumbing. Jeff and Todd are responsive, flexible, efficient, honest, and charge reasonable rates for quality work. I've had two out of hours emergencies and they responded to my calls within minutes. They clean up after themselves and make me laugh, too! I wouldn't use another plumber after working with Franz. Highly recommend

Two hours ago we noticed water dripping in from a sealed pipe in the basement. We called Don as he offers 24 hour service. Instead of charging us emergency charges to come over and diagnose, he helped us over the phone. It turns out we had a sticky valve on the sump pump pipe. Once cleared the sump worked, water went away, all way well and no cost!!!!!! This is our first Angie list experience and wow what a great one. We will use Don the net time. Great ending to frustrating problem

Scott is a real gentleman who has done excellent work for us in the past. He is very compentent, arrives on time and completes his work effectively with a minimum of disruption. He even cleans up after himself before leaving. On this particular occasion Scott went above and beyond when Kohler first failed to deliver the needed parts for two weeks and then when the parts arrived, they were the wrong parts. Knowing that we had been without water in the kitchen for two weeks, Scott took it upon himself to find and get the needed parts so that we could have a functional kitchen

We had a kitchen faucet that had restricted water flow. They were unavailable on the day I called, but scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived within the one-hour window that we had been given. It turned out to be a minor issue. A filter was clogged. It was the first thing he checked and the problem was resolved quickly. He was friendly and professional. This was the first time I have used Hagen Plumbing, but it is very likely that I will contact them again should I have any future plumbing needs

I got the Big Deal from Angies List for 2 hours of plumbing. Ryan was very nice. Scheduling was easy, he came on time. I needed a leaking bathroom faucet repaired and a shut off valve installed. I also needed a new seal on my toilet. Since he wasn't there the full 2 hours, he did not charge me for the parts. What a great experience. I will use them again

Hartlaub provided a competitive quote and scheduled their service around some construction that we were having done. The work, removing old hose bibs and shut-off valves and installing new ones, was done professionally. After the work was done, the work areas were thoroughly cleaned. The installer gave a detailed explanation of all of the work that was done. We have used Hartlaub before and always been very happy with their work
