We moved into our home in 1999, which at that time, had Everdry Waterproofing Warranty for our basement. Since then we have finished off our basement. In the 18 years of being in our home, we have only had 3 times when we had Everdry come out. Once when we had a tiny pin whole leak in a wall. They came and dug down on the outside of the foundation and treated the problem inside and out. Once they replaced our sumpump. And last time they came and helped us when we had a frozen pipe for our sumpump. No charge except the $25.00 yearly fee. Our basement is dry and comfortable thanks to Everdry

I noticed a very small leak in the basement. So I called a few places. One person just told me to regrade the landscaping outside of the offending area. Another gave me a quote to just bust up a small section and replace that part of drain tile for a mere $900. Then came the big guys, the ones who wanted to do all sorts of excavating. A large competitor "ballparked" me at $60,000 (he wouldn't even give me an exact quote). Then comes Everdry. The sales pitch was overwhelming. Yes, both my husband and I had to be there and the guy talked A LOT (roughly 3 hours) and I will admit he was somewhat pushy, hailing the benefits of their work. He drew quite a few diagrams showing us there process of only digging 2-feet down rather than all the way to the footing. They would only dig down to the footings if they found cracks they needed to fix. They were quite expensive, but about half the cost of the major competitor. Even though we were addressing only a small leak, we knew we had other problems since we had an older house. Like any sales pitch, we were given the "you have to act now to get the deal" spiel. He said they were booked for 2 months but would put us on a list if they ended other projects earlier than expected and got an opening. We were called a mere three weeks later. I can't rave enough about the crew though. They were hard-working, courteous, and on-time. They did the job in roughly 3 days. After it was done, I was wondering if we went overkill on such a small leak, but a few months later, our neighborhood had a giant storm in which many basements flooded. Ours did not!! I cannot say for sure it was because of their work, but I am happy that I didn't have to find out. Their lifetime warranty guarantees their work for as long as you pay the yearly service fee. We did have to call them back a few times to fix one corner of the house that was started leaking but they were very responses and acted in a reasonable amount of time. Since they fixed that corner, we haven't had any problems since. We even referred them to our cousin and received the $100 referral bonus. In short, their sales tactics can be pushy, but our work crew was great and we are satisfied with the work that was performed

The previous owners hired Everdry to waterproof their basement and we pay $25 per year to keep the warranty in effect. We have only needed to call them once to return as a new leak appeared. They were very professional and dug out around the basement and re-sealed the wall and the hole where the gas pipe comes through. They also said the warranty covers replacement of sump pumps something I replaced myself. I will remember this the next time a Sump Pump goes out. Other than that, the basement has remained completely dry 15 years after purchasing the house

Based on the foundation being brick, there was not the option to add weeps. Additionally in the middle of February, I did not want to excavate the exterior. Therefore the waterproofing was done from the inside. Renew added a rigid board covering onto the foundation interior which will direct moisture downwards to the new drain tile system and now the basement is humidity and moisture free. Very pleasant folks to work with too

Our property is on a high water table and for years our basement flooded every spring. Everdry met with us to explain our options. They completed the work expediently and were very considerate. While it was not inexpensive, it was well worth the money. I'm happy to say that we have not had ANY flooding since the work was done several years ago

I called for estimate and Everdry came to my house. The salesperson spent over 1 1/2 hours giving me a sales pitch which included destroying drywall on my basement walls, taking pictures, giving an elaborate sales pitch with colored markers and generally being condescending. During the entire sales pitch the salesman refused to go outside and look at the exterior of the house and the grading. Despite the long sales pitch, the mobile printer and colored drawings the quote provided included only a price on a pre-printing brochure. For weeks after the sales pitch I received repeated phone calls from ever-dry asking for another appointment so that the manager could come out because "he had ideas on how to save you money". This company is one step below used car salesmen. Do not let them in your house

I’m very pleased with the work done. Everything was explaining before and while the work was being done. In addition, Al was communicating with us almost daily to inform us of the work progress. He responded to my text messages quickly. The men left the inside & outside of the house very clean.

Horrible experience - high priced - guaranteed lifetime warranty promised without mention of service agreement charges to maintain warranty including the warranty being transferable to new owners if needed. Garbage and mess left by workers, sloppy work, left concrete mess on my patio which cannot be removed, dryer broke after workers moved it. Late arrival of workers and left earlier than expected each day. Work was not done when told it was supposed to be done. Dropped gallon of water on basement steps with carpet and replaced it while leaking, created mold on my shelf and musty carpet. For the price we are paying work should have been superior. Will not recommend this business to anyone. Get a second opinion if you are looking to have work done by this company. This is just a summary of our experience, without writing a book. Honestly feel like we got ripped off and scammed

The office was able to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule and the plumber, Tony, arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem with a rusted pipe joint and gave me best-case and worse-case estimates. He was very thorough and persistent and replaced the bad pipes.

According to the previous owners, I bought a house with a basement that had been decimated by flooding before they had Everdry protection. However, Everdry came in and fixed the problem with some very intense labor, digging around the entire perimeter of the house and then paneling the entire basement from the inside. The previous owners told us to continue to re-up the warranty as it would be ironclad, which we diligently have done. Well, 9 years of ownership including some very wet weather and we have not had one drop of water in our basement! Would highly recommend

Excellent. Gave fair price and more information about the drain tile. Which no other company did not mention it at all. I will recommend to others also.
Mr. Reed was great. They did a very comprehensive and thorough job. I would recommend them to any one who need basement work done. Becouse they are independent they have your interest at heart and are not trying to sell you any services.

Years of gradual soil erosion around our house, lowered the soil around our basement. In one location, standing water would puddle around our basement wall when it rained hard. No water was getting into the basement, but we knew this was not a good thing. So, we called Pat Garvey, the owner of Time Construction Inc. Pat came over and gave us a free basement inspection both inside our home and outside. He told us the the walls were plumb, and that a few minor cracks in our basement wall were not a problem. He said that they appeared to be routine minor settling cracks. The Palmer valve in our basement worked well, and it appeared that the basement tile drainage system was working well. That is why a little water standing next to one of the walls during heavy rains, did not leak into the basement, or cause the wall to get out of plumb. Pat told us we should get some brown topsoil and improve the grade around the outside of our home because it is not good to have water standing against a wall. He said we could do it ourselves, or he could do it for us. He also told us that he could tuck point the cracks on the inside basement walls if we wanted to. He said the walls would look nicer, but it was not necessary because the tuck pointing was just for appearance. He gave us itemized estimates for both thing (grading, raising air conditioner slab, and tuck pointing), and told us to call him when we decided what we wanted to do. His inspection took about half an hour. We decided to have Time Construction do the grading, but we decided not to get the tuck pointing done since it was just for appearance only. We called Pat to tell him our decision. Since the work on our home was such a small job, Pat told us that he would fit our job in between other bigger jobs. So, when Pat called back 2 or 3 days ahead of time to let us know when they would come, and to make sure that the time and date worked OK for us too. On the agreed upon day and time, Pat's crew came over to do the grading work. They had a medium sized truck with a partial load of dirt on the back of it. They had used most of the truck full of dirt for a bigger job that they did before ours. They took dirt from the back of the truck on a wheelbarrow to our home to do the grading. They did not make a pile of dirt in our yard. They only took enough dirt for their work off the truck as they needed it. They had to raise our air conditioner and air conditioning concrete slab too because it had sunk too far due to erosion. It took them about half a day to do the work. They cleaned up well when they finished. We no longer have any water puddling around our home even when it rains very hard. I like Time Construction and Pat because they are so honest. Many other basement repair companies lie to customers to get them to let them do a lot of unnecessary foundation and basement work. Time Construction tells you what work absolutely should be done, and gives itemized estimates for the work
We had Heidi out as well, she spent lots of time doing / redoing out plan. She gave us the "Grand" picture then we tailored it to what we could afford, with the option to add a little each year. They were competitive to the other big name landscapers in the Elmbrook area. The team that actually did the work was great, very polite and worked as hard as you could imagine. We were very happy and recommend Hapka to our friends. (I do see how the bad review could happen, we had to do some prodding ourselves but we started our plan in November assuming spring execution
Service man came the next day after I called and looked at the problem area which had a water leak near chimney and gave us a contract for repair work. His rates seemed a bit high $85/hr, 3 hr minimum, but we signed. He returned before the expiration of the 3-day cooling-off period and did the job in a total of 6 1/2 hours, working steadily and having all needed parts with him

Excellent experience from the estimating process thru installation. The estimation process was a combination of evaluating the leaking and moisture issues in my basement and a short course on on the science of hydrology, basement construction, history of waterproofing industry, basement water proofing failure modes and solution options, and financial trade offs. During the installation process, the crew foreman understood my need to be included in the process and technical details. This allowed me to confirm the current failure modes that were predicted and verify the process that was sold to me. The installation team exceeded my expectations for quality of work, respect for my home during this major home improvement, and clean up. Each leader I worked with during the process exuded great energy, expertise, pride and joy in their work. You can't fake joy and that is what help Everdry to gain my trust

After finding water in the basement following a sump pump failure we called Puroclean to help. Puroclean was extremely responsive and had someone on site quickly. Ella was extremely helpful in explaining the cleanup & dry out process and answered all of our questions. Ella followed up with us every day until everything was completely dry. The communication was outstanding and she was always on time when stopping in to check on things. I would highly recommend Puroclean
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Jordan was able to give me a price of how much the job will cost before he started. The repipe of the water lines turned out great and fixed our plumbing issues. Jordan’s on time, honest, and an experienced plumber!
Great customer service. Easy to work with. Serviceperson Dave was prompt, friendly, quick and effective. They are our new go-to for any plumbing repairs!
I had two toilets leaking into the basement. The responding plumber, Matt, was knowledgeable and very courteous. He found the collars were loose. The flooring had become too weak on one of them to hold screws tightly. He was able to add wood to the floorboard in the basement to create a solid base for the screws to hold. The other needed bigger screws to make a secure hold. He finished quickly and the problems were resolved. I mentioned in conversation that the water pressure seemed low at times from my well pump. Without me having to ask, he checked the pump mechanism and found a way to increase the pressure. It's much better now. He made sure all my plumbing concerns were met before leaving and charged for the time he was actually working - no "rounding up" for partial hours. I was very pleased with the work done. The hourly rate seemed a little on the high end, but I'll use them again given the good work and experience
