Milwaukee Master Bathroom Remodel

What an awesome team of craftsmen. They did a fantastic job in every aspect. Unbelievable quality and care about the tiniest details. They communicated to let us know schedules, plans, ideas. We could not have asked for a better outcome. These guys are professional and pleasant to work with. All subcontractors were there on time and did fantastic job. Estimate was spot on. We would hire them again, we love our new bathroom and enjoyed working with Jeremy.

Have used old world builders and remodelers in the past, always have done an excellent job. They did an amazing job on my outdated master bathroom and came in on budget. Love my new bathroom!

We worked with Randy and couldnt have been more pleased . We had them rip out and expand the existing shower, replace vanity, countertops, medicine cabinet and flooring in the master bath. Process took a little over a week. They started when Randy said they would and finished when he said they would .They arrived nearly on time every day. They informed us what the next step would be. They asked us questions on where we wanted things to go, etc. They put in procelin tile in the shower, new glass doors and fixtures.. They put down duroceramic flooring. Built the cabinets to our specs and medicine cabinet Everything turned out fantastic . Cant find anything wrong with what they did. We are very pleased. They cleaned up every day, were respectful and friendly. The pricing is on the high side. They came in about $3k more than other estimates but to us it was worth it. We are very pleased

It was a pretty big project, lots of moving people and parts. Jim from Elite did a great job visualizing with us what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about options. Elite uses an online program (also has a mobile app) to layout the plan and track progress as well as handle communication. I found this was extremely helpful for my wife and I to use as we could check on things and add our own pictures and questions. My wife and I now have a fantastic completely remodeled master bathroom and we couldn't be happier.

JJB is a fantastic company. The team is talented, professional, and accommodating. They show up when they are supposed to show up, and they finish on time! It is a pleasure to work with a company that is so communicative, and we very much look forward to working with them in the future.

We are so pleased with our new bathroom. Dan and Mark were here every day for nearly four weeks and could not have been more professional and courteous. Kim did an outstanding job helping us through a very detailed design and decorate phase prior to the start of the project. Gordon saved the day when the building inspector wanted to require us to hire an engineer to deal with some structural issues (our house is over ninety years old). Without Gordon's experience and expertise the project could easily have been delayed at additional expense. This is a company with great service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Callen was the team leader with their own tradesmen to do the tear out based on a plan developed with their designer. Subs were all experienced with a showpiece! I'm even recommending to family. I'm spreading the word!

Their (Caroline's and Molly's) design input proved to be invaluable for our very successful remodeling bathroom project. They met with my wife and I .... listened .... and took notes as to our vision. Consequently they provided relevant and detailed feedback and ideas along with specific materials that would work for us. Molly and Caroline were very responsive in listening to our feedback and were a great factor in the success of our project... we enjoyed all of our interactions with them. They also were effective liaisons with our general contractor and various suppliers which facilitated the smooth progress of our job. We are very pleased and highly recommend their service.

We had Crownover Const. gut the entire master bath and redo from floor up. Ripped out old tub/shower and made a beautiful tile wrapped walk in shower with glass doors. New vanity and granite, New tile floor. Moved some electrical and added ceiling heat and more lights. I was expecting a dusty mess, but somehow they kept it clean and got it done quickly. We plan to use them again- no complaints!

From the moment Gordon quoted us on the project, it was smooth sailing, even during a pandemic. Gordon was terrific at keeping in touch, letting us know what was going on, and promptly answering our calls and emails. It was a pretty big project, reverting a 1970's 11'x14' master bathroom and completely remodeling it. It turned out absolutely beautiful! Gordon's staff, Nick, Brandon, Tyler and the electricians and plumbers he contracted were all very nice and professional. There was never anything that went too wrong, but if something was wrong, they fixed it immediately. Our kitchen remodel is next and we will definitely be using GR General Contracting again!
