It went really well. He stated he would return in the next two weeks because of another project he was working on. He returned in one week. He was in and out within 30 minutes. He made sure the doors were aligned and closed with no issues.

That job was done perfectly, at the quoted price, and specified time. They even cleaned up all areas of work so, it was spotless and looked like there was no work done. After that project we were gone for extended period of time, out of the country. During that time I wanted to replace a patio door and balcony door. So, I contacted John Brennon at Exact Exterior for a quote. And again he quoted a great price, so we hired Exact Exterior to complete this job. Because, as I mentioned we were out of the country my daughter gave them access to our home. The employees are trustworthy, they completed all work within the specified quote and on time, and they left the house spotless again. After our return home we decided to replace our close to 30 years old windows throughout the entire house. So, I reached out for quotes to different contractors and again Exact Exterior & Interior Remodeling came out with the best overall quote which included removal and disposal of old windows, installation of energy efficient windows, staining and finishing interior wood. And again we were not disappointed. Not only did they give us the best price for installation of all windows but they also perform outstanding job and as always cleaned up after work was done. During the staining and finishing they made sure that our floor and walls were protected from any accidental splashing. I have to admit that we are very pleased with the pricing, quality of the work, honesty, and cleanliness of Exact Exterior @ Interior Remodeling. We highly recommend this company

Very thorough and professional. The door looks and operates great. The only complaint I have is the promised work was performed two weeks later than promised (supplies came in late) and the work was to be performed on one day (we took the day off to be there) and it took several portions of several days. Overall - first rate craftsman and I would use Scott again.

Everything was great. Professional and polite. Fast response times. Fixed both of the issues we had. Didn’t price shop so I’m not sure if they’re competitive price wise but we were okay with what was charged.

Overall, very pleased with how they installed replacement windows that look like the originals. Did their best to keep the cold out and did a great job of tidying up at the end of each day.

Everything went smoothly and professionally. There was a problem with the screen but Zen repaired that quickly and repaired it well. We have had the new door and screen for about 9 months and it has operated flawlessly. Would recommend Zen to anyone.

Salesperson came out and met with us and went over their windows and took measurements. We were unsure on which windows to go with so we met again at their showroom to see how they looked when installed. We selected our Windows and purchased 10 windows and a sliding patio door. The estimated time for installation was 4-6 weeks and that is when they were installed. Installation was very professional and they cleaned up after the job was done. The price was more expensive than some of the other providers we received quotes from but I believe that is due to the higher quality of window we selected.

After purchasing a "deal" from Angie's List, we contacted the company to replace a sliding door with a regular door. It was a long, slow process (both ours and the contractor's) fault to get to installation day. That day, he told me that installation did not include trim work. I told him that was an absolute necessity. To his credit, he did find and install trim, but made a huge deal out of how much extra work that was. They also chopped off the bottom of the new door without asking us if that was our preference. In total, they did a fine job, but communication certainly could have been better.

The salesperson measured all of the windows and wrote a detailed quote. We thought the price was too high and went with another company.

HomeTowne installs the replacement windows we researched and selected for our house, Soft-Lite. Our sales rep, Steve, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He measured and placed our order. We scheduled our installation for February and our project was delivered on time. Unfortunately, our experience deteriorated after installation. We have had concerns about the quality of the caulking job on several of our new windows. Some have been corrected, some have not. One of the patio sliding doors that was installed squeaked. HomeTowne attempted to correct the issue and when they could not, they called in the manufacture's rep. He was able to correct the issue and while he was on site, we asked that he check out our caulking concerns. He confirmed that corrections were needed and promised to follow up with HomeTowne. Weeks have passed with no response. In the interim, a piece of trim has fallen off one of our front windows. This time, we contacted Steve directly and again weeks have passed with no response. It is now July and we still waiting to resolve issues from February.
