This is our third time using this handyman company and all three times it has gone well. While they probably aren't the cheapest around, all three times they have been prompt, professional and got the job done well. Mike the technician did have a bear of a time soldering in the new faucet in a really awkward part of the basement ceiling (hence, the main reason I was not about to attempt this), but did a thorough job. He had to order a couple of parts for the Pella screen door and the shower door which we bought at Home Depot looks fantastic now that it is installed in the master bathroom. I would hire them again

These guys do great work! If you are looking for any home handyman jobs to get done I would HIGHLY recommend them. They gave me an estimate over the phone and came in under the estimate. They communicated when they were on the way and text me after they completed the job. I was impressed with the quality of the work and with the communication. TOM'S HANDY SERVICES
Tom was fantastic to deal with. Always prompt. Always working. Pleasant and congenial. I just wish all contractors were like Tom. He basically rebuilt our entire bathroom, except for the tub, all by himself. Materials were $7,500 and Tom's fee was roughly $4,500 (includes some materials he supplied) for almost an entire month's worth of work. The quality and detail of Tom's work was great. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with our new and beautiful bathroom. Next year, we will have a kitchen project and we will use Tom again, 100% guaranteed. Cannot speak highly enough about Tom as a person and more so, for the quality of his work

Did a good job repairing about 12 areas of dry wall holes, wrinkles, and cracks; installed a new water heater and replaced itsfaulty venting system; installed new water faucet up to code requirements; removed and replaced kitchen light fixture; removed broken shower door and replaced with a better and more attractive door. He had some struggles with the water heater venting, but continued working on it until is was up to code and and there was NO leaking. John is very conscientious and a hard worker. Will definitely use him again and again

Tom called me back immediately. He came over to take a look at what we needed to get done and emailed us a quote. I asked him how long it would take and he was pretty right on with the estimate. He stuck to his quote and was very patient waiting for out tile, and shower door to come in even with my inability to decide whether I wanted a black toilet or a white one. He was always willing to pick up materials I was supposed to get. He was accommodating when we changed our minds about something. There isn't anything about the job that I felt could have been done better. He is a pleasure to work with

Jason Link was referred to us by another Angie's List member and contacted us within 3 days. Jason came to our house and gave us options to solve our shower remodel project. Jason sent us a detailed receipt and schedule. The work was completed over 3 days. Jason worked around our schedule and did the tile cutting work in our garage during a rainy day. He was polite, professional and very patient with us. The shower unit was cramped making his work twice as difficult. Because of our immediate need to have the work done, Jason rearranged other projects to get ours done. Jason came back on Memorial Day to finish sealing the grout and applying silicone sealant to our shower glass walls and door. Jason worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. TOM'S HANDY SERVICES
Tom does excellent work and we were amazed by the end results. He thoughtfully demolished portions of a 1956 home and was sensitive to our needs of keeping the dust under control. Had multiple fans running to keep the air clean and would clean up. He planned out all the plumbing and completed work. Everything was well secured and stable (passed inspection in one go). Made a custom pan for pouring the concrete of the shower stall and pitched it just right to make the water drain well. The experience he brings makes sure that things get done correctly. Build the shower stall, completed mosaic tiling, installed the vanity counter top, sink, faucets and shower door. Tom also did plenty of drywall work, door hanging some electrical work and carpentry (shelves and build us a custom door from oak). Tom is extremely capable and knows how to do things right. We are having him over to re-do our master bathroom now. Tom scheduled us in 2 - 3 weeks after the first call and was here everyday for about 4 weeks till the originally scoped job was completed. He was professional enough not to start the job and then run around with other smaller jobs. We trusted Tom with the home and never had a concern. He would work alone at home and clean up and lock up before he left. The times we were at home, Tom is a pleasure to be around and he actually has a decent sense of humor. He also taught me how to do a few things and I was able to contribute a little into the remodeling of my house .... Overall, excellent experience and we will have him over anytime we need to do something at our home .
