Irrigation Works was quick to response to my phone call. We set a date for evaluation of old irrigation system. I had existing pump and 12 sprinkler heads that did not reach the entire lawn and plantings. Tom and Andy presented a plan that included replacing the existing 12 heads and added 10 new ones. The work as done in a very timely matter. They were very careful while cutting though the grass to limit any damage. When one of the new sprinkler heads needed adjusting they returned within a week to make the adjustment. I really enjoy working with Irrigation Works

Came to give estimates; came out and said it was $150.00 to fill in a 2 ft. by 4 in. wide hole; then, he said I needed a 4 ft. high retaining wall to keep the rain in the lawn. He was too expensive, and I didn't go with their services.

The overall experience was excellent. I was given a quote and the system was installed for the quote that was provided. They arrived on the date and time they had scheduled. They were very professional, respectful, and informative. They spent as much time as I needed to review how the system operated. They provided a recommendation as to how often to irrigate in the first few weeks and then how to adjust the system for an ongoing regular process. They followed up by phone to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any further questions. It went tremendously well. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the quality of his work and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. In fact, I am already talking to Chuck about coming to install can lighting in our family and living rooms. Chuck is always in demand because of the quality of his work. He stands by the work that he does and he is very upfront about his prices, etc. Furthermore, Chuck was able to recommend a great electrician to perform a service upgrade at my home. He has an excellent network of top notch people in other trades that he has worked with over the years. Our kitchen looks like we spent well over 10,000 dollars and people are amazed that they are the same cabinets that have been given a facelift. He did a very thorough job of sanding and preparing the cabinets and hanging plastic sheeting to protect other areas of the home from the fine mist of paint spray. He meticulously primed, painted, and touched up areas until it looked perfect. He was very receptive to feedback and it was a joy to have him work on our home. He was very friendly and even made friends with our dog. Chuck Guenther is just a great guy all round and I am truly delighted with the results. I would definitely recommend Chuck if you are interested in high quality work at a fair price. His prices aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for and he stuck to his original quote even though it ended up being quite a bit more labor than he originally intended. We have been using MLS for years after they installed our sprinkler system and have been impressed with their professionalism and friendliness, but this spring they even surpassed themselves. While performing their yearly start-up service, our representative noticed that we replaced a water line going to a hose bib because it burst over the winter. He pointed out that they should have drained the line in the fall and that replacing the line was their responsibility. We had forgotten that and hired a plumber to replace the line. The rep went back to Mike, the owner of ML,S and they immediately refunded the total plumbing bill! The rep could have just ignored the line and we wouldn't have been the wiser.That kind of honestly and responsibility is rare in companies that value profit over customer service. We would recommend MLS over any other company in the state

All Underground provided a very detailed quote for the service they were providing in addition to an aerial view of the property enabling me to better understand the scope of their work. They arrived at the scheduled time and when the job was completed, restored the ground surface including replacing disturbed sod along with re-seeding any bare spots caused from the trenching.
