When it came time to re-roof we contracted with REIMER ROOFING & REMODELING again and the work was stellar! They are a wonderful company to work with. True professionals, taking time to make sure everything is done correctly, neatly, and to the highest quality standards. The only issue we had was with the dumpster in the drive way creating a pothole that we have been stumbling over. But never fear Remier has already contracted with an asphalt company to come out and fix the drive at their cost! We will be using them in the future if we have any other needs but they are all A's in our books

The gutter guards work perfectly! However, I still get ice dams, even though they put some insulation in. When I ask them about that problem, they just say they don’t do insulation anymore, but suggested that I install air vents in the eves, which is a $2500 job.

Without going into great detail . I feel that they are a dishonest company , The prices vary on the same exact job , depending how well you can negotiate the price down . The salesman also said they do not use Sub Contractors , but that was not true , when they came to do the job they said they were Sub Contracted . Prior to hiring them , we checked out different systems and it looked like this was a good system if properly installed , still out on how well it will function , waiting to see how it goes thru the winter . However the installation was terrible , they came back to fix some issues , but parts of the fix were worse than it was the first time . He also removed a big chunk of caulk from under my shingles in one corner , they are not suppose to disturb the shingles . I felt the supervisor that came to check the job the first time was very defensive . In spite of whether or not the product is good , I would never recommend them , due to their poor work ethics . Below are some pictures . The screen is suppose to be flat , the corners are not suppose to be caulked , after the cane and replace only the screen and not the whole panel you can see the sloppy caulking job , also the 45 degree angles did not look good to me , but the supervisor said you couldn't better corner than that , REALLY

Excellent customer service - called at mid-morning to report my issue an left a message, Dale showed up early afternoon, indicated he was working just a few miles away, reviewed my problem and suggested a replacement to the ridge vent and replace the flashing around the plumbing vent. We agreed on a price with an open date for service. To my surprise Dale arrived the next morning with supplies and said that the work would be completed that same afternoon after they finished the job they were working on a few miles away. Work was indeed completed that afternoon. Dale also indicated that there may also be a crack in the vent pipe which may contribute to the ceiling leak, since the open top of the pipe would collect debris, rain, and snow and freezing would damage the pipe, he suggested that a vent cap would prevent debris, rain and snow from building up in the pipe and damaging it further causing more leaks. As a temporary measure, Dale arranged a vent cover with a bucket - this temporary "fix" was the solution to the leak - after more rain there were no additional leaks. I will pursue the installation of vent caps to both vent pipes. Dale certainly knew what the problem was. I would highly recommend him and his crew for any and all of your roofing needs. Professional results and complete customer satisfaction is their highest priority

Installer arrived as scheduled, installed the leaf filter gutter guards in one day. He was very professional and explained what he was doing as he went along. He braced the gutters so they would be more rigid and not sag or bend which would cause the pitch to change and not drain the gutters properly

The only reason I put a B" on professionalism was because the paperwork for the quote was quite informal and left me a bit puzzled. However, it was specific as to what they would be installing. . I had other quotes, and while their price was equal to another option and better than another. Wrightway had done the gutter on the other side of my garage and had corrected the pitch of a gutter on the back of my house installed in the past by another company, so I trusted they would do good work and they did

So far, I fell they are poor communicators. I have had to be very proactive to get an answer or response from them after I signed the contract. I assumed they would contact me once they received the contract and declare a start date for the work. I just had to call several times to get that done. The salesman was great and I had no problem with him.
