Scheduled for a Friday as the 2nd appt of the day, tech arrived early afternoon and informed me there wasn't time to install fan. I had described scope of job in great detail when making appointment but there apparently was a disconnect between schedulers and electricians. I was very upset with the scheduling, not with the tech who was professional, calm, polite,etc. The tech was immediately on the phone trying with other techs to rearrange schedules so that I could be fit in before first appointment on the following Monday to install the fan. Since the installation is normally a 2 person job, two techs showed up Monday. The job was meticulous, finished product was perfect and great care was taken to protect wood floors, furniture, area rug. The installation took about 3 hours, partially in a difficult attic space of a mid rise condo building on a very hot day. The area was clean when they left. The techs were very respectful of my home. Although the initial appointment had some conflict, the tech went above and beyond to resolve it to my great satisfaction. As with all plumbing and electrical jobs, the bills always seem pricey but I would rather pay once for a perfect job and have peace of mind that everything was safely installed or repaired. Awesome tech, awesome tech's boss who was the 2nd installer, awesome outcome. I have been thoroughly enjoying my new fan since. This is the third time in about 10 years that I have used Current Electric and each time I have been impressed by the expertise and professionalism of the techs. I will certainly use them for all my electrical needs.
