The quality of the material is good, and the installation looks good. They patiently answered all of my questions about warranty, lien waivers, and schedule.

Cons: Start date of work was pushed back multiple times. Follow up regularly took a few business days. Work site was left somewhat messy. Pros: Quality of work was very good. Contractor worked closely with me to make sure my exact specifications were met on the roof and skylights. Why to choose this contractor?: Price was 28% below three other competitors if you have the patience and ability to tolerate delays

The quote that I received from the company was the lowest of three quotes. There were a few things that we had discussed that did not make it into the quote, however, including the siding that I had requested. I failed to notice this before committing to the contract. A big value add-on that I purchased with was the 20-year non-prorated warranty on the roof that covers labor and materials for any problem that develops in the roof. The work started soon after I signed the contract and was finished quickly. The workers were courteous and professional. I would definitely go with this company again

Everything seemed to go well until I looked around after they were done. They left a lot of debris and nails on the roof, in the gutters and on the ground plus they damaged two bushes. Turns out Kelly Reimer and his main job foreman were both off deer hunting. When I met with Kelly later, showed him the pictures, he was mortified and very apologetic. He got his crew back to our home and they spent a lot of time making everything right. I know he was sincerely sorry for how they initially left the job. Besides working hard to make me happy with their work, he gave us a generous price break. I believe our experience was truly an aberration and would recommend them to anyone. It's refreshing to meet someone who will admit when they're wrong, take responsibility and then work had to make things right

We had a pretty bad wind storm which blew off a section of our aluminum facia and also 2 asphalt shingles had lifted and shifted on the roof. I had called a siding company and a roofing company separately and they pretty much told me the jobs were too small for them and if they did do it the price would be pretty steep. I did have the piece of facia bent at another company that replicated the piece of facia that had blown off. So I called a couple companies and A Custom To was the one company that came and gave me a reasonable quote to fix both issues. Others never showed up. Chad was the repair guy that came and was such a knowledgeable and good guy. He replaced everything, cleaned up and off he went. I am so grateful that there still is a company that has fair prices and honest workers. Thank you Chad and A Custom Too. Please keep up the great work. They will be the only company I call when I have these types of issues. Hopefully not too soon

Michael did a great job with both the roof and the siding of my house. They went above and beyond in ensuring that the work was performed to the highest standard of quality. He even completed additional work not discussed in the contract at no cost to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to complete roofing and/or siding work

They used a subcontractor, we were told they had used this subcontractor previously. One person didn't speak any English, one spoke broken English and the supervisor (who spoke excellent English) was gone almost the whole first day. Our property was damaged beyond standard expectations (hole in gazebo screen, hole in hot tub cover, nicks out of newly installed deck, etc.). We did not ask for, nor did they offer, any discount for the Infinity-documented property damage. Job took a day longer than promised, so we were woken up early on a Saturday when they wrapped up the job with a crew of eight. When Infinity performed final inspection they discovered the subcontractor had entirely skipped part of the installation (header flashing). I also discovered the sub had incorrectly installed the ridge vent via my own attic inspection. Infinity repair team had to come over to fix the problems. First time it rained following the final repair, we discovered the second floor downspout was completely (100% !) clogged with debris from the installation so that water was backing up in the gutter and overflowing. So I had to go up on a 35' ladder in a downpour to snake out the downspout. We did not find any roof leaks during the downpour or any subsequent storms. Final insult was we had to contact them multiple times for lien waivers. Still working through this one almost three months after the job and a month after check was cashed. Infinity is a CertainTeed Shinglemaster certified installer, but the sub crew that actually performed the work didn't demonstrate the abilities one would expect from a certified installer. The final job looks good, but given the troubles we have faced, and are still working through, I am concerned that we will discover problems with other installation misses once winter comes. Infinity is one of, if not the biggest, CertainTeed installers in the Milwaukee metro area. But I would not recommend them to anybody

Overall, excellent experience. There was some delay in getting the work underway, but this is not unheard of in the home /repair contractor business. A busy place means they must do good work for a fair deal, or they would not be busy! Once they were able to show up and do the work, they were fast, professional, courteous and efficient. A crew of 3 guys tore off our rotten clay tile roof off and replaced it with asphalt shingle in just 1 day on a 25 x 25 ft Greendale original home with a pyramid hip roof, plus a small utility roof, plus a cleaned up the yard decently as well, before leaving that day. The company has been professional during every step of the process. The crew cleaned up fairly well, and owner Keith sent a follow-up guy to clean up a few things to my satisfaction after the work was done, making sure I was happy with everything before he left This company prides itself on doing a good job and getting Angie's List rewards, it means a lot to them. I thought the price for the job was fair. Also, they provide a 10-year warranty on their work, and the shingles themselves have a 50-year warranty on them, in case there are unforeseen issues ahead. They deserve the solid reviews they get. I would hire them again

We have been working with Jake K. at infinity on our 50 year architectural asphalt shingle purchase. Jake is transparent, knowledgeable, and responses. Jake is a large part of the reason we intend to use Infinity as our installer. Infinity’s reputation and history in the roofing market will be the other reason

It has been almost six months since Elite Exteriors replaced my cedar shake roof with longer-lasting asphalt shingles. Elite was just excellent. I started out by getting several quotes from different roofers in the area. Do you know some companies didn't even call me back? WTH? Anyway Elite was the best quote experience and a good price for what I needed so I went with them. The quote process was fast, informative and no one tried to talk me into something else. Respectful! They helped me choose a shingle that would mimic the general look of cedar without the problems of a shake roof. I even let Elite pick the color. (They were absolutely correct and it looks great!) There was a little bit of a rain delay on the start date (to be expected) but Elite came within a week of when they said they were coming. The materials were dropped off in my driveway (with my input on location). Same for the dumpster. Nice and respectful. The Elite roofing crew came the next morning. You have never seen a crew so efficient and cohesive. Ever. Watching those roofers was like watching a ballet. They all knew what to do. They used a lot of hand signals to communicate and everyone was moving all the time. I have never seen a crew as in-tune with each other as these roofers. We actually setup chairs outside in the yard so we could watch them. It was beautiful to behold. Worth the price of admission. You will want to know that the roofers from Elite picked up after themselves. I found very few staples/nails/etc. after they left - true for both the driveway and the lawn. This is important to me since I love to walk around barefoot in summer. Of course, the roof looks great -- straight, no bulging, etc. My house looks like new! Randy, my office contact, was lovely. There was a slight billing issue (these things happen). I talked to Randy and he corrected the error within 10-seconds. It was a breath of fresh air not to have to have some long argument over it. Randy knows his business and was upstanding. I so appreciate the respect he gave me. The price of my roof was really good. The service was excellent. My roof looks great. And I was treated with respect during the whole process. Please give Elite Exteriors a call if you are looking for a new roof. You won't be disappointed

Professional workmanship and OUTSTANDING final results on our re-roof project. Scope of work included removal of existing fascia, soffit, vents, gutters and roof on both our house and detached garage. Danny, Jim and crew were great to work with and we are extremely happy with the final results. I would offer my unreserved recommendation to anyone doing a similar project

Frankly, I felt it would be difficult to locate a roofer that could replace my wood shingle roof with a heavy asphalt roof and provide the quality workmanship and care that I painstakingly negotiated as the General Contractor of my home. I have a reputation for anticipating problems in order to avoid issues down the road. Therefore, I seek only very talented individuals/companies that provide the skills to go beyond the scope of the project and offer quality problem solving solutions. Another consideration was installation time. Since this is a relatively large roof I found that some roofing companies had much smaller crews and offered a longer installation time. Infinity promised roof completion in 6 days (plus 1 day for gutters) and they met that timeline. This was another reason why I chose Infinity Roofing because they are a large dependable well organized business. Office staff provided detailed notice of advance preparation and installation dates. My calls were promptly returned which was a stark contrast to other company's. In addition, their roofers are certified by the shingle manufacture which guarantees my roof for a 50 year warranty with transfer options for the next owner. My high expectations and the quality of work were exceeded by Infinity Roofing. They completed the work on time and the workmanship was coupled with value added approaches by a foreman who lead extremely qualified roofers. The new gutters were installed by their own qualified gutter crew which avoided dealing with outsourcing to another company. In addition, shrubs flowers, windows/ doors and air conditioners were covered and protected. Since then I've received numerous compliments and inquiries which speaks to Infinity's outstanding quality. Efficiency and quality workmanship accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's world. I highly recommended Infinity Roofing

THEY ARE HARD, DEDICATED WORKERS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY GAVE A FAIR AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ESTIMATE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM, THE ROOF LEAKED OVER THE GARAGE AND THEY CAME THAT DAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT. THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROJECT
I live in the Bridgeport area and with the strong wind blew shingles off my roof. Sam and his crew came out went up there on my roof and provided us with pictures before work was done. Work was done. Excellent and affordable job. We would definitely hire again.
After experiencing ice dam problems two of the last three winters, we decided that spot repairs were not working and that a completely new roof was needed. We chose three companies based on their web sites and advertising ? Guardian being one ? and asked them to look at our roof and provide us with a proposal and quote. We were impressed with the Guardian sales representative who evaluated different approaches to the new roof before making his final recommendation. While Guardian was not the least expensive proposal, we felt that we were getting good value and that the final roof would be the best, long term solution. Until the work started, the sales representative and project manager kept in touch and answered additional questions as they came up. The actual work included complete removal of the old roofing, flashings, and various plumbing and air vents. New water barrier materials, flashings, wood (where needed), and plumbing vents were installed. A ridge vent system and additional soffit vents replaced earlier, inadequate, attic ventilation. A friendly crew of up to nine performed the work in two days. The project manager inspected the work daily and either had the crew correct any deficiency he found or did it himself. We were impressed with the effort put into daily and final clean-up of debris. This included one man crawling through the flower bed mulch on his hands and knees looking for small trash. A final review by us and the project manager revealed a few minor issues that were promptly corrected to our satisfaction. Was the Guardian crew perfect? No; we found a small mark on our siding and the clean-up crew ?popped? a small piece out of my patio concrete that was discarded that I will have to repair. Installation of the new ridge vent system left a lot of debris in the attic area but that may not be a normal contractor clean-up area. Were we satisfied with the overall project and work? Yes! Would we use Guardian again? Yes! Would we recommend Guardian to others? Again, yes! The new roof looks great and we feel comfortable that the ice dam issue has been corrected going into this year?s winter
I called for an estimate, and Jim took all the information and came out to give me an estimate with within a couple days. The estimate was very reasonable, and in fact well below a couple other estimates I received. The problem I had was the communication of when they would actually begin the work. I had to call several times to get a range of when the work would begin, and learned that they were going to start by someone coming to put a sign in my front yard. After a week of no crew showing up to begin work I called and was told there was a delay because other jobs were taking longer than expected. After another week, a delivery truck showed up to drop off all the supplies and told me that he was told that they were going to begin work the next day. That is how I found out they were going to begin work, despite multiple calls to try and get an answer from the company about it. When they crew showed up, they were very professional, on time, and did a fantastic job. The work that was done looks very good, and I was extremely happy with the actual work. The only challenge I encountered was the communication from the office regarding the schedule of the work to be done
My neighbor liked the work so much that she hired him to do hers as well. Start to finish, it went really well. They did lots of prep before tearing off and a dumpster was furnished. They did a quality job with the tear off and the reinstallation, and they did a lot of cleaning up at the end. I have recommended them a couple of times since. They are competitively priced
Andy and his crew were excellent. They were on time each day. Kept us informed of what the next steps were in the process. Cleaned up after themselves each and every day. Andy was a perfectionist. He made sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, NEAT, PUNCTUAL, TOOK CARE NOT TO DAMAGE PLANTINGS AROUND THE STRUCTURE, AND EVEN TOOK SPECIAL CARE AROUND A CARDINAL'S NEST. NEIGHBORS HAVE ALREADY ASKED FOR HIS NAME AFTER SEEING THE WORK COMPLETED.
The quality of the material is good, and the installation looks good. They patiently answered all of my questions about warranty, lien waivers, and schedule.
Big Fish was fantastic. The price quoted was in the middle of the pack but the work was exceptional. This wasn't an easy job and their attention to detail was flawless. Communication was great all the way from quoting through to invoicing after the job. A great crew that was considerate, worked hard and left a spotless work site when they were done. Will absolutely consider Big Fish for other projects in the future
