TECH DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THE REPAIR. HE LEFT THE WIRES FROM THE OLD IGNITER ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT RATHER THAN DISPOSING OF THEM OR GIVING THEM TO ME FOR DISPOSAL. WHILE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR AND THE TECH WAS PUNCTUAL. I DID NOT APPRECIATE HAVING TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIM.

We called Burkhart to repair a furnace whose pilot kept going out. The service provider arrived promptly, calling when on his way as we requested. We really appreciated that because we do not live there and wanted to be there during the repair. He got to work immediately, locating the faulty part, the thermocouple. He showed me the thermocouple and explained how it was supposed to look instead of how it looked. During his diagnostic check he also located some crusty wire ready to break and replaced it. He was pleasant and efficient. Plan to use them tomorrow, as we got a call tonight on another furnace needing a repair

We are renting out our condo and needed to have a list of minor repairs done. We were short on time and confidence to do any of the repairs ourselves. Ken came out and handled all but one item which he advised needed a professional plumber. He listened to our concerns and what we thought needed to be done, he advised or steered us in the right direction for materials and handled all the repairs and installations. We were charged a fair hourly rate (we needed more than the 2 hours we mistakenly purchased for the original deal). He got to work and was professional and efficient with his time. Cannot ask for more than that. If we ever need more work, we'll definitely call on Ken and Budget Right again, or will refer them to friends who ask

Jim and his crew are amazing. He explained each phase of my summer improvement project and reviewed the options, explaining why he approached each task as he did. Every part of the job was done to high standards and the people who work for him are top tier at what they do. Even the neighbors were impressed at the efficiency and quality of the work that was done. The new insulation in the space above the family room has resulted in a more comfortable home overall now that heat can no longer enter or escape through that empty inaccessible space. The garage looks almost new again as issues caused by decisions at the time of the original build have been addressed. I expect it to stay that way for many years. The money invested in these improvements is paying off in savings from heating and cooling bills as well as maintaining the value of the property with the work done on the garage. I will definitely hire again for the upcoming year's "summer project"

I called on a Friday afternoon almost 4pm and talked to Ken about our furnace not working. He got Brian out to our home right away to diagnose and fix the problem a few hours later. Working with TemperaturePro Cedarburg was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had! Ken accommodated the same day service despite it was late in the day. They sent me a confirmation email/text when the technician was on his way. Brian did an excellent job, fixed the issue, explained to some tips for maintaining the heater. I highly recommend their service

Excellent. how cool is this for customer service, he stayed open late on a Saturday as I sprinted over to let him take a look just after 1PM. A+ for customer service as he waited for me to come in to give me an estimate. He immediately greeted me and began working on the machine 1/2 hour later the machine was running like a top! He courteous, genuine and an expert at fixing precious old machines... his fee was a pleasant surprise. Hope you call him and go here 1st

Tested out the new unit and were on their way. As I was a returning customer, they seemed to get to my repair issue the day I called and the replacement was scheduled asap.
