Shawn and Katee and the team at Kelly’s are tremendous ! We have hired them multiple times for major projects and the quality of their work and the prices have been great !! I cannot recommend them enough … a friend of ours recommended them to us … I’m thankful to her and to Kelly’s !!!

Chris the owner was very courteous and the two gentleman who worked on the job each day were extremely professional, however there were many miscommunications around where the plants were to go, what was being landscaped, etc. He responded quickly to our concerns but ultimately I have plants in areas that are not appealing to me and if it weren't for the heat, lack of rain and overall condition of the plants because they were moved several times I would have had them try again. All the plants were spaced unevenly and you trust that the landscapers know aesthetics but it was disappointing to find out they didn't have anyone overseeing the job except a foreman who showed up for about an hour or less each morning. There were some issues with mistakes in materials, water flow, unevenness in depth of rock being laid, every day was something new but each time our concerns were addressed. They started almost three weeks later than originally quoted which delayed our other work being done but once they started the two gentleman showed up on time and worked hard. Other than the plant placement it looks beautiful. I will use them again but will be home, have the contract language be more specific and ask for drawings to ensure there are no miscommunications next time.

The team from Bryce is top notch. From working with Kevin (who listened to what we wanted and did not try to change my mind as many others tried to do) who prepared our quote to the crew that transformed our yard, we could not be happier. This was a very positive experience.

Roger is extremely professional. However, he does not respond to telephone calls or emails in a timely fashion. Roger originally told us that he would be out on July 15th to take up sod and put down 3/4-1" rock. A week before, I called him to confirm and told him that I would be taking the day off so to be on sight during the work. I didn't hear from him until after July 15th, after I had taken the day off. He called a couple days later to schedule a start date the following week, which he missed by one day.He specified 3/4-1 inch rock for the yard. However, in a random review of 3 12x12 areas, there is more small (1/4-1/2 inch rock) than there is 3/4-1 inch rock. I called him about this issue. In his response, he said he contacted the place where he bought the rock and they said that some smaller stones would get into the mix. However, in this case, it appears that some larger stones got into the smaller stone mix.His polish does not match his delivery.

AFTER MEETING WITH ME AND TAKING DETAILED MEASUREMENTS OF OUR PROPERTY, SHIRLEY DESIGNED A TERRIFIC PLAN THAT WAS CUSTOMIZED TO OUR HOUSE. THE COST LISTED ABOVE IS FOR THE PLANTS (132 IN OUR PLAN). THE FINAL OUTCOME IS FANTASTIC! WE LOVE HOW THE PLANTS AND DRY RIVER ROCK BED COMPLIMENT OUR HOUSE. I INTERVIEWED SEVERAL LANDSCAPING COMPANIES, AND SHIRLEY PROVIDED THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE AND CUSTOMIZED SERVICE. SHE IS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AS A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.

Hard working crew, worked long hours every day. Excellent results, walls look great. Attention to details, including final construction of rain gutters and final river rock and mulch grading. Crew boss Santiago was especially hard working, and took great pride and integrity when constructing the new walls, with attention to leveling, backfilling and securing the block. Did extensive repair of the lawn damaged during the process, including topsoil, seed and hay-- waiting for the grass to grow back.

Gary came out and gave us a full explanation of what type of plants would work best in our area and helped us in choosing the right ones for us.He came out and removed the old plants, planted the new and added stone and repaired/replaced the edging in that area of our landscaping. Gary did a great job, the work looks great and has really improved the curb appeal of the house already. We were very satisfied with Gary, his work and his price. We'd certainly have him back in the future for any of our landscaping needs.

They were helpful but not pushy while we were at the garden center. They helped me estimate how much river rock I needed based on square footage. We stopped in and walked around the garden center looking at plants; then we walked the yard to look at the various rock/mulch/etc. I should note they don't have a large selection of plants; but I would describe it as a 'precise' collection. Healthy plants of the correct variety. At one point we were asked if we needed help or had questions, and I said I just needed a few more minutes to figure some things out and then I would have questions. Once we figured our end out; we went inside and got help. They helped me estimate everything and he even pointed out that my plan (on grid paper) looked like it would work. We payed and they told me they would be delivering immediately. They did. He walked my project with me and said it looked good; it was really nice. We appreciate their prices, quality; and service. They also dropped off crush stone for a project I had last year (same day, courteous; fair priced).

Mike and one of his employees arrived promptly mid-morning Saturday, as promised. They immediately began the work and did not stop until the job was completed, which was around 4 PM. They were extremely polite. We were really pleased with the way they cleaned up the site when they were finished with the project. We are thrilled with the way our backyard looks now, and will definitely recommend this landscape company to our friends and neighbors.

From start to finish, this company was fast and no hassle. Dave came, surveyed the situation, listened to what we wanted, sent an estimate via email, came back out again (we called him because we wanted to add more stuff/clarify what was going to happen). We signed the contract, sent in the deposit and agreed upon a date for the work to be completed. We were on vacation when the work started....the workers took the time and care to move planters out of the way and really took care of our belongings in our absence. The work (which I felt was extensive) was completed quickly and was exactly what we wanted. If you're looking for landscaping, I would give this company a try. Price was much cheaper than other companies who gave us an estimate for the same work, and the responsiveness of this company was also much better than the companies (estimate came in faster than the others, for example).
