This is not my first time dealing with granite, and I had an expectation that was not met. We initially chose this business because of their great customer service. Once we committed to this business however, there was very poor customer service. I had to call multiple times to check on things and follow up on things. There was no communication. The timelines I was given were very inaccurate. I was told multiple times the time frame to install was 2-3 weeks and there was not even a chance of install before 4 weeks in the end. I was very nervous about install because there were multiple errors on the final layout. My specifications from the measure were not followed. I was not confident about the job that would be done. The install took a long time. They had to come to my house 4 times in 2 weeks before it was finally done. They made errors twice cutting the stone and there were delays so they could recut the pieces. The caulking job was terrible, leaving me to fix it in some places. The seams were not great. I asked twice for them to be smoothed out. I talked with many of the employees over the course of this project and they don’t even talk positively about each other. In the end, I have granite countertops and they are beautiful, but they are here at great expense and great stress.
