We came into the showroom a few months back and had excellent service with both Mike and Julie. She maintained contact with us periodically while our cabinets were being refinished. When time came to make a final selection and have the countertop work done, we were disappointed to learn that both Mike and Julie had left. We were so unhappy with the rest of the staff there that we decided to take our business elsewhere. No one there spoke english or understood what it was that we were looking for. One woman even fell asleep while we were asking questions

Bedrock Granite
This is not my first time dealing with granite, and I had an expectation that was not met. We initially chose this business because of their great customer service. Once we committed to this business however, there was very poor customer service. I had to call multiple times to check on things and follow up on things. There was no communication. The timelines I was given were very inaccurate. I was told multiple times the time frame to install was 2-3 weeks and there was not even a chance of install before 4 weeks in the end. I was very nervous about install because there were multiple errors on the final layout. My specifications from the measure were not followed. I was not confident about the job that would be done. The install took a long time. They had to come to my house 4 times in 2 weeks before it was finally done. They made errors twice cutting the stone and there were delays so they could recut the pieces. The caulking job was terrible, leaving me to fix it in some places. The seams were not great. I asked twice for them to be smoothed out. I talked with many of the employees over the course of this project and they don’t even talk positively about each other. In the end, I have granite countertops and they are beautiful, but they are here at great expense and great stress

Wisconsin Granite Design LLC
We found Wisconsin Granite very easy to work with. The showroom is large, well stocked and the help was attentive. The measuring crew and the installers were on time and the work was superb. One minor inconvienience was the fact that you are responsible for disconnecting, then reconnecting your plumbing, but you are made aware of that up front. All in all, we are very pleased with our new countertops and would recommend "Dr. Granite" and his crew to everyone

THE TOP MAKER
Mike did an outstanding job replacing our very old laminated countertop. We had some minor cabinet making work that had to be done prior to the installation of the new countertop and Mike had someone in mind that performed this service for us that also was an excellent choice(Rob Mleczko of and quot;Remodeling Solutionsand quot;). Also The plumber that worked with Mike to do the sink hook up was great and very professional. These three men are all near the Oak Creek area and which is where my home is located and that was in part what we were looking for our project, Professionals that are within our area. We are also using the cabinet maker(Rob) and the plumber(Brad Schmidt of and quot;Bradley Thomas Plumbingand quot;) to do other remodeing work for us in the present and near future. Our kitchen has been transformed into something that we enjoy looking at every time we enter our kitchen and are completely happy with how everything turned out. The laminate looks a lot like a Granite finish, but at about a third of the cost, and without having to reseal it every year like what must be done to maintain a granite style countertop. You won't be disappointed with these guys as they really are top notch professionals and at a very reasonable price

Beginning with my first visit to the Kitchen Masters showroom through the completion of the installation of my new kitchen countertops, Scott and his crew were wonderful to work with, including the installers from the fabrication company he partners with. Choosing countertops that coordinate with an existing backsplash and tile flooring is challenging but Scott was very patient with me as I made numerous visits to the showroom to find new samples to take home and compare. He always made sure that my questions were answered whether we on the phone or speaking in person. I am also pleased to say that I am happy that my husband and I were able to support a local small business and that we highly recommend Kitchen Masters to anyone considering an update or remodel

It was a pleasure working with Bedrock Granite. They had one of the more reasonable quotes and it was much more personalized than other places we had checked out. We were able to pick out our slab of granite from their warehouse and the designer helped us coordinate the backsplash. Once we finalized things, they sent someone out to our house to measure within a day. It was installed within four weeks, only because we had waited until busy season, and it was installed within 2 hours. Looks beautiful! They also have a list of recommended tile guys to install the backsplash

He came well-recommended to us. He showed up on time, and did what he said he would do. The great thing about him is that he does it all, including the plumbing! We didn't have to set up an appointment to get everything else disconnected, and his price was better than everyone else we spoke with. He was there every day making sure the job was being done correctly, and coordinating everything. The end result is fantastic! We have no complaints whatsoever, as the job was done perfectly

They were very easy to work with. The lady that we were working with was working part-time because of her health issues. But, she was very responsive. The only time the kitchen was out of commission was only during the actual work, which was about a week. She had everything lined up and it worked like clock work

Savers Kitchen and Bath recently assisted us in updating our kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, sink, and faucet. In addition, they removed a planning desk and installed a counter height cabinet with drawers and a beverage refrigerator. Since we didn’t replace the cabinets, they did an excellent job matching the stain of the new cabinet with the existing ones. Aaron, our design consultant, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all, patient during our selections. He offered advice, pros and cons, and helped us to feel confident in our decisions. All the professionals who worked in our home did an excellent job, and we especially want to mention Ryan. He was with us through the whole remodel, working carefully and skillfully. His attention to detail was much appreciated, and when design decisions with the tile needed to be made, he offered options and his opinion for the best outcome. Ryan did an excellent job of containing the mess, protecting our carpets and hardwood floors, and his thorough clean up at the end of each day was so appreciated. He was such a pleasant young man to have in our home each day! We would highly recommend Savers Kitchen and Bath

Great job by Bill. He communicates well, is punctual, and the work he does himself (for us he replaced our cabinet doors) is done to the highest standard. Great attention to detail all thru the remodel including protecting the wood floors during construction and little details like putting rubber bumpers on the range hood to protect the new cabinet doors. A bonus is the new cabinet doors are made in Wisconsin, so buying local! We are very pleased with the outcome and work done by Kitchen Solvers and would recommend them to anyone who wants to update a kitchen

The overall process went well. We started thinking we were just doing a minor kitchen update with new counters and cabinets. Jeremy gave us designs and an estimate. We decided to expand the project to include the addition and Jeremy promptly gave us new designs and an updated estimate. Burkham Built is a small shop so we were concerned about the project being done in time for our daughter's blessing but he made it happen. My wife and I are very picky and wanted to select most of the materials. We sent lots and lots of ideas and questions to Jeremy and he made sure we bought the right things from sinks to sections of rough butcherblock and tiles. It was nice and absolutely necessary for us to make the kitchen our own but have a really good builder there to check our decisions and put it all together. Many steps along the way were very dirty both inside and out and Jeremy did a good job keeping things clean enough for us to continue to live in our home with a baby and temporary kitchen setup in the dining room. Very early on he had a temporary sink installed which I would have never thought to do but was really helpful. Like any project there were some unknowns and surprises found along the way. Jeremy handled each one very well and in the end we felt satisfied with both the result and what we paid

Working with GR General Contracting and Old World Stone I first went to their warehouse to choose and tag two slabs. Great experience and I found beautiful slabs. They came out and VERY carefully measured my counters (with lasers) and went over my choices for corners and edges. Approximately one week later they called to say the counters were ready to be installed. Came out 3 days later, took out all existing and installed all new....all done in one day. Everything was hauled away and cleaned up to perfection. The stone work is just beautiful and after they cleaned up and left you would never have known any work had even been done! Follow up: I decided I wanted to redo a tabletop and they cut me a piece from the same slab so that I could create a new tabletop. It was done in 3 days, I picked it up (they even met me there on Sat morning even though they were closed so I could get it) and I now have a gorgeous piece of furniture that compliments my countertops, too

Fantastic!!! Rick takes his time to make sure the job is done right, as if it were his own home and it's obvious he takes pride in his work. I'm beyond thrilled with my "new" kitchen and rave about it to everyone. We had a good discussion about the desired work over the phone and we made an appointment for a quote visit. Jeff showed up promptly to assess the work. He provided excellent explanations of why we had the problem and the best ways to fix it and a quote on site. The only reason we did not hire him for this job was a mismatch of our schedules. We used someone else who was available a little earlier. We have used Jeff in the past for two other jobs and have no qualms at all about hiring him again. He has great experience and the quality of his work is excellent

On time at 8:00 AM. Completed demmolition and removed old sink, faucet and multiple tops. Counter tops were installed by cabinet maker and he called the plumber when complete with his work. The plumber arrived after lunch time and completed his work before dinner. All was done in one day with little if any inconvenience. The contractors were all pleasant, neat, professional and answered any questions I had about the process. I plan on doing another similar job in another rental property I own next spring

The whole experience was very good. I worked with Rick Skebba, one of the owners. It surprised me that the initial estimate was based on my measurements. But, that was the same for all of the estimates and Rick explained that it is not cost effective for contractors to do the initial measurements. After we indicated our interest with the initial estimate, Rick came out, made modifications to my estimate and pointed out areas that would need special attention. Once we signed the contract Rick arranged for us to visit the stone manufacturer, K G Stevens, to pick out the slap and to talk about how the counter would be cut out of that slab. K G Stevens sent someone to do the final measurements and later to do the actual installation. The final cost was very close to the initial estimate
