Golden Maid has done my twice a month cleaning for a couple of years, so when I sold my house, I asked Rita to do a move out cleaning. They cleaned out the appliances, all shelves, mopped all floors, swept the garage, etc. They did such a good job the buyers called my realtor after the pre-closing walk-through just to tell him to pass on to me that the place was so clean and they really appreciated it and they wanted to thank me. And up to that point these had been really difficult-to-please buyers! I am moving out of Rita's service area and I am very sad to lose her

They did a great job, it took a little more than 3 hours and really left the place move-in ready. Cabinets, oven, fridge, blinds, basement, floors, etc. I'd hire them again in an instant.

I called and gave them short notice but they were great about my schedule. They came on time and were done pretty fast. There was some confusion about the billing in the end but even with that they were nice and polite. We got it all resolved and i would call them again.

I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING OUT AFTER A TENANT. THE TEAM WAS ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE WORK TOOK LONGER THEN EXPECTED WHICH INCREASED THE QUOTE I HAD. THEY DID NOT SEE THE PLACE AHEAD OF TIME BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT GIVEN THE QUOTE RANGE I HAD THIS WENT OVER THAT. I MARKED THE GROUP LOW IN PROFESSIONALISM BECAUSE THE COMPANIES MAIN OFFICE CALLED ME TO ASK IF THEIR CREW WAS STILL AT THE SITE CLEANING. I WAS NOT THERE AND JUST GUESSED IF THEY WERE THERE OR NOT. TO CALL ME THE CUSTOMER TO FIND OUT WHERE THEIR WORKERS ARE DID NOT SEEM VERY PROFESSIONAL TO ME. THEY SHOULD GIVE THERE PEOPLE CELL PHONES. I MARKED THEM DOWN AS A YES I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BUT REALLY THE ANSWER IS MAYBE

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! She was on time. She walked through the apartment with me so i could show her the places that needed more attention. The result was amazing. It looked as though no one had ever lived there - it was so clean! Years of dirt and grime that I had tried on many occasions to eliminate myself... She was just THAT good. My landlord asked me for her information after we moved so they could have her clean out other apartments. I highly recommend these services

She answered all my questions and was able to schedule my clean very easily. Two people arrived on the agreed on date, right on time. They spent 2.5 hours and did a fantastic job. They are excellent. I came across them during a groupon offer initially and was very pleased with their service then. I also used another groupon cleaning service around the same time initially, B Clean, and will never use them again. For this latest cleaning I researched other offers in the area and was still given a better price quote from The Maids vs Maid Brigade...and there are 4 employees vs only 2. 4 people working on my home makes it go so much faster, minimizing the amount of time in my home, lowering my overall costs. They are thorough, professional, trustworthy, detailed, and on time. I love how my home smells and feels after they're done. Also, as a bonus they use green products which is a must for me with allergies and with children in the home

Worst experience ever. Scheduled a cleaning with B-Clean. No call, no show. Reached out to express concern, owner Byron offered to make it good. We were in the process of moving in the next few weeks, so I asked if they would perform our move out clean, also expressing my uneasiness that they may not show on our moving day. He assured me that he PERSONALLY would make sure the move out clean happened. Called him the morning of our move out to confirm, he answered and said they may be running a little behind. Five days later, I have still yet to hear back from them. Even after MULTIPLE calls from me asking for an explanation. We were left in an empty apartment with no cleaning supplies, since we had a cleaning scheduled with B-Clean. Took the day off work to move into our new home, wound up spending it shopping for more cleaning suppies and scrubbing our apartment. Awful. Unprofessional. If I could rate less than an F, I would

I love to come home to my sparkling clean house when Cleaning Plus has been there! I have never been disappointed by their service. They pay attention to detail and do things the way I want them done. They accomodate special requests - small ones if I leave a note and larger ones if I call the office ahead. When I have been home, I found the team to be both friendly and professional. They are very honest and reliable - have even found misplaced earrings and a key for me! I definitely recommend them

Met with 2 services for estimates. Initially chose another service because they were much less expensive, documentation was very complete about the weekly rotation, but their work was not good. So I let them go and called The Maids. I was confused a few times about the rotation and the cost, that's one piece of feed back I've given Sue, to document it better for her customers. The Maids has been cleaning my house for a few months now and does a pretty good job. Sometimes some details are missed but I can feel comfortable letting Sue know. When I've had concerns, she's been very good about trying to resolve them. The Maids has been flexible to meet my needs
