Dennis was great to work with. He designed a pergola to match our odd patio space, so it is not a cookie-cutter pergola. The execution and design were top-notch. Dennis was responsive to our ideas and concerns and completed the job in a timely manner. Daily clean up was excellent. He needed to come back and touch up some of the wood where the stain was missing. While most people would have made this a half-hour job, he spent a couple of hours going over the whole piece and found places we had missed in our inspection. In addition to the new construction, he took down an old smaller pergola that was attached to our house and rebuilt it. He touched up the house paint as needed as a result of the demolition and rebuild. Everything looks great and we are getting lots of compliments. Dennis is an agreeable and intelligent gentleman and a very easy contractor to work with--someone who takes pride in his work and his reputation. I would hire him again in a flash! I almost hate giving him such a good review because he may not be available the next time we want his services!

Todd did previous work at my home, (Closet Doors), and asked him if he could put a roof on my Pergola. The work was finished in basically a day and I now have a covered patio.

It went extremely well. They were responsive. They came when they said they were going to come; right down to the second. They performed the work that was requested and they kept true to their cost estimates. The repairs have lasted for two years; just long enough which was what I needed, long enough so I could afford to replace the pergola. So I am extremely happy because I was concerned the repairs were not going to be structurally sufficient to last as long as they have and they have. They are not cheap but you get extremely good quality work. I didn’t think anybody could make that pergola last at all but they did.

We met Shawn Kelly at a garden show and were very impressed with him and his high energy and willingness to spend time with us. As spring 2012 unfolded Shawn met with us on several occasions to plan, re- plan what we wanted to do with our landscape. We set a date and his crews showed up on agreed upon day and were very professional and friendly. The crew did great work and clean up was outstanding. There were no surprises in the final billing and my wife and I absolutely love our new patio!

I am so impressed with this company! We had initially started with a quote from another well-ranked Angie's List company, and were told that our work would cost almost $1500. We then found Rodriguez Landscape Company and requested a quote on Tuesday after hours; by Thursday afternoon, our quote had been completed and accepted and the yardwork was completed. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive; the work was done exceptionally well, and you can hardly tell that our backyard once had such terrible eye sores. John came out to look at an area in my small backyard that I wanted to build a permanent pergola. I told him what I wanted and he had some good suggestions. He sent me a quote later that day and I decided to use Kirch Improvements. He gave me options on the wood and stain. Also, let me pick the look of the ends of the boards. I was planning on getting a patio built and wanted to get the posts in. He came on the weekend to dig the holes and came the following Tuesday to set the posts. The following day he came back and finished the project. He did a fantastic job!!

Excellent excellent excellent. Jamon and Greg Peterson treated this project like it was for their own home. They listened to our needs for creating an outside living space that would compliment a new additiona that we put on last year. Extreme Exteriors brought in a landscape architech who understood our vision and drew the plans. Jamon and his dad then began the project in June of 2011. I have dealt with many contractors but none as customer focused as Extreme Exteriors. They knew better than I did what I wanted. Their quality and attention to detail is phenominal. They always left the work space in spotless condition. My friends and family are blown away by our new outdoor room. It is truly our get away - our most favorite place to be.
