Never had to worry during the process about communication which wasn't easy for them as we had vacations and surgery planned. Great company!! Our deck is beautiful

The owner John and his crew are excellent workers. They are on time precise and neat .John was the lowest bidder on this but also the most informative in regard to material and design options. John is very a patient listener and was able to adapt our concerns on a few things into the project. I found him to be very detailed and quality orientated. He found some low spots in the existing sub structure and made sure they were level before installing the new decking. The project took 2 days and John and his crew worked the first day in a light rain. This is a small family owned company that gives you superlative workmanship at a very fair price

Matt called me to arrange an appointment to take a look at our deck. He was out within a few days and got a quote to me right away.His crew power washed our rather old deck and restained it. It looks great. All the guys were personable and neat.The weather did not cooperate and finding a stain match was not easy so they did have to return four times to get the job done. That was no problem for me but I felt bad for them having to come from Racine to the northshore over and over again! I would recommend them and will call when I need interior work don

The old deck railings needed replacement. When they were removed the aluminum covered facia boards were found to be rotten; EXACT EXTERIOR & INTERIOR REMODELING INC to the rescue. The crew replaced the old facia boards, covered the new boards with colored matched aluminum, patched the rubber roof, installed the vertical railing posts and term bar. WELL DONE!!! Also the deck patio door required replacement. It was completed with craftsmanship and care. It's great to enjoy a breeze now through the new screen door. i had met with five companies total for our porch and siding. Some estimates were one or two lines of explanation for a $15000 job. The Siding Group gave a very detailed, complete bid which covered everything they would be doing. Mr. Borowski spent a lot of time going over the product choices, the details of the installation. We then decided to go with them for the porch, and the process for that bid was just as complete. The crew showed up early, prepared for the day and then started at 8 every day. They worked quickly and efficiently. The owner of the Siding Group stopped by frequently to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew cleaned up daily. The porch and siding are beautiful

The job went very smooth. On the cedar deck Elite Exteriors stained all the deck boards in their shop prior to installing them. It was great.. Actually fantastic that they could do the staining work and the carpentry work. That way I didn't have to deal with 2 contractors. On our main house we did a maintenance free AZEK deck and railing. The material was more expensive, but it is maintenance free. Elite Exteriors did a great job installing both decks. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and the amount we paid was exactly what they quoted the job at. It was just easy.

I'd used JJB Home Improvements for several other projects in the past so I already had a great deal of confidence in the company and crew. (I call Jeff "my contractor" when talking to others about my 'projects'.) That said, I still got several other estimates and JJB's price was very competative. So fair price and confidence wins every time. Jeff takes the time to explain things and neither he nor Joe minded answering all my questions. The crew was here when they said they'd be, they worked hard the whole time they were here, and cleaned up each evening before going home. We're very pleased with the workmanship and the interior finish work on the windows is superior

A contract was signed on 1st April 2016. Based on the weather they started the last week of May. The ceiling of the Gazebo (inside and roof) were pressure washed along with the deck (solid stain over redwood) and the 4 patio doors and 2 windows were pressure washed in preparation to be painted to be matched (color) of my new Marvin windows which will be installed this summer. The stain on the deck came off in sheets due to low adhesion with the redwood. The pressure washing also caused blemishes in the redwood deck. It was discussed at later date with Adam that this would require additional sanding at adding expense and was agreed. A team of 5 or so painters arrived the following week and were very courteous to work with. A primer coat and two finish coats were applied to the patio doors and windows, A clear cedar stain was applied to the cedar shingles, the interior of the roof was varnished (one coat) and two coats were applied to the deck floor and railings and some cases three coats on the railing due to coverage issues. All paint was Sherwin Williams and included in the cost. The deck looks great for a almost 30 year old deck

We needed a complete rebuild of a second story deck on our house. Luckily, we found P.A.M.M. to help us out. Working with Dan and Deanna was all pretty straightforward. They were punctual, communicated well, and completed the project on time for the amount we were quoted. A crew of 3 or 4 men worked on the house for three days from 8:30am until 4:30pm . Each day the area was cleaned up and all equipment stored under cover. Many hours were spent scraping the exterior of crack and peeling paint..The house was carefully masked to prevent overspray, and caulked where the original builder left gaps. The quality of work I felt was outstanding and I would not hesitate to hire them again. The crew was also very friendly and very accommodating

The job took longer than expected to complete; however, this was due to the representative's illness. Once underway, the job progressed well, but could not be completed as estimated due to unforeseen problems with a wooden deck. Jason, the representative, adjusted the price to suit revised statement of work (SOW). Unfortunately, we returned to our Washington State residence for the Holidays, and my check for the balance was misplaced by the Post Office. It was finally located and forwarded which concluded the transaction. I appreciate the patience and communication from Jason and Josh during the time needed to get this resolved. These guys really know what they are doing!? Jan fit this major deck/patio repair into his schedule when things fell through with another contractor (I preferred Jan, but the other bid was lower - turns out, it was an unrealistic bid and the guy kept putting off the work for 8 months before I realized that he was never going to do it!). Jan, Randy, Dan (the concrete guy) and everyone who works with?this company?was very pleasant and professional - and they got the work done when they said they would!? This is the second job that Jan has taken care of for me and I am very pleased with the work he has done.?Would hire him again in an instant.

Well Pablo is a genuine professional he’s the only person that called me back. Someone was supposed to come on Monday but no one showed up I called Angis list and told them and the guy Joshua punched in on his phone and said he had started the job at 9:00 and then he said he completed it and charged my card $328.40 and no one ever came so I called them and they said he probably had an emergency but no call or text and then fraudulently charging my card. So unprofessional I called Angis again and they said someone will be there Wednesday at 9:00 and then I got a text saying they’d be here’s Thursday at 12:30 I couldn’t believe he bald faced lied to me so I sent them a text and then they said someone would be there Wednesday at 9:00. We’ll Tuesday Pablo called and he wanted to do an estimate and I thought he was going to paint but Angis list contacted Pablo Tuesday and he called and said he’d be over at 10:00 on Wednesday we’ll Wednesday came and no one showed up at 9:00 I called Angis and they said “ he doesn’t feel like working today “ and I said are you kidding me what kind of company are you running so I give Angis list zero stars. Pablo does excellent work he painted my living room and bathroom the living room had an accent wall and took three coats to go from red to blue it looks amazing and he is really professional I want my cabinets painted in the kitchen and he already gave me a quote and I think it’s totally fair price . So if you need something painted contact Ayala Painting Pablo and his workers are awesome!!!

Early Bird Painting did a wonderful job on everything! The original Living Room Wall color was a very dark green with wallpaper borders. They removed the wallpaper completely and covered the dark green with a light green with no bleed through. The Bedroom was the same situation, covering a dark brown with a light yellow. Excellent cut job around LOTS of woodwork. There were no paint spots on either the woodwork nor the hardwood floors. Very neat and clean! The basement clean up was the biggest and dirtiest job. They removed the pet stained carpeting and washed the floor thoroughly. After drying, they then sealed the floor with an epoxy paint. They sealed and painted the basement walls as well. All the pet odors are gone! Awesome! We are very pleased with the quality of their work and they didn't rush. It took them the full work week to complete the job and believe it was done with perfection. We definitely recommend this painting company to others

The old one was spongy and poorly supported. He also noted the new siding on the house and new windows. His quote for a treated, wood deck was $7200. The contractor we went with charged us $4097. Quite a difference.
