It looks good. Chris did a good job preping and painting. We didn't use the shower for several days to make sure it had time to dry.

It went very well. Scott was very responsive with detailed information on his products and services while we were considering re-finishing vs. new unit. Once we decided to go with refinishing he was also very responsive with regards to what we needed to do ahead of time. He was timely in scheduling the work and Jeremy who did the refinishing was very pleasant to work with. He also put the new finish on the ceramic tile that was above the tub/shower unit. The work on the tub/shower unit included filling holes, other general repair and adding a non-skid finish. His quote was the most expensive of those that we received but I still rate his price "A" because, from everything I learned his product was much superior to the others that quoted. The finished product looks beautiful.

Mick did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. As part of our remodel, Mick had to tear apart our one piece old fiberglass tub/shower and do the frame work/drywalling to replace with a tile shower. The finished tiled shower looks very professional. Not only does Mick have great carpentry/tiling skills, he also has great people skills. It was always a joy having him around and it was very evident that he cares about his customers. We highly recommend Mick.

Ader ( pronounced: A-dare) was awesome and we will be calling on him for help with future projects. He came to take care of one thing and when we saw how well it went we just kept the jobs rolling to take care of some things we hadn't gotten around to. The original need was for a grab bar in our shower as I worked through rehab for a knee replacement. I was worried in that there was not a lot of wiggle room about where it could go, it was dicey figuring where the studs were behind the fiberglass unit, and mistakes would have meant repariing the epoxy finish over the fiberglass--not a fun job. Ader got it just right. The lights were a snap for him. The flooring job went fast and looked really professional. The water filter took a little longer than expected since it was his first time installing that type, but he adjusted his charges downward accordingly. The filter has functioned as desired-no leaks or issues. Ader is great to work with. He is very meticulous and communicates well about scheduling and the customers' desires and expectations. His standard of quality for each job he undertakes is very high. He is willing to take on a range of tasks, but is especially at home as an electrician. I would recommend Ader highly to friends and others without hesitation.

We are very happy with the work done on our remodeled bathrooms. Patrick and his assistant Mick proved to be very skilled craftsmen. We had a wide variety of projects for them to complete and they did them all in a professional and timely manner. They both have great communication skills as well. Patrick's response time to any questions we had was amazing. After you meet Patrick and work with him, it is very easy to tell that he really cares about his customers. He truly wants everyone to be satisfied with the work that Happy to Help did. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

While the prices are slightly higher than I thought they would be and a little more than I wanted, it comes out to very close to $23 sq. ft. when done. I wish they had a blue option for the counters but we're happy with the color we went with. The price makes then the same as doing new laminate with installation, but our 70's old laminate curves up in the back so we would have had to do cutting and that makes whole new much more expensive in labor, so this as a great alternative and in the 70's they actually used very good sub wood and they've held up fantastic over the years, so we went with resurfacing which is like fiberglass but without using a cloth in the middle of the resin urethane layers, so very tough and will look great for 25 yr.s plus. will take heat and heavy objects and the punishment of children and pets lol. We have old venetian marbles bathroom vanity and tub walls that we did new resurfacing coatings on and they even patched old chemical erosion on the counters and angies list gets you free anti slip tub upgrade that costs $80 normally. So a nice bonus.

Installation was on schedule, easy, and fast. We love the results! Everything was done in one day, and we were able to use the shower again after 24 hours. This was important to us, because we don't have a second bathroom in our house. The crew left their work area spotless. We are very happy with their services.

I was calling repair places about 2 weeks ago and got Scott's voicemail. I had other places to call so I didn't leave a message. I was really surprised when he actually called me back about 5 minutes later to find out what I needed. We had a good conversation and I scheduled a service appointment for 9/4/2014 to repair a couple cracks in our fiberglass tub. At the end of the call, I asked Scott if he could give me a couple references and he said he'd call me back the next day. This is where the problems start. I never received a call back from Scott with reference information. I wasn't too concerned but, as the days went on and the appointment date grew closer - I was concerned that I could not get references from him. So, a couple days ago, I joined Angie's List to see what information I could find out about this company prior to the appointment. I was really happy to see an "A" rating and was satisfied by reading other's comments that I had chosen a good service provider. I was a little concerned yesterday when I did not receive a confirmation call about our appointment. Today is 9/4 and Scott has not shown up for our 9am appointment. I called at 9:15am to check in - and I left a voicemail. When I didn't receive a response by 9:30am I started calling other service providers. It's now 9:50am and I still have not heard from Scott. At this point, I've called and left a final voice message cancelling our service appointment. I will have another (hopefully more responsible) provider perform this work for us. UPDATE: Later that same morning, Scott did return my call. On that call he claimed to have no recollection of our conversation a couple weeks ago or the appointment that we had scheduled over the phone. He did seem to acknowledge (though not directly) that my recollection of the events matches with how he would have conducted business over the phone. I'm not sure what to think - many good reviews of his work on here but a huge miss on the opportunity to service me. I've turned to another provider for the work at this time.
