Great as always. Matt got right to it, identified the problem, and to avoid future problems , replaced the whole wire run to the outside lights. Matt is professional and courteous , and goes the extra mile! I'll be calling A Plus anytime I need electrical work done!

Everything was perfect. Cory was responsive to my call, got me on his schedule and arrived at the time he said he would be there. He fixed a light switch that another firm had replaced with a defective switch. He also checked the transformer for low voltage lights that another firm had said needed to be replaced and found all it needed was to be turned on. He replaced some burned out low voltage lights and even came back at night from another town to make sure all of them were working and never charged me for this. I'm not able to do this myself as I'm in a wheelchair and can't get outside. Cory at Beckett Electric can't be beat. He was awesome. I highly recommend Beckett Electric.

Traditions is a great company to work with. Phil and his team are extremely professional, prompt and a value for the service and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor lighting and holiday lights. Bo was very helpful.  I was having problems with chirping smoke detectors and he explained they need to be replaced every 8-10 years (I had no idea).  He also fixed a malfunctioning porch light.  He worked quickly in order to get multiple items done within his allotted hour of work.  This is a great service provider - responsive, responsible and respectful.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was good. They are a very good company so I have used them before, too. The cost was a big deal and they did a good job.  

The job required two visits.  Both individuals were prompt, professional, and easy to work with.  We reached several decision points during the course of the work, my options of which were explained thoroughly and clearly.  Both individuals attempted to give me the most economic options while still maintaining the functionality that I desired.

It was easy to schedule the service. On the day of the appointment I received a call to let me know what time they would arrive, then someone arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. I had purchased the deal for $89 for 2 hours of service. The work took about 2.5 hours so I was charged for the extra time and for a couple parts. The rates were very reasonable, and the work was done to my satisfaction.The worker was professional and courteous. I would use this company again.

Communication was great to schedule the appointment for installation. Light looks to be high quality and installation went very smoothly. The light looks great and was easy to set the sensor for sensitivity for my situation. It was a great price for the motion light and installation - couldn't be happier!!.

Helping Hands Electric staff were very professional and timely with their work; professional advice related to lighting options was provided.  We were very pleased with the work they did. The new lighting is a great addition to our home.

He arrived a few minutes early, it took less time than what he initially thought and he was very pleasant and professional. My new lights look great and I couldn’t be happier with the job he did.
