Our basement was as mess that grew over 30 years! Becky, owner of Clutter Confident, was invaluable in helping with the project and in directing the project from start to finish. We didn't know how to start, and many times in the process didn't know how to continue. Becky kept us focused, and with a calm and positive attitude. We made piles of donations and piles of things to go to the dump. All other items were put in tubs that we organized during the project (she had us purchase multiple storage containers in order to be ready for the project when she arrived), or were put in tubs for my husband and I to organize as homework (homework tubs were things like our memory items such as our children's drawings and photographs). We had several shelving units downstairs and Becky chose some for laundry supplies and others for things like light blubs (we have many) and other household supplies used on a regular basis. Other shelving units were used for painting supplies (again, many) or books. Storage areas were created for wrapping paper, Christmas and holiday items, tools, etc. My husband took many loads to the dump and to charity while she and I kept organizing. The transformation is amazing and it feels like a huge pressure is lifted off of us. We COULD NOT have done this without her expertise. She kept the big picture focus, and yet helped with keeping things simple. If I had to put a word to it, it would be 'RELIEF'. Clutter Confident gave us relief....it's wonderful! I can't praise her help and guideance enough! On my own, it didn't get done in 30 years. With the help of Becky's company, it was done in 15 or so hours! Amazing!
