What happened was one guy came in and he said there's no issue with the thermostat I think it was electrical stuff and I'm not qualified to do that and we said okay so he got paid by doing that and he will send someone who can do that. Then we got another guy came in after a day or two and he was an electrician and said oh there was no problem there's nothing wrong and the problem was the thermostat so we were confused we got a new thermostat and it's not working. I called the company and she said so this is what the second guy said and i need my refund and they mentioned that I will get a refund I tried to reach on Tuesday and phone is temporary out of service the second number I called it was ringing but it did not pick up i left a message did not get a call back and nothing

Comfort Zone Heating & Air
thermostat failed twice, and fixed first, but not the second time today. It would take a graduate of M.I.T. to program the thermostat. The manual for the thermostat is poorly written and vague. This is my opinion.

Recent Review: A well overdue review. Tom and his Team were very accommodating and came out on an emergency call on one of the hottest days of the summer. I had an old Trane system which was out dated and went with the full Lenox Elite system with new air ducts. Furnace was located in the attic so not an easy task and had to dispose the old unit with the new. I went with the top of the line thermostat control and love how I can control from my phone. Recent Review: I called this company and spoke to Harry after my brother hired a handyman to originally to replace a wall heater and venting system. According to Harry, the handyman did a horrible and dangerous job so I am happy that Harry and his team fixed the problem. I would hire this company again. If I had done this right the first time and not use that darn HANDYMAN, I wouldn't have spent so much money if I had just called California Air in the first place! We used RighTime Home Services for our new thermostat installation and they were great from start to finish. We purchased a new thermostat but realized that we needed a C-wire for the thermostat to work. We had a C-Wire, however it did not have power because it was not connected, so we called RighTime. The Main office was so polite when we called and stated they could have someone out on the same day which was great. As soon as I finished speaking with the front office, Ian called and stated they would have the technician Trevor out to our house in 45 minutes. WOW fast service and we love it. Trevor was fantastic!!! We could not have asked for a better technician. He was so informative and explained everything and the price was fair for today's market. Trevor walk us through the installation and made sure that our air and heat worked before he left. It's hard to find great service and we are so pleased to have worked with RighTime Home Services and will be using them again in the near future.
