Recent Review: The service was all around exceptional and the work exceeded my expectations. Like most, I did my research in looking up local companies. I got quotes from all three and the reason I went with On Call Water Heaters was not only because of the price but mostly due to their genuine commitment to the job. Natalia was available anytime I called and kept me updated during the entire process. The installation went according the plan, Rafael's consultation was very informative and according to my water demands and other things we were able to select my New Rheem Tankless Unit. What stood out about the technician was his recommendation to relocate the unit to a much more suitable outdoor location. Relocating the water heater would take more work and was not something I had considered in my budget. Despite not having the funds to move forward with the relocation, he still provided me the service at no additional cost. I was hesitant to mention this. This is not something they are required to do. I just thought it was so neat how he gave me thought and wanted to the best outcome for my new tankless installation. You don't get this very often, if at all. I hope to have shown you the value of doing business with an honest genuine company. Recent Review: We gutted our hall bathroom and moved the vanity to the side and changed it to a double sink as well as replaced our old water heater with a tankless and moving our washer and dryer across the laundry room into the old water heater location. Claudio came in and made an estimate which was pretty good compared to others we had gotten so we moved ahead based on his reputation on Angie s List and recommendations he gave us with his quote. During the work we discovered the original drain for the tub was extremely corroded and Claudio replaced it as well as bringing it up to code. We had an LA city permit for our bathroom and Claudio was very conscientious about preparing the work for inspection. The whole thing took about 2 1/2 days and Claudio worked very hard and was very meticulous in all the details. In the end because of a couple of unforeseen problems (which happens in old plumbing/houses) and tankless price changes, we paid more than the original quote but Claudio informed us of the problems/prices before the work and we were okay with everything. All our plumbing passed inspection with no problems and we were very happy with Claudio and his work. Claudio is a sole proprietor and does all the work himself rather than subbing it out. Sometimes he gets busy but he is very accommodating and works very hard.

Recent Review: The original consultation was done within 3 days of my call about a very loud noise and severe vibration from the heater. After looking into the interior Dennis found it was choked with lint and was starting to leak, both caused by aging. He gave me quotes for repairing as well as replacement. His recommendation was replacing due to the age. His assistant Chris did an wonderful job of replacing the tank and repiping the new heater outlets into the existing outlets. Very clean, neat work. Chris also discovered part of our issues were caused by an older faulty pressure valve (40+ years) which he replaced. I would recommend and use again.
