Los Angeles Siding Installation

The carpentry and painting were done very professionally and looks amazing. Everything about this was done cleanly and with utmost respect to my property. The crew worked non-stop and I could barely hear any noise. Looking forward to hiring Roger and his team again in the future.

It went great. Jared is very informative and helpful. Offered advice in the areas I was unsure of. His guys showed up early each day, cleaned up at the end of each day and We're very happy. We are now having them re stucco and paint our exterior. I highly recommend.

The folks at Specialty Siding were very responsive and professional. The installers did a very good job. That said, the work was done be another contractor working for specialty siding. Knowing this I might have hired the installing contractor, whom I had previously dealt with directly, and saved the overhead.

We installed Vinyl Siding in the front of our house. Raoul, our installer was very meticulous with each stage of construction. Mark was terrific in supporting our design needs and communicating these needs to his crew. I highly recommend this company.

SAE Builders (Scott Egbert) was hired to install 6 new replacement windows and replacement exterior siding. Scott and crew removed 500 sq. ft old wood siding on exterior walls, old windows and old wood trim around windows. Installed 1/2and quot; plywood sheet, moisture wrap and new Hardie-Plank Siding. Installed Hardi-Plank trim around some windows where necessary. Windows installed were; 3 each nail-in and 3 each retrofit windows Delivered quality result despite several errors made by the window factory chosen by owner. These factory errors caused problems which SAE identified. SAE made necessary corrections w/ factory to make sure the project was completed on-time. Scott worked with factory to re-make 2 of the windows measured wrong and written up wrong by factory rep and had them deliver correct windows within 2 days to keep job on-track. SAE made corrections to unforeseen problems he found when he removed siding installed by original builder. The original home builder (starts with a and quot;Cand quot; and ends with and quot;Xand quot;) installed only 50% of the required fiberglass insulation in the walls covered by the old siding removed / scheduled for replacement by SAE. Scott bought the insulation required to fill empty wall cavities in this area and installed it at no additional charge. In addition, he replaced 3 roof tiles that were cracked in error by his crew promptly. SAE cleaned up with vacuum inside house where required by their installation. SAE delivered a quality job that looks great. I am planning on using Scott again on future projects.

I cannot recommend Ron Schwartz and Halo Construction strongly enough. Our house is beautiful and the work completed is without a doubt the best and the most complete and professional job anyone could ask for. Ron's crew of workers were amazing, working hard to make sure that everything was done perfect. Ron was here everyday to ensure that all was going to plan, that we were satisfied with the work that was completed and all our questions answered. Ron's estimate was accurate, there were no surprises at the end of the work. Ron's treated the work on our house as though he was doing the work on his own house. We have received many compliments on our house and we feel like it is the prettiest in the neighborhood. Anyone looking for contruction or work on their house would I am sure be happy with Halo Construction Group and Ron Schwartz's team. Out of 5 stars he gets 10.

They did a wonderful Job! The siding on the house looks great! The staff at Approved were very responsive and their workers who installed the siding were courteous and respectful of our property. They worked hard & Finished the job ahead of schedule.

THEY OBTAINED ALL THE NECESSARY PERMITS. STATED THE WORK WOULD BE DONE IN THREE DAYS AND IT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Product was ordered immediately. We were contacted when product came in and arrangements made to commence tear off and installation. Everything went VERY well and owner came out personally to inspect when job was completed.

I We had gotten four bids for the roof and all were within a few hundred dollars of each other. What set Shulman Roofing apart from the others was his knowledge and attention to the information we were sharing. The main reason for the new roof was from damage caused by Solar Panel installation a few years prior. He had seen many instances of the same damage and worked with the solar company to insure that they reinstalled the system correctly to avoid future damage. I can honestly say that had we not hired Joe the panels would have been installed the same way and we could be facing the same leakage issues. Anyone that is thinking of installing solar, or has solar and is replacing a roof I would look no further for another roofing company. The roof was installed on time, looks beautiful , his team was extremely professional and courteous and listened to any concerns no matter how small- even covering up tomato plants I am growing to not damage them. I have nothing but high praise for this company and would highly recommend.

We hired SOD Home Group for our complete home remodel, and the results are amazing. We’re the owners of a 5,300 square foot home in Los Angeles area that we purchased new in 2005. Randy was very punctual in showing up for the bid and also to do the actual work. Came with a helper (Tom ??) and both were very friendly and worked continuously for approx 5 hours. Randy made the trip to home depot for materials twice since the I changed my mind on the type of siding. Workmanship was neat and professional. Good dudes !! Would recommend Randy O'Malley and I would call him again.

It’s a beautifully built home. Every detail was considered including where to install internet tv connections. The gas fireplaces in the L/R and Master Bdrm are functional and beautiful. The kitchen countertops are top of the line as well as all fixtures in bathrooms. I’m very happy with Josh Mor and my home.

It went great! Dean and his staff are professional, punctual, courteous, and fast. Dean was the first person to call via a local search for door installers. He immediately set up a time that was convenient for us and was punctual and prepared. Once I chose the doors and bars, and got in his input (very helpful), Dean ordered the doors and bars for us. He followed up when the material were in at Home Depot and set up an installation date. He and his staff were on time, prepared, and fast. They did the whole job in 3 hours tops and cleaned up. There was no mess at all. These guys ARE GREAT!!!!! I will recommend Durable Remodeling to everyone and anyone. The prices are fair, not overpriced, and his work staff are polite and friendly. The doors and bars look great and the installation was perfect! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
