Salvador from Rayne Water in Ventura did a wonderful and very professional job advising us and installing a new water treatment conditioner in our new home. He not only removed our rental water treatment system from our rental but quickly determined the same salt water system would not be in our best interests at our new home. The new home has a tank-less water heater and a septic system vice city sewers. The salt system would destroy our septic tank. Salvador did a super job making sure everything would work great and then some. He is also very courtesy, professional and detailed. Ask for Salvador!!

He was very open in explaining why I should not replace my soft water treatment system with a non-salt whole-house water treatment system even though he could have kept his advice to himself and sold me the system I wanted at, I presume, a considerable profit. Ronnie was great. My original call was because of poor water pressure throughout my house. Talking to Ronnie on the phone, he said he knew exactly was was going on. He had me flush the softwater system, which worked. I still felt the system wasn't where it was supposed to be, as far as water pressure so I scheduled an appointment. Mind you this is all free and over the phone. Ronnie showed up on time and did water tests on our old water systems. He found our water filtration systems to be working, but not great. Ronnie gave us our options with no pressure, and gave us a great price to upgrade our Alkaline drinking water system and our whole home soft water treatment system. I could not be more happy with our new water treatment systems. Kudos to the Home Water Pros team.

Tankless Solutions Inc.
I contacted Tankless Solutions by Phil's Plumbing as result of a favorable posting on Angie's List. My tankless water heater was malfunctioning on a daily basis by cutting off every morning. This required me to reset it by unplugging and re-plugging it one or more times each morning. Phil resolved the problem by adjusting the gas feed on the burner and descaling the system. Following his recommendation, I had him install a simple water treatment system to r***** future scale buildup in the water heater. His efforts were fully successful. I have not had a problem since he serviced the system. I was so satisfied, with his initial work on my water heater in January 2013, that I had him install the same type of water treatment system for the entire house today (13 Mar 2013). I highly recommend Phil and will use his services again in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

The particular serviceman, Tom, who came out was extremely knowledgeable, and I enjoyed having him come in. I learned a lot about the system. He was even able to give me enough information that I could service it myself if I really needed to in an emergency. He even took calls while he was here instructing other serviceman. I would trust him to come in and do what was necessary to get it done and not slug a lot of parts in. When I called him in, it was to do a specific job, and there was an expensive part that I thought would have to be replaced. He saved me money by informing me that I didn't actually need to replace the part. They do a lot of work with Kinetico parts.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
Benjamin Franklin was always very professional and did excellent work. The water treatment system contains filtration and activated carbon that removes particulates and chlorine compounds. Although the water now tastes great, the main purpose of the system is to remove compounds that corrode copper pipes. Although there is no guarantee that this system will prevent pinhole leaks we think it is worth trying.

I sold my home and the new buyers wanted the ice maker to the built in refrigerator connected.....not an easy job. Very difficult to pull the refrigerator without damaging flooring, work in a very tight space behind it and then replace and level it. Also the inspector found a slow leak on top of the water heater that had corroded the water line connection. The entire heater had to be removed from a small closet in order to get enough torsion on the connection to break the corrosion loose without damaging the heater. Rob then cleaned the entire heater, replaced all of the copper lines, placed it back into the closet and updated the bracing to current code which included blocking on all sides. Both jobs were far more involved than I expected and I doubt the $500 covered his time, much less all of the expensive copper piping and parts. He was cheerful, calm and professional throughout.

Curtis Watanabe Plumbing
Excellent job done by Curtis and his price was very competitive. We had at least 4 plumbing companies give us an estimate and although Curtis' wasn't the cheapest, the whole packaged deal was very good (Takagi had a good rebate and sale at the time). The quality of his install was superb and we will gladly use Watanabe Plumbing in the future. Did want to mention that occasionally it was hard to get hold of Curtis. But once things were agreed upon and scheduled - no problems. Highly recommend.
