Recent Review: This was our second experience with California Green Plumbing and, as expected, the work was done expertly by Raffi, the owner. We have a problem sewer line that will need replacing soon. We needed a video of the sewer line so that we can take advantage of a local rebate program. Raffi came out with a great, high definition, color video camera and recorder, which made it really easy to pinpoint the problem spots inside the sewer line. He then did a clean out for us and even did a second video at no extra charge so that we could look at the before and after. This is the quality of service we always wish for but seldom receive. We're already planning some more projects for Raffi in the coming weeks, including replacing a couple of water heaters and installing an earthquake shut off valve for our gas line. We like this guy a lot!

Recent Review: Let me just say Amazing - from first contact to final 'thank you'. After our initial contact through Angie's List - we were promptly contacted by Liz and an appointment was made for the same day. We were given a 2 hour service window - and to our surprise, Mark showed up early (anytime a contractor shows up early to an appointment is OK with me). Mark snaked out the clog and then took the time to run a courtesy camera and show us the "bellies" in our sewer lines. He did this for the clogged line as well as our second sewer line. Mark explained the ramifications of "bellies" and made a recommendation of running a blade down the line to clear out any additional debris. Mark was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We will gladly invite him into our home...and yes, we'll have Professional Plumbing back as a follow-up to their recommendation. Anytime you call a plumber - it can be a little disconcerting (it's not always under the best circumstances) but you can feel comfortable contacting Professional Plumbing. I'm sure Liz and Mark will take good care of you.

Recent Review: The overall experience was EXCELLENT. Nathan, the techncian who performed the work was great. He clean, professional and very informative. He is by-far the best plumber or other professional for that matter that I have had in my house in the past 23 years. I will definately do business with this company again.

Recent Review: The service turned out well. We ended up need them to do some additional work. They cleaned out the piping and checked the piping all the way to the sewer to check for blockages. The installed an easy turn off vale, as well. They were great with the cleanup. The technicians were very pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing.

Recent Review: On a Sunday afternoon, water backed up and flooded part of the lower level of our home. After getting the water out and drying the floor, we called a highly rated local rooter service found on Angie's List. Unfortunately, after hours of waiting for their technician to show up (and being unable to use any water in the house in the meantime), the first rooter service was unable to perform the necessary work due to a lack of proper equipment for the job. We then called Roto-Rooter, but they had no one available to come out until Monday morning. Finally, we called Western Rooter. Even though it was 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday, the telephone was answered immediately, in a friendly and professional manner, by a live human being. I explained our problem and was told that one of their technicians could be at our home within 2 hours. Western's telephone agent got our details and contact information, and then went over the pricing for the job, which was reasonable and comparable to what we had paid for the same service from our regular plumber on a non-emergency basis. Shortly after booking the job, Western's agent called back and advised that the technician was en route and would be at our home in approximately 45 minutes. She also advised that, due to the nature of the job (i.e., the distance from the clean-out to the street), it might be necessary for a second technician to be brought in. If that was the case, a different pricing model would be in effect and we went over those rates. She told us that the first technician would start the job and make the determination if the second should be brought in. This was also acceptable. Western's technician arrived in good time and inspected of the drain clean-out. We discussed what had happened earlier in the day and the history of this particular problem. He had me run some water in the house and confirmed the problem was in the sewer line. He then brought the snake/rooting machine up from his van and got to work. It took a while, but the line was cleared without needing to bring in a second technician. We were very pleased with Western's rapid response, professional service, and the friendly yet business-like demeanor of both their telephone agent and the technician. We would not hesitate to use their service again.
