It was advertised as a tune-up of plumbing fixtures, but after doing an inventory of our toilets, showers, et. al., and after telling us what was wrong with our bathrooms, the contractor was ready to leave. I pointed out that the service was to be a tune-up of specific poorly performing toilets, etc. I realized that not everything could be done, but questioned why one or two toilets could not be repaired (minor changes to be sure), he returned from the truck to take care of a couple of toilets. This was a reluctant follow-up and even though I pointed out the ad on Angies List, he begrudgingly performed the work. (fast and a C job at best).

We had a different plumber each time and both plumbers were excellent workers, had excellent experience and knowledge, and provided a fair price for their work. Asked him to replace all my bathroom plumbing like feed lines .. Got the estimate .. Was supposed to start next day I waited all day to find out that he cannot make it .. I called and changed agreed to do next day by 11 am No one showed up .. I get a txt that he is busy .. Waited till 2 pm .. No response .. He has no respect for other people time .. Before you say yes to a job better be sure you have the resource s and time to do it ! Very unreliable and not proffesional.

Every fixture he put in now leaks, the shower, the toilet..etc. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Very expensive and not worth any of the money I had to pay. I even had to go out and buy the parts he forgot to bring one day, and charged me for the time it took me! I will never recommend or use this company again!

Nick arrived early for our appointment. He was polite and presented himself well. He quickly checked all the plumbing fixtures in the house and then started work on flushing the hot water tank. During that process, we discussed my options (ex. replacing the tank, going with a tankless, option, etc). He was very knowledgeable and looked for the best solution for me. I haven't made a decision yet, but I will have the work done with Do It Right!

Mr. Alavez worked today in both my houses. At my house is replaced fixtures/washers in my shower and bathtub which stopped a hot water leak that had occurred in the morning. At my mothers place next door he snaked out her bathtub drain and checked her commode. I called him in the morning and he promised to get to me today because of the leaking water. He arrived sooner than we both anticipated and set everything straight. Mr. Alavez is courteous and professional. His prices are fair and I added extra. I will definitely call him again.
