Luis & Julio showed up on time and did a fantastic job! I hope to hire them again in the future. They even helped us move our furniture back in place!

Everything went well. They were effcient, careful with our possessions and very expert at patching walls, painting walls and trim.

Eder and the EDN team were great to work with! They were quick to respond to my Angie's list inquiry and came by my house for a quote the next day. The price and timeline were very reasonable, my house was left clean and the walls look great! At one point, the team overlapped with my electrician. The EDN team went above and beyond, communicating well to me and the electrician, and helping to prep each area beyond the original scoped job. Their flexibility and corporation were greatly appreciated. I recommend them to anyone in need!

My wife and I needed to have our entire living room with cathedral ceiling and second floor landing painted, including the wood trim, and we also needed the family room/kitchen walls to be scraped, skim coated, re-textured, and painted. Based on reviews and recommendations we got from neighbors and friends, we called Mint for a quote. Jon Green, the owner, came to the house. He was a nice guy and very easy to communicate with. He answered all our questions and gave us advice when we asked for it. There was no pressure to commit to anything during the visit, and he sent us a quote the following day. We got a couple of other quotes, but ultimately we chose Mint because of their stellar reputation and ease of communication. Jon got us exact paint samples to try before the project started, and he gave us an accurate start date that worked with our schedule. On the first day that work was to start (July 1, 2019), Oscar, the project supervisor, and his crew from Mint, showed up. Oscar answered all my questions and addressed all of my areas of concern. He was very patient with me, and he did a great job instructing his crew. The project took three day, which was one day faster than we thought it might take. Mint was on-time every day, and the entire crew was great and very kind to my family, which I greatly appreciated. Best of all, they did an amazing job. Also, they handled all the little things I asked for, and they did some really nice extra things on their own that made the entire job even better. They went above and beyond, and I am so happy we chose to work with them. If we need any future painting work, and I am sure we will, they are going to be our first call. We highly recommend them, especially if you live in the SCV.

He referred us directly to his painter Enrique who did a great job, very professional looking results. They missed the baseboards in one small room but overall no problems and good quality work

Jose and his team did a great job on my kitchen. The price was very reasonable. So, I was pleasantly surprised that they were efficient and finished the job quickly without sacrificing quality. They also were patient with my questions and concerns. The kitchen hadn't been painted in 15 years and the stucco was cracked and dirty. They mended all of the cracks and used two coats of primer plus two coats of paint. I'm sure this paint job will last for a long time to come! I would recommend to friends.

i purchased a special for 8 hours of painting. I needed a bedroom painted. He did a beautiful job of painting the walls and the trim.. Moved all the furniture and replaced it when finished. Everything was left very clean. Because the room didn't take the full 8 hours he asked if there was anything else. I did have some touch up and again he did a great job. I'm very happy with the company and will definitely use them again!

Horacio was a pro. The job was performed on time, within budget and he left my place clean. He was very trustworthy and I was comfortable leaving him to finish working while I went about my day. The room looked incredible. Her painted over a dark teal wall with white paint and no bleed through or touch up needed. Will call on him again.

I have to give it to Martin Lubran, he runs an exceptional team. They were always on-time at 7am and finished the work in less time than they had originally estimated. They initially estimated 7 days but they were so quick! Martin had his employee Kyle in charge of our project and Martin checked in with us almost every day. They were clean, speedy, and had a million guys working quickly. We had about 6,000 sq. ft. remodeled in our commercial space. We put up walls, glass panels, doors, painted the entire space. They did an exceptional job! I would love to work with them again and most likely will in the future.

These guys were terrific from start to finish. Diligent, careful, respectful cleaan.. you name it!

The painters were very courteous and competent. After the first coat of paint in the living room, I had second thoughts about the color I had chosen, and the painters kindly insisted I should be happy with the color and that they would repaint it the next day. I took them up on the offer and am much happier with my second choice! This is the second job I have had this company do this year. A few months ago, they painted my bathroom. It is a very busy company, so it is not easy to book them, but they do a great job prepping, painting, and cleaning up and the contact person--Rick-- really cares about his customers and painters.

My wife and I recently purchased an older home that had multiple layers of wallpaper to be removed and have the entire interior repainted. Willie promptly returned my e-mail inquiry and met with me at my home to provide an estimate. I appreciated his flexibility to meet on short notice and found his bid/proposal to be very competitive. As we reviewed each of the bids/proposals we had received, we e-mailed All Pro Painting seeking some clarification on the sheen of paint offered as well as whether their bid included the 5% Angie's List discount advertised on the Angie's List website. We did not get a response from All Pro Painting, which ultimately led to us selecting another company. The lesson learned for us is that we need to have all of our questions ready for our initial consult with All Pro Painting as you may not get a response later. More importantly, I'm left wondering if their inability to respond in a timely manner carries through to the rest of their work, e.g., will they do what they said they would, will they show to the job site when they say they will, etc.? Regardless, I was impressed with Willie and would feel comfortable contacting All Pro Painting for a proposal on any future painting needs.

We did different rooms at different times. It went fine and they did a good job. We have used them before. They are local and San Clemente people. We like them.

I've worked with Bob and Steve for a few years and know they are great guys. I called Steve because I needed my condo painted after a nightmare remodel. I knew I could count on him and his crew to be professional and punctual. They were. Steve gave me an estimate that was $3500 cheaper than my contractor! (I hate him) J & B's crew came in, covered everything in paper and plastic, did an amazing job, cleaned and were gone in 2 days! The place looked great! Do not hesitate to call these guys!

I called SOD Builders for an estimate on exterior and interior paint, we ended up changing out exterior to smooth stucco so it took longer but it was all thanks to Oren the owner, he came to our house at 6pm (my husband work until 5:30pm so he accommodated us ) and we set and talked about various options and at the end we went with smooth stucco with an olive green color (LOVELY) it was Oren's idea so i was impressed right on the spot with his color coordination for the inside and outside (He actually helped me choose the colors), the work inside took about a week and a half since we are living there and it came out beautiful each color compliments the other, and the outside work took about two weeks for all the steps but we hardly felt them working, oren was visiting me every day to make sure the quality of the work is at the highest level and to tell you the truth it was more then i have expected. so thank you so much SOD for stepping up and giving us a beautiful paint job inside and out.
