Los Angeles Vinyl Plank Flooring Installation

They were very professional, clean and fast. I had flooring put in two rooms. The floors were beautiful. I intend to have them replace other floors in the future. I recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing flooring.

SG Flooring did an outstanding job installing luxury vinyl plank flooring and baseboards. I would definitely hire them again. They installed approximately 1,000 sq ft of flooring. They also raised the floor of a small hallway and bathroom to match the height of the adjoining kitchen which I installed years earlier. You can purchase your own flooring or choose from a large selection of flooring that they sell. We had gotten samples from Floor and Decor and another online flooring suppliers but in the end we went with one of the products that SG sells. We had received other quotes and SG Flooring was very competitive and beat the other quotes. I would highly recommend them to others.

I needed carpet and vinyl plank flooring for my rental house and I needed it quickly. I went to the the Finmark showroom store on Parthenia and worked with John. John was very knowledgeable about vinyl plank flooring and answered all my questions. He had a much bigger selection of colors , styles and grades of flooring for me to choose from then any of the other stores I had been to and was definitely more help in deciding which flooring to use. The showroom has a very wide selection of carpeting but I needed carpeting very quickly. John was able to show me several nice carpets that he had in stock and could deliver quickly which really helped me out. He was also able to come out and measure the house quickly and then arrange for the flooring to be delivered quickly. He communicated with me and always let me know what was going on. I would definitely use Finmark for my future needs.

There was a large selection of flooring in the store, and I was invited to take several samples home to see how they would look in my rooms. Dave Nemeth came out and measured and gave me an estimate for installation including taking up and replacing toilets, moving washer and dryer, removing most of the existing carpeting, and stretching the remaining carpet in two rooms. He said installation would take about four days. Two installers worked on my project for four days, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Another worker came out and stretched the carpet the following day. During the process I contacted Minette in the office with some questions, and she was very helpful. I have been very pleased with the Nemeth company and its employees.

Eric from Venetian Flooring was honest and straightforward. He said instead of installing new vinyl plank flooring through him, that my current engineered hardwood floor could be saved by refinishing it. He could've made $$ by installing new flooring for me, but opted to save me a lot of money instead. I requested an estimate from other flooring companies and no one even suggested that option, everyone opted to sell me new flooring. If I'm installing new flooring, I would definitely go with Venetian Flooring. Thanks again, Eric!

SG Flooring is an excellent company to work with. We decided to replace our existing carpet in our Master bedroom, walk-in closet, living room, family room and two flights of stairs. Our choice was to replace it with a luxury vinyl plank floor. William listen to what we were looking for and provided suggestions and samples for us to choose from. His expertise came in real handy to what would work and look good for the overall look of our house. The removal of the existing carpet went very smoothly with minimal mess and dust. The installers were very professional and quick and amazing how everything turned out. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new look for the house. We received many compliments from family and friends especially the look of the stairs which was carpeted and had opened steps. We had SG enclosed the steps and it looks great. He communicated well via phone to coordinate the in home quote with materials. He was on time, and very friendly. His quote was one of the best I had received so far, and then when I mentioned one additional room (bathroom) what the difference would be, he said he would include it in the quoted price. The work was done within the time frame, as it was an unoccupied home I just left the key and , they hit a few, small complications but managed them all, and after they were done on the second day as quoted, I dropped by and saw they had done good work with an eye on detail, I just needed to paint the trim and it was ready for move in. I couldn't really ask for more from a flooring provider.

The floors and baseboards look great! Rene is a skilled installer. Mark (the owner) was quick to respond to a couple of minor problems discovered after the job was finished and paid for, and he had them promptly taken care of to our satisfaction. We will use them for future projects.

Ross was very responsive to our initial call - he came out the next day to give us an estimate. He gave us an excellent place to look at flooring samples and we found just what we wanted there. We had some difficulty getting the floor product because of the dock strike in Long Beach but Ross kept us abreast of the problems and even apologized for the delay which certainly was not his fault. He had our floors demo'd in 1 day and had the entire floor laid in the next 3 days (2 bedrooms, 3 closets, the kitchen, dining room and living room. I only had 1 complaint and that was that a few of the boards in the living room seems to match too closely and I wanted them more staggered and Ross took care of it immediately - he didn't try to talk me into likely something I didn't and I appreciated that. He and his co-worker wasted no time - they worked hard all the time they were at our house. They cleaned up well at the end of their day and they were both very pleasant. They moved the heavy furniture and even put felt pads on the bottom of the legs that I had purchased ahead of time. I would advise to follow his direction and take everything out of the furniture that remains in the house - it will save a lot of time in the end. Ross was great to work with and does a beautiful job!

We have a problem slab - there is considerable hydrostatic pressure which disrupts most adhesives - tiles come loose. After explaining our situation to the salesperson he homed in immediately on the solution - a floating floor - no adhesive. We agreed and purchased vinyl wood plank flooring. The professionalism and workmanship of the installers was outstanding. The flooring is fitted perfectly to the room - much better than the two previous installations by another provider. The painter assigned to the project was also meticulously careful and did an outstanding job. As for the B rating on price - we think the price was high but worth it for the service received.

I was surprised that it was only a one man job but he did a terrific job. He was promp,t very neat and precise and cleaned up when he was done. He leveled the floor before installing vinyl. Left to allow it to dry then returned to install floor. Again, he did a terrific job.

The experience was amazing. They did an excellent job always checking with us during the process. Kris was amazing explaining often as the job was is progress. Very nice and respectable workers who did an amazing professional work for us.

Sam, the owner, is really a good guy. I had hired a handyman to install a vinyl plank floor in my laundry room. He ended up walking off the job and I had to rush around and find someone to install the floor. The original guy was installing the floor improperly and not following instructions. I got rid of him and found J & S. They came out that day within an hour. There were two guys, Sam and his helper. They came in and cracked up at what the handyman was attempting to do. They then proceeded to do the job properly. They laid the leveling compound and let it dry which leveled out the floor. They installed the flooring in two bathrooms for me. Then the guy Sam was so nice, he pointed out that some 3 inch molding would look fantastic in my bathroom. He went straight to Home Depot and came back with this beautiful 3 inch molding. He cut it and installed it in both of my bathrooms. They finished the entire job within 4 hours. They were great, fast and clean.

Mark and Rob did an amazing job! I needed to remove my carpet in my den due to my pandemic dogs and replace them with vinyl flooring asap. I also wanted to add a dry bar cabinet. He sent me a proposal within a few days. I moved forward and he was able to start the work as soon as my cabinets came in. He found a serious electrical hazard and since they are skilled in more than just installing flooring they were able to address it immediately. I am pretty certain another person would have just installed the floor and ignored the issue. Mark and Rob and so friendly and easy to work with. They were always prompt and always left the space clean. I appreciated how they paid attention to details and it was obvious in the final result. I look forward to having them back to work on my next project.

The vinyl floor plank installation was completed in the time estimated and it looks beautiful! BCB Flooring worked well in coordination with ServPro of Central Garden Grove which had to complete some reconstruction work before the flooring could be installed.
