Luann in the scheduling was very helpful and efficient. She ensured we received a confirmation email as well as ensured our technician was on his way. Aaron arrived and was very professional, followed all safety protocols with regard to covid and wore shoe covers. He was able to diagnose our issue at hand, and also identified a few issue we were not aware of. Most of them relating to safety of the system. He was able to correct all the issues and recommended a HVAC maintenance continue once our home warranty was exhausted. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything that we needed to be altered to and how to respond in various scenarios. Would definitely use Triton air for future needs. Top notch customer service and reasonably priced for their services and repairs .

Beshad was honest, friendly and professional! He came Covid ready with a 😷 which is a plus given we are in the meat of a global pandemic! I was impressed with the reasonable Service fee which was waived since he was able to diagnose and fix the problem!! Beshad did not try to upscale or say the AC needed to be replaced, rather he made recommendations on what needed to be done to get the AC operable. In less than an hour he was able to get the AC up and running and even has a one year warranty!! Did I mention he came on the same day I called? If you’re looking for a reasonable, honest and quality customer service and work I strongly recommend Beshad and South County Air Services!!

Adi and his team were incredible! Our initial experience with them was to repair an old and failing HVAC system. They did what they could, but eventually it came time to replace the entire system. Adi and the service workers were incredibly responsive and communicative. They answered all of my questions, didn't talk down to me and made sure I was informed on any choices that needed to be made. When the old system finally failed for good, they came out the very next day and replaced the system on very short notice. I knew the replacement was coming, so I had done some prior research and sourced quotes from a few other companies. Top AC's quote was in line with the others, if not a little cheaper (and for more efficient equipment). Again, Adi gave me some choices and explained the benefits of each option. This company was a pleasure to work with and I will likely be contacting them to replace our aging ductwork some time in the near future. I can't recommend them enough.

The poor performance of the Home Warranty has led me to decide to let the HW Insurance expire, and if there are issues in the future I will not hesitate to call Aire Serve.
