Recent Review: The roof was repaired and redone perfectly and quickly. Our two new windows look great and modern. The exterior patching and painting look great and match existing colours. The bathroom (once it was completed) is amazing and modern with huge ceramic tiles and gorgeous shower bath with interior niche. Supreme Remodeling was very responsive and took care of every issue as it happened quickly. We had no issues once the problems were fixed and we would love to do business with Supreme remodeling again.

Recent Review: We found Paramount Pavers on Angies List after I had 3 other contractors come for estimate. I wasn't happy with any of them so resorted to Angies List. I'm so glad I did. All went so well. The 2 owners, Rudy and Isaac, were always available, had great suggestions, listened to our wants/needs. They never tried to sell us on anything we didn't want. We never felt pressure to do more than we had in mind. They stayed on budget, on schedule and everything was cleaned up better than it looked before. They were communicative the entire time, answered every call within minutes, provided us up-to-date updates on what would happen each day and their subcontractors were all professional and very cordial. My husband wanted a small portion redone on our balcony, and they didn't say a word and had it redone to our satisfaction in one day, no questions asked. I highly recommend them. Recent Review: Jose and his team were very easy to work with. I can't stress enough how much of a pleasure it was having them as our painters. Originally, we were bid to just do the interior work but things went so well and quickly that we added on the additional outside work. They were very accommodating regarding the extra work and the additional cost was very fair. The final payment was exactly what the original bids were so there were no surprises. They always showed up when they said they would (which was often at 8am). They completed all of the work including the added work on time. They were professional, hard working and focused on giving consistent quality. They did a lot of work above and beyond painting and I wouldn't hesitate to have them do more than just painting again in the future. Recent Review: Butel immediately drew up plans for a customized stand for my heater/AC located on the roof which stopped all leakage from the unit. They installed gutters with leaf guards which has resulted in greatly improved drainage, even during the massive rains of December. The fence is gorgeous and so stable, 2 inches off the ground to avoid moisture and rotting, made of the highest quality cedar which then received a coat of sealant. I have used Butel twice before for bathroom and kitchen remodeling and couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Recent Review: Our awful experiences with our new +$40,000 Patio Cover Patios by B&B just became worse (see their review) when the gutter their sub-contractor installed (Above & Beyond Rain Gutters) overflowed like a waterfall not only onto our so-called “rain proof” patio, but also falling on our outdoor electrical, timer, etc. against our bedroom wall We contacted Jordan, Paul’s son who is active with the Company. Paul refused to pay to fix the gutter UNLESS we agreed to remove our review and never mention our experiences with Patios by B&B again, “under threat of libel.” We were so shocked and upset at his refusal to pay unless we met those conditions that we said that was unreasonable to refuse to fix such a major problem without any conditions. So we had to start over finding a new “gutter guy.” It was SO refreshing and wonderful to find Patrick, owner of Bresnahan Rain Gutter Cleaning, who handled almost every single step of our transaction PERFECTLY! 1) On Thursday, Patrick answered our call in person immediately; 2) He came over that same morning to give us an estimate. When he reviewed the situation, he showed us WHY the rain was overflowing the previously installed gutter. THE PREVIOUS GUTTER was INSTALLED IMPROPERLY! When we looked at our roof and gutter, it was immediately clear that Patrick was right and Above and Beyond Rain Gutters had installed the gutter exactly following our roof line (which, like many other houses, is NOT LEVEL)! So, instead of the water flowing AWAY from the house to the downspout, the gutter slanted so the water flowed into the corner near our bedroom!. So THAT was one of the main reasons we were flooded with water in the wrong area. 3) Patrick first offered a less expensive “fix” for the problem (to install a second downspout in the overflow area). We appreciated his considering our expenses, but told him we needed to try and get the previously promised “rain proofed patio” actually rainproof. 4) Patrick then said he could replace the gutter not only with a larger size but, most importantly, one that would be ANGLED so ALL the water would flow AWAY from the house into the downspout the way it was supposed to. THAT is what we wanted. 5) Patrick and his great crew CAME OUT the NEXT MORNING (within 24 hours after our first call contact) and not only installed the gutter EXACTLY the way he described (with the CLEAR angle to the right direction), but ALSO added a small “re-director’ close to the roof that will send some of the excess water that the two roofs combining created near our bedroom away from that one vulnerable corner.

Recent Review: I manage an apartment building and work with a lot of vendors. This was a very unusual experience. I have never had such wonderful customer service! George Parks painted the exterior of my sister's house as well as some roof repair and installed rain gutters George was in constant contact with me throughout the process. He was very kind, always available to answer any questions and his workers were wonderful as well! Everything turned out great! It exceeded our expectations! I am getting an estimate today for painting the building that I manage. I will recommend this company to everyone!

Recent Review: Mr. Tito Alcaraz and his crew were amazing - this was a job that no other contractor wanted to do, but they took it on and did a completely professional job. We initially only wanted the fascia board to be painted; however, Mr. Alcaraz showed us where it was too far gone to just paint it again and that it needed replacing. Then he showed us where the storage area next to our garage was close to collapse and leaking when winter rains come. He did a great repair of it and repainted it. For me, his suggestion of pressure washing the house was terrific as I had wanted that done for the past two years. He did a great job on that, too and the house looks brand new. Needless to say, we are very happy with all the work!

Recent Review: Rick came to our home and went to our rental property to give me a quote on installing new gutters. He explained to me the wood would need to be replaced first on our home, and the rental needed other work done to it as well before he could do the install. He told me that if he put the gutters on now it would be a waste of money. I truly appreciated his honesty and when I have done all the repairs needed, I will call him back to do the gutter install. Recent Review: In one day during the heat of the summer, Halo Roofing repaired the garage roof, including removing cement tile, installing two layers of TU-35 underpayment, replacing flashing, resetting and refastening tile, replacing damaged tile, and doing maintenance on the rest of the roof. The next day they replaced the gutters on the west end of our home and installed gutter leaf guards. They showed up on time and completed the job promptly. Once the rains start this fall I guess we will know for sure if it worked!

Everyone was on time, always professional, I was kept informed every step of the way, and the work was done neatly and with care. Everyone, from front office to installers, was friendly and extremely competent, and they were able to recommend an excellent carpenter/painter to replace fascia boards prior to the installation of the gutters.
