The dispatchers and technicians were very professional and the attention to customer satisfaction was high. But what I don't understand is that it's taken 3 full days for my carpets to dry! This is a very big problem, i.e., to avoid walking on your WET carpets for 3 full days, or risk spoiling them. Moreover, when they left, the technician told me it would take "5-6 hours" to dry. After the first 24 HOURS, with fans on all my carpets and still they were wet, I called the company. THIS TIME they said, well you have burber carpet, so it takes a little longer. A LITTLE LONGER? THREE DAYS? Why wasn't I told that at the beginning. So in summary, I feel something went wrong but no one at the company was willing to say that 3 DAYS OF WET CARPETS was what I SHOULD HAVE expected.

Just a reminder that it's best to open windows before the cleaning, cause you don't want to walk on wet carpets in order to open windows (which facilitates the drying process). Singleton & Sons Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning use a process called Chem-Dry which means your carpets don't get wet. I think that is a plus. Friendly service, punctual, and they often give discounts or coupons. Family operated. The only problem is that they do not move furniture off the carpet. The home owner is responsible for moving the furniture. They have been around for a long time. They are very friendly and professional. Their price is reasonable and based on square footage. I use him twice a year.

I use them all the time. I've been using them for years. They are fabulous. They do the whole house. They go out of their way to come at a convenient time and rush if I need them rushing. They do a great job. I've recommended them to others. Their price is fair. They guy that owns the company is very friendly, helpful, willing to fit me in if I need a last minute kind of thing. The carpets get cleaned really well (that's the bottom line) His staff is good. I would use them again in the future.

Recent Review: Mario was excellent. I called him on short notice one day and he was able to come the same day. My Golden Retreiver Lab mix puppy in training used all the space in my 2 bed Carpet apartment. Not a pretty scene. He got out ALL the stains almost entirely (1 that was sunken to deep in, understandable since there were almost about 10 urine stains). The carpet looked brand new after he was done and the rooms smelled amazing. He used a special spray along with carpet cleaning steam machine and there was no residue of the stains and no foul smell which was terrible before. I was really impressed with Mario's work. I will definitely contact him again in the future when I need him.

Recent Review: Junior (the technician) was very knowledgeable and warned us that or living room carpet was in bad shape and would not clean up like new. He would have been happy to leave and not charge us anything. We decided to have him clean the carpet as best he could and we would replace it in a few months. The carpet looked much better than we had hoped it would look even after over a week. It certainly came out way better than Junior said it would. Bottom line this company is very good at cleaning carpet and also very honest. I will defiantly use them again in the future.

They do organic carpet cleaning. They did a good job. My carpet was a light colored carpet and I didn?t think they would get all the spots out but they did. I was impressed. They might be pricey but you get what you pay for. We had somebody say that when they soak the carpets it looks clean but 2 days later when it dries up the spots would come back up. I am even trying get my daughter?s carpets cleaned.
