SHOWALTER'S SANITATION CO
Called provider we have used for 30 years and they were booked out 2 weeks. Found Showalters on Angies List. Contacted them and spoke with Debbie. Very nice, Very professional. She asked a few questions and set us up for the next morning. Called that morning to advise technician was close, which he was. Joe was very punctual and professional. He did a thorough job, took particular care of my yard and being clean. He also gave me some tips for the future. Pumping a septic tank is not a job that anyone looks forward to, but both Debbie and Joe were so nice and so professional it made even this kind of job a pleasure. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future. Exceptional company and employees. Did exactly what they said they would do, when, and for the amount, they said it would be. Perfect

ER Block Plumbing
Just purchased a home with a septic system. The tubs started backing up so my first thought was septic trouble. Had a septic pump service come on site to pump my tank and check that portion of the system for problems. Septic was pumped and all was well but while doing so, noticed water continually draining in to septic. First thought was a leaking toilet flush valve. All were checked and found good. I then realized it had to be a clogged sewer line slowly draining in to septic. I put a call in to E.R. Block plumbing for help and received a call from the technician Shann within minutes. 15 minutes later he was at my front door. The clog was removed in less the a half an hour and Shann was on his way. Thank you very much E.R. Block Plumbing. Shann also found that my main cleanout is a bridged T-pipe which often leads to clogs. Shann left me with an estimate to replace the bridged T-pipe with an unbridged T-pipe at a discount in the amount of today's service

ACTON AGUA DULCE PUMPING
WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEY HAVE A DIRTY/SMELLY JOB AND STILL THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND MET OUR EXPECTIONS WITH SERVICES RENDERED. THE SPECIAL 'DIGGING FEE' TO LOCATE THE SEPTIC LID AND REMOVE THE SOIL SEEMED HIGH. WE DECIDED TO DO THE WORK OURSELVES.

I called this service and waited no more than an hour for them to show. Very quick and efficient. I asked a ton of questions regarding my septic system, leach field, cesspool, etc. I was shown visual diagrams of all different systems. Quite pleased with service!

California Pumping & Snttn Inc
On Thanksgiving we managed to overflow our septic tank. So, on Friday morning I tried to call the company who usually pumps our tanks, but they were closed for the holiday weekend. I called California Pumping and talked to a very nice woman who arranged for a truck to come that morning, she gave me a quote of $375 for 1500 gallons, which is more than we usually pay, but it was an emergency visit so I did not mind the extra cost. The driver arrived within the time frame we were told to expect him. He started pumping and then stopped to tell us that he had hit the 1500 gallons and there was still lots more in our tanks. That would be an extra $150. We told him to go ahead and complete the job, even though that would put us at more than twice the cost that we normally pay for the same service. Also, our normal service technician always runs water down the sides of the tank to clean them off and gives us a report on the status of our system. None of that was done on this visit

GOPHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
It went great. They had to come and dig up up the pipe to reveal the breakage point, then wait while the pumping company arrived to pump (which they did with no complaint), and then they continued with the repair, checking and double-checking their work before leaving.
The service could not have gone more smoothly. Craig was very pleasant and professional. His crew worked hard and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Craig's plumbing to anyone in need of a really great plumbing service.
Jeff came out and gave us an estimate. Even though we decided to go with another HVAC contractor for a number of reasons, I thought Jeff gave an excellent presentation. My wife uses JW for her clients (she does property management) and she will continue to do so.
Let me just say Amazing - from first contact to final 'thank you'. After our initial contact through Angie's List - we were promptly contacted by Liz and an appointment was made for the same day. We were given a 2 hour service window - and to our surprise, Mark showed up early (anytime a contractor shows up early to an appointment is OK with me). Mark snaked out the clog and then took the time to run a courtesy camera and show us the "bellies" in our sewer lines. He did this for the clogged line as well as our second sewer line. Mark explained the ramifications of "bellies" and made a recommendation of running a blade down the line to clear out any additional debris. Mark was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We will gladly invite him into our home...and yes, we'll have Professional Plumbing back as a follow-up to their recommendation. Anytime you call a plumber - it can be a little disconcerting (it's not always under the best circumstances) but you can feel comfortable contacting Professional Plumbing. I'm sure Liz and Mark will take good care of you
The services provided were top-notch. The technicians were very professional. They listened to my concerns and conducted a thorough investigation. They kept me informed along the way and found the origin of the leak. I would not hesitate to call them again if necessary.
On a Sunday afternoon, water backed up and flooded part of the lower level of our home. After getting the water out and drying the floor, we called a highly rated local rooter service found on Angie's List. Unfortunately, after hours of waiting for their technician to show up (and being unable to use any water in the house in the meantime), the first rooter service was unable to perform the necessary work due to a lack of proper equipment for the job. We then called Roto-Rooter, but they had no one available to come out until Monday morning. Finally, we called Western Rooter. Even though it was 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday, the telephone was answered immediately, in a friendly and professional manner, by a live human being. I explained our problem and was told that one of their technicians could be at our home within 2 hours. Western's telephone agent got our details and contact information, and then went over the pricing for the job, which was reasonable and comparable to what we had paid for the same service from our regular plumber on a non-emergency basis. Shortly after booking the job, Western's agent called back and advised that the technician was en route and would be at our home in approximately 45 minutes. She also advised that, due to the nature of the job (i.e., the distance from the clean-out to the street), it might be necessary for a second technician to be brought in. If that was the case, a different pricing model would be in effect and we went over those rates. She told us that the first technician would start the job and make the determination if the second should be brought in. This was also acceptable. Western's technician arrived in good time and inspected of the drain clean-out. We discussed what had happened earlier in the day and the history of this particular problem. He had me run some water in the house and confirmed the problem was in the sewer line. He then brought the snake/rooting machine up from his van and got to work. It took a while, but the line was cleared without needing to bring in a second technician. We were very pleased with Western's rapid response, professional service, and the friendly yet business-like demeanor of both their telephone agent and the technician. We would not hesitate to use their service again
YB was able to make some adjustments in their schedule to come to my property and perform the needed work on short notice. The person who answered the phone in their office was professional and pleasant, and explained to me what the options were before the work was scheduled, so I was able to make an informed decision. All in all it was a good experience
Showed up on early in the promised window. Examined the problem and rapidly replaced the old broken trap. Ran the washer to test the new trap. Then snaked out the three sewer lines under the slab. While I was having no problems I wanted all of them cleaned out to prevent a future service call. I was completelysatsfied
We love Tony's Plumbing. They have done a bunch of work for us and our HOA over the past 2 years (i.e., sump pump repair, sewer repair, internal and external drain clean outs, external pipe repair, water heater repair and replacement, etc). They are professional, reliable, and offer competitive pricing. We recommend them highly
I own an apartment building that is about 25 years old and every now and then a shower valve will need to be replaced. This has happened several times over the last few years as can be expected with plumbing valves at the end of their service lifetime. So I was not surprised when another valve locked up so that the tenants could not turn on the water to their tub/shower unit. I was notified on a Monday that the shower wasn't working so I called my usual plumbing company to come out and replace the valve. They have done a few of these and it usually costs about $225, which is what it cost a couple of months before when they came out and replaced the valve cartridge, not the whole valve unit. When i called them they were busy and could not come out until the following week. I did not want my tenants to be without their shower for that long so I started calling other local plumbing companies to see if they could come out to fix it. I called about 5 companies before DIF Plumbing and they could not come out that day so I kept looking. I called DIF and they agreed to come out that afternoon. They showed up on time. There were two men, I think one was there to learn and the other gentleman lead the repair. It doesn't really require two men but I figured two heads are better than one. When I told them the water to the building had to be turned off at the city valve by the street curb they checked the building out and showed me that there was another valve at the building that could be used instead of taking a chance with messing up the city valve. All these years I did not know that, so I thought that was a good thing to know. They shut of the water, drained the system and replaced the entire shower valve and cartridge for $125, about half of what it cost me to have my regular plumber replace just the cartridge. When they finished replacing the valve they turned the water back on and checked out my water heater. When they saw that I had a recirculating pump on the hot water boiler they told me I should unplug that when the water service is turned off in the future because it can damage the pump to run it with no water in the system. No other plumber had ever mentioned that in the many times that I have had to turn the water off. So in short, they provided fast service when others could not. They showed up on time with more than enough man power. They educated me on my plumbing systems, and they performed more work at half the cost of my regular plumber. I think I have a new go-to plumbing company

What do customers in Long Beach say about Septic Tank Pumping?
We have used Showalter Sanitation twice. Both times they were on time and provided efficient professional services at a fair price. Debi was prompt in replying to emails and calls and setting up the service call. The owner performed the service himself, taking time to explain how to best maintain the system and prevent future issues. The years of experience that Showalter has in the industry as well as their honest nature makes them the best we have encountered. We highly recommend them.
