Being a retired shop teacher, I try to do most home repairs myself. Ceiling drywall repairs, though, require a special touch to avoid seeing ripples and bad texture match. After seeing the positive comments from others, I emailed Mark, who came out as part of a two man crew. It takes a lot to impress me, and his easy-going manner of explaining what he was doing and truthfully assessing the situation was much appreciated. He took a ceiling opened up for a plumbing repipe and made it look like it used to?not an easy task. The repair area was blocked by new kitchen cabinets that had been installed, and Mark carefully protected them and partially disassembled some trim to get better access?above and beyond what most contractors would do. It was obvious he enjoyed his work and crewmembers and we felt very comfortable with him working in our house. The pride in his workmanship and doing what was required for a superior job puts him in a class above his peers. The process of estimate thru work completed was done in less than two days and was done at a very fair price. He will be at the top of my referral list for my neighbors. After completing the work, the cleanup of the job site was akin to a car detail?everything was spotless

Mark's Drywall Service
Mark did a fabulous job. He called quickly to give me an estimate. He came when he said he would. His price was excellant. We had a tight schedule and he adjusted his work to fit us in over a holiday weekend. He even came early one day so he could complete his work before my other contractors arrived. I could not be happier. Patching is a long process to do it right...and he did it right. Even before the ceilings were painted it was impossible to tell where the old texture was and Marks new patches had been made. Now that the ceiling is painted you would never know we had any work done. He was always professional and very nice to work with. He was clean and took great care in our home to protect everything. I would highly recommend Mark again

Mark's Drywall Service
It went great. Mark has done work for me in the past that looked incredible. However, this time was an emergency, and he came through for me. Just after my ceiling had been painted, I noticed that there was a bubble from a leak in the upstairs bathroom again. I called him up and asked about his availability. Told him that my painter was finishing on the weekend and really needed his help. He rearranged his schedule, told me what to do for prep, showed up when he said and did the job in one day. His work is spectacular. 2nd time that I've used him. I'll use him again..

HUGO'S HOME REPAIR
No problems. (That's what we all want, right?) To my surprise, he did the work on Labor Day Holiday. Luckily, I was home with no plans to leave the house. The cost was more that originally estimated, but the new assessment was just and the additional cost was fair (only a fraction of the estimate).

Mark's Drywall Service
Mark did an excellent job and it is impossible to tell where the repairs were done. He is a pleasant and courteous person. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Hopefully, I won't need anymore repairs but if I ever should, I would call Mark first. He knows drywall, has years of experience, is methodical and doesn't rush things. He gets them right the first time

I had a new fireplace installed and there was a few inches of "wall" missing around it. Aside from spackle splatter on the bricks, these guys did a good job for the short amount of time I had them for.

Working with Doctor Patch was a pleasure from the beginning of the project to the end. Leo was very meticulous, explaining every step, and checking over that days work. I always knew what would be happening during the time they were here. Hector was a master at his trade, very pleasant, and left the place clean. His baseboards and doors jams were beautiful. It was like the water damage never happened when they left. I would use Doctor Patch again in a heartbeat

Lee's Drywall & Plaster Repair
This man is the real deal... a master of his craft. My house was a real challenge. The home is over 50 years old, I had numerous electrical relocation's which resulted in probably 15 or more holes to be patched. I had removed fixtures in kitchen and bathroom to have recessed lighting installed, also removed a portion of soffet in the kitchen. I was on DIY over load and decided I could also remove a portion of a wall between the living room and dining room. While in this destructive mood I also decided to use lost space between studs and drywall in the bathroom for a niche by the vanity. Need to mention I had the electrician leave a little pot light hanging in the space. I have been saving pictures of what I had in mind before tearing all this stuff out. I showed the picture to Lee and he finished it perfectly. When all was said and done he was able to match existing texture on all the walls

Modesto was hired to repair drywall and it was a nightmare. He came to the house 5 times and was late each time. His workmanship is poor at best and sloppy. Frankly, a novice with limited experience would do a better job. He was paid for the work completed and asked not to return. I would never recommend Modesto for anything

The Drywall Fixer
It went great, he took his time and did an excellent job, very professional with a good attitude. I would hire him again for that type of work.

I met with their estimator Leo and we walked through my condominium to identify multiple locations within my unit where drywall was damaged and needed repair or replacement. Initially, I was leaning towards a very extensive resurfacing of the all the drywall in the unit. Leo indicated that he thought that was far beyond what was actually needed. He took pictures of all the areas to be worked on in order to document them for the contract. So the contract was very specific. And the technician had very good directions on what he was supposed to do. The technician that did the work was very methodical and easy to communicate with. I asked him about various areas as he did the work and I always got good answers. Two days after the work was completed, Leo came back to inspect the entire job. It was at that time that I realized that a defect that I expected to get corrected at a later date, when I was going to paint my unit, was actually taken care of by the Doctor Patch technician. It was a pleasant surprise. I am very satisfied with this company and its work. They clearly are very customer oriented
Jacques was great to work with and his knowledge and workmanship was excellent. He showed us various cabinet door catalogs to help with our decision, and he was totally willing to custom-mix the wood stain color we had in mind. His sub-contractors (plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile) were all very professional and clean and all had been working with Jacques for 10-15 years each. As for the budget, we had a dollar amount in mind, and his was in the right neighborhood. There were several add-ons we requested after the work began, which he accommodated without issue. Jacques responded to calls or texts very promptly. We were told each bathroom would take 5-7 weeks, and for the most part, that was true. There were minor delays here and there, and we did start the work late in the year near the holidays, but it all worked out fine. Like any job, especially on an old house, there are unforeseen costs that will come up which will take you over budget. This cannot be blamed on anyone. My only complaint would be that he could have communicated a little better on dates and times when workers would be showing up. We frequently found out the night before what would be happening the next day. But the end product was excellent and we are extremely happy. We will definitely hire C&M again for future remodeling projects. Description of work: Remodel guest bathroom: Remove vanity and toilet. Keep existing cast-iron tub. Sean is the owner and managed the work. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and always returned calls on a timely basis. The work was done on time and was done well. I'm no expert, but others commented on how well the job got done. The tile work looked especially nice. Sean's pricing was higher than some others, but he was flexible when he became aware of other bids that were lower. If you feel it's most important to have a remodeling job professionally done, on time, and with great results (even if it might cost a little more), then Regal is an excellent way to go
Kyle was great to work with. He was nice, professional, and pleasant to have around even during other construction projects going on in my home at the same time. He did a great job on all my drywall repairs and I won't hesitate to call him out again.
Thanks to Steve and his 2 man team for fixing the 5 drywall holes in my garage ceiling quickly and efficiently in only 8 hours across 2 days (compound had to dry overnight). They were on time (actually early), able to answer my questions and cleaned up the area well. I would definitely hire them again in the future
Jose responded quickly to my request for an estimate. The estimate was delivered the next day and was lower than I thought it might be. He told me that they had other jobs so could not get to me immediately but gave me sufficient notice when he was available. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that he could not do the job immediately. He supervised the job but his employees were so professional that no supervision was needed. The men were skilled, polite, and extremely neat in cleaning up and replacing furniture. They also did excellent repair work on some drywall where shelving had been taken down and the drywall was quite damaged as well as corners where the old drywall tape had cracked. My townhouse is forty years old but it looks new now. I would recommend Jose to any of my friends without hesitation
I spent about $25000 on the last service. I like that he was professional, he came in on budget and all sub-contractors he did I thought did very quality work. Whether it was the electrician, carpenter, plumbing, drywall people, or the painter all did really good jobs. It is a reflection on him because he was the one that hired them
We had the house re-piped and Pier repaired the walls opened up for the re-piping, plus moved an electrical outlet which required a little finesse. The plumbers finished on Wednesday and Pier showed up Thursday and was finished by Friday afternoon. The job was first-rate, and he cleaned up at completion. I will definitely use Pier again
This crew, led by Brian, was outstanding. They were punctual, professional, and showed great pride in their work. They took time to make sure each step of the job was done right. The end result is new kitchen lighting that looks like it has always been there. The drywall and painting done is as good as it gets
I hired HandyCrew to fix my drywall and repaint after I had a slab leak. The person they sent was Gustavo and he is probably the best contractor that I had ever worked with! He did an excellent job as if he was working on his own house. He was very meticulous with his work and will keep working until the job was done perfectly
I am so glad we chose Tito and his crew to paint this interior of our home. It was a big job and we did get a few quotes from other professionals, but I knew right away that Tito was the one for the job. So professional, prompt and responsive. His crew was always on time, friendly, clean and let us know what they were doing that day and if we had any questions. Pricing was absolutely fair. We plan to use Tito for the exterior painting of our home in the near future. Highly recommended. Very happy with the results
Tony and the boys did an amazing job. They were completely respectful to my wife's wishes of keeping the project extra clean with extremely excellent prep work to keep the remaining rooms dust free. Even when we decided we didn;t like the color's we chose, the boys re-taped and painted the new colors with no complaints.Tony gave us a good price. (original work was $7900..repainted everything for $2400 and did it immediately). Thanks Nexxu
He arrived on time. He immediately went to work on the broken drawer. He fixed it really well. Then he proceeded to do the patch up on the drywall on the ceiling in the kitchen. He's going to come back, after we get the correct paint colors and replace the paint on the kitchen ceiling. He was very respectful, quiet and got the work done in an efficient manner. We will definitely work with him again. And plan on telling our neighbors about him
The company was extremely helpful in scheduling the project to fit my schedule. Carlos, the gentleman performing the service arrived promptly, was very friendly, efficient and did an exception job in blending in the new drywall to the existing drywall. after painting you couldn't tell where the replacement drywall had been placed

What do customers in Long Beach say about Drywall Repairs?
Barry has worked in our home before, so we already experienced his great work. We called Barry during the beginning of our bathroom remodel. We were doing the majority of the work ourselves and weren't sure when the drywall needed to be completed. Barry advised us to complete all other work and have him come in at the end. He was right on! We completed a complete demo of our bathroom, tiled the floor and shower with new tile and replaced a large light in the ceiling. Barry came in and repaired/replaced the drywall. He also sprayed the entire room to assure a smooth appearance between new drywall and the old. The bathroom looks great!
