Kaylene and her team, Dee, Lisa and Cole, were just amazing. they arrived at my home on time and fully prepared with equipment and supplies needed to do the job. My primary need was organization of my walk-in closet and my back bedroom, which I called my "junk room," The ladies emptied the closet (no easy task) completely, we sorted thru my shoes, purses and other non-clothing items, separated between keep, donate and trash and replaced all in the closet in neat plastic bins. We then started on my clothes and did the same thing. I found things I never knew I had. We filled several bags with clothes to donate and they then put all the remaining clothes into the closet in a very organized manner (shirts, pants, tops, longer items, etc. I totally no longer recognized my closet! In the back bedroom, they emptied and removed a trunk that had been sitting there for more than 30 years and we went thru a bunch of old school papers and notebooks, tossed what had to be tossed and in place of the trunk, they installed a very attractive five-tier baker's rack that we used to replace many of the items that were in or on the trunk. Kaylene, who is a very handy person, also dismantled and repaired the sliding doors on my back bedroom closet. I am so very pleased with their service and professionalism, as well as the fact that they are all really neat ladies. And they did all of this in one day! I recommend Aces High Organizing highly to other Angie's List users, Yelp users and Google users.

I have known and worked with Nancy The Organizer for many years. I regard her consummate professional. Nancy needs no directions, and she knows exactly what to do. and I appreciate her help! I don't have to be at home next to her telling what must be done. I left everything in her hands; she organizes my place very meticulously, there were no details that escaped her eyes, she is a perfectionist! I have lots of stuff and I don't know how, but Nancy managed to make room for everything, using her common sense, creativity and imagination. She is a pleasure to work with and I am thrilled with the final outcome. Nancy helped me organize things that I never thought of. I’m so grateful Nancy is in my life. My experience with NTO and her work is inspirational.

Olwen is a true pro. She is always prompt and prepared. Her professionalism is beyond compare. Olwen helped me go through my files and figure out a system to maintain that will work for me. I have had a messy desk for a very long time and was ready to make a change at the beginning of the year. Olwen never judges - she is only there to help and is a great help. She also was able to help me organize my garage and one of my closets, which had clothes that needed to be donated. Olwen took all of the clothes and donated them for me, returning the donation slip. Olwen is absolutely a joy to work with, and I feel so lucky to have found her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help organizing their house.

I can not express how well spent my time with Olwen Turtle went! First off, I called her in October 2020 which was way too early, as we did not end up moving until late March of 2021. After the dust settled and I had unpacked, I realized I was not at all happy with the way I had set up my kitchen. I was anxious to get at least the kitchen boxes emptied but the final result made me very unhappy! Time to call Olwen. I wasn't sure how it was going to go, but I knew I needed help. I could not have been happier, nor pleased with her work!! She has a wonderful eye for decluttering and how to arrange things. I was thrilled as to how all of my bar glasses, china, and kitchen drawers and cabinets were reworked. She not only organized my kitchen, but also redid my laundry room, dresser, one of my closets, bathrooms, and gave wonderful suggestions for additional areas. I will recommend Olwen and continue to use her as necessary, because in my opinion, she is worth every cent! I, and my husband agrees, that I am extremely disorganized. When he came home after 8 hours, even he, who is hyper-organized, was thrilled with Olwen's work. I look forward to a long relationship with Olwen Turtle!!

Olwen did a terrific job in difficult and overwhelming circumstances helping a special needs family, that I referred to her, organize, rearrange, and declutter their home. She also helped them organize, prepare, and pack to move from a home they lived in for 9 years to a new place. The project was overwhelming and required multiple visits. The family needed a lot of help. Olwen was punctual, helpful, caring, and efficient. She consulted with the family regarding their move. She rearranged and moved items around the home for maximum access for the parent in a wheelchair. She then spent several days during November and December purging and packing clothes from the floors and closets. Packed up cds and dvds that were outside in boxes. She spent a lot of time, during the holiday season, helping them prepare to move at the end of December. This was no small task. They needed a lot of help, purging, packing, deciding what to take and what to dispose of. Olwen was instrumental in getting them organized for the move, purchasing and bringing supplies, large boxes for clothes, smaller boxes for books and dvds, purchasing tape & packing paper that were sorely needed. Olwen went above and beyond helping the family. She shopped, purchased, arranged delivery of their new bedroom furniture. Picked up used furniture donated to the family by another client, and delivered it herself to the family. While on Christmas vacation out of the country, she arranged for a handyman to setup the furniture, and assemble it for the family. All done while on vacation and she even checked to make sure everything was taken care of while she was away. Olwen spent hours shopping at IKEA, Target, Big Lots, the Container store, and Walmart for furniture, bedding an other items the family would need for their new home. Olwen dropped off 3 large bags of unneeded clothing, shoes, and household items to Salvation Army and other Donation sites as it was too difficult a task for the family. She also properly disposed of 2 bags of E-waste at a S.A.F.E center for them. There was so much to this job, working with the family, who were in need of some hand holding and reassurance as the work progressed. Olwen was strong, kind, reassuring, and so comforting. Olwen did an amazing job and really helped this family get more than an organized home, but also peace of mind.

Recent Review: From the moment I called OrganizIt! I was impressed. Gus returned my call within an hour, and made an appointment to view our garage. During the consultation, he gave us many good ideas about how to proceed. The floor installer arrived ahead of schedule, and with his crew,did the floor in a very efficient manner. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. The next day, Tony, Gus's chief installer, installed the cabinets and bins. Again, the workmen arrived ahead of schedule, and were not only very professional, and efficient, but very pleasant. The work was done on time and on budget. The results surpass anything we could have anticipated. We are very pleased with OrganizIT!, and would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their organizational skills--and, in fact, already have!

Recent Review: How grateful our family was to find Nancy and her service. A senior family member had over the years accumulated an overwhelming amount of clutter and confusion that filled the home . We felt hopeless that a successful resolution could be easily accomplished , but with this service our problem was totally resolved . Nancy was sensitive , experienced, professional and her workers were angels that were so careful with the needs and feelings of our family member. This work is not easy and only an organization with real understanding and experience could have done such a transformation for us . We are so happy we found TheLAOrganizer to help us !
