Recent Review: It went great - I had 2 previous bids feom local contractors on Angies list - and then my buddy told me about Brian - the owner. I called him out and learned about window tinting. Normally he does commercial work but does private homes "by referral only". We played telephone tag as to when he could come out for the estimate (he was trying to finish the glass polishing at Mandolay Bay), but he gave me an estimate - then met the price of the lowest bidder - and did a super job! This guy is THE MAN!!! From start to finish he was pure professional - from start to cleanup.

Recent Review: The Solar Screen Factory has been a pleasure to work with. I called them on a Monday and spoke with James. James was extremely friendly to speak with and you could tell he wanted to make the experience as easy and quick as possible. He asked for a picture of the windows we wanted to cover. When I texted him the picture he gave me the price estimate within a few minutes. After agreeing to the price, he came to do the measurements that same week on Friday. He brought a few samples of color combinations for the screens to compare with the color of my house. He also showed how well the screens worked by putting them up against the sun. They worked extremely well. The radiant heat of the sun was pretty much totally neutralized by the screens. I picked the colors I liked, he measured the windows, and I payed a deposit. They installed the screens the very next day. So, they were able to have the screens custom built and installed in under a week from when I first called. Jim (I believe) was the one who installed the solar screens on 10 windows. He did a great job and in less than an hour. We are thrilled with how they look and even more happy with how much heat they block on our west facing wall. In fact, we like them so much, we will be ordering more for some of our other windows. If anyone I know needs solar screens installed, I'll definitely be recommending them.

Recent Review: The items received were labeled properly and unbroken. They were installed per the instructions, and functioned.

Recent Review: The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. WRS

Recent Review: Great, the guys were punctual and did what was contracted for to blow in 12” of insulation in my attic and garage ceiling. I already have a bill that shows 18% improvement over last year’s Nevada Power bill. I have an R Value of 40-45 now and what a difference!
