Called for an estimate. The man that came to do the measuring and estimate was very courteous and professional. When it came time to install the windows, the installers said that the ones they had for the job were the wrong ones. We had to wait two months for the right ones and to have them installed. It seems that the person that came to measure did not make the nature of the job clear, so there was confusion as to when siding/stucco would be done. It was further complicated because the man that came to measure was no longer working for the company when the installation was done. The installation went smoothly, they were efficient and cleaned up everything.

Window installed the following week. Professional installer, Curtis Palmer, was on time for the measure and install. The only slight hiccup was the original slow response.

Davis Glass & Mirror
The pane on the fixed side of a sliding window suffer seal failure. I contacted Davis Glass & Mirror of Las Vegas and the receptionist scheduled an installer to check out the problem and provide an estimate. The install came on 8/13/2015 took a number of measurements and call in for a price which was quoted to me. After accepting the bid I paid $100 and was told the building of the replacement would take several weeks or more. I received a call from Davis Glass & Mirror that the replacement was in and scheduled an install date. The installer arrived again within the time window quoted and installed the replacement. All the people that I dealt with were extremely courteous and professional. If I ever have glass issues again I would not hesitate to have Davis Glass & Mirror deal with the issue.

Quality of the windows is excellent. The brothers who did the installation couldn't have been better. Everything was neat and cleaned when they left. I highly recommend the company. No complaints at all. I also had some shutters installed and the Energy One crew worked extremely well in getting what I needed done so that the shutters could be put in as well on the final day of installation. Fast Glass
Fast Glass worker arrived on time and took down the cracked window and the screen. He removed the cracked glass panes and installed the replacement glass panels and re-installed the window and the screen within 35 minutes. He cleaned up the work areas afterwards. The work was done efficiently and professionally.

Contacted davis by phone. Sent employee for estimate. Made a 50% deposit. Was told that window would be ready for in stallation in 7-10 days. After two weeks, I called and was told the window was on its way to be installed. No call prior to my call. Luckily we were home. Installation was done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after installation. Pleased with work, but not communications.

Showed up on time. Installer has been installing for 20 years every window screen was simply made and installed with no problems. They use better quality materials then some of the cheaper competitors. Cost of screens were the same no matter what the size so there is no need for a estimate and then a return visit just count the windows you need repaired and you can figure the price yourself. I gave a B for price but in the end it was fair and I would call them again for service.

We needed to replace our windows and had trouble with another company wanting both of us to be available at the installation (not necessary and quite difficult for us to do). Anyway, this company came out and was much cheaper for thirteen windows (we had a few windows already installed by the and quot;other companyand quot; about five years ago) than the few windows we had previously installed by another company five years ago. The quality appeared to be excellent and the whole process was completed within the stated time with little inconvenience.

Recent Review: I met with Joe Altree for an estimate to replace an 8 foot sliding glass door. Joe was on time and professional but seemed uninterested in the job as it was small in scale compared to their usual bid. I was unable to find much information on the brand of door they planned to use so I ended up using another company for the job. There was no follow up after the estimate.
