Las Vegas Tankless Water Heater Installation

When I called to make an appointment, the first question I asked was if they serviced tankless water heaters. With no hesitation the man answered yes. Although the service man was punctual and nice, he didn't know how to service a tankless water heater. Flushing only the water line did nothing to solve my issue with 130 degree water instead of 120 degrees it was set for. Only after hiring another company and watching them pump water with a descaler into the tank itself, did I realize how little the repairman knew about a tankless heater. Attaching a hose to the line and draining it into the street just showed I had clean water.. He checked some electrical connections and said "tested everything and all is good". He suggested turning down the temperature setting to solve the extra hot water issue. (Which it did not). This company may be ok with other plumbing issues, but after spending $175 with no results, I won't be taking that chance in the future.

Process was very smooth. Tech explained what he was doing very thoroughly. Customer service was excellent, techs were on time and took the time to answer all my questions.

Bryce did an amazing job on my tankless water heater. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very fast. He even took the time to show me how to flush the water heater and clean the filters. Would highly recommend!!

I started gettiing estimates last fall but wanted to wait until this year to make the installation. Jeff was extremely helpful as to explaining the system and my options. He was the only one that acted interested in the job. His price was very competitive. Jeff was very responsive to my situation (old water heater went out in the middle of the process) and he worked to get the job done as quickly as possible. He helped me to get the SW Gas rebate. I have used Phillips Plumbing Co for a number of plumbing needs and each time Gary, the owner is on time and very professional. He recently installed a tankless water heater in my garage. All the water lines and vent pipes were very neatly installed and the work area was clean when he was finished. I highly recommend Phillips Plumbing for any plumbing and water heater installations!

The 2 maintenance people were in the garage and they wore masks initially. They took off the masks as they worked and I don't know if things were contaminated because of it. I will NOT hire them again as long as there is a Covid problem. I would hire them otherwise. That is the reason for the "B".

We called to get a price, as we were doing some comparison shopping. They wouldn't give us a price, even after I supplied the brand and model. In fact, they never called us back after I provided that information. They insisted on sending a tech out to take a look. Shouldn't be necessary for the job we needed, a waste of our time and theirs. Makes me think the tech would have "found" some problem that needed to be fixed. They won't get any business from us.

They were great. Extremely responsive, called to let me know they would be there on the tail end of the 2 hour appointment window (but still on time.) Very professional and efficient. Ordered the part necessary to do the repair, shipped to our house, and were able to come back within an hour of receipt to complete the repair.

My house in Mt Charleston, NV, has two bosch tankless water heaters. One is about 15 years old; the other about 8. Neither had ever been flushed or serviced, and sometimes failed to function properly. I checked with a number of plumbers, and found several that would service tankless water heaters for $100 to $200 each. They did not charge extra to go up the mountain. Rakeman was the only plumber I found certified by Bosch to service their water heaters. Rakeman was expensive; $630 to clean and service the two water heaters plus a $243 trip charge to travel 21 miles up the mountain. I went with Rakeman in spite of their high cost and outrageous trip charge because I wanted someone experienced with Bosch products. Their technician Mic fit the bill. Mic spent three hours working nonstop. He knows what he is doing; the water heaters work well now. Rakeman did honor the Angies list coupon.

The heater had never been flushed and was running extra hot. This provider was a factory authorized repair dealer. He had to run 2 bottles of descaler through the system. The first flush did not solve the problem. He checked with the manufacturer's tech dept several times to determine the problem. The 2nd 40 minute flush did the trick. NOT every plumber knows how to service a tankless water heater, even though they say they can. This company knows what they are doing. I will definitely have them back next year to do the annual maintenance.

Eric was professional, prompt, and worked hard to fix multiple problems. He also installed new tankless water heater, which we wanted. He was courteous and patiently answered all our questions. We will use MC Plumbing again, if we ever have the need.

I purchasing a foreclosure, and I knew I had serious plumbing issues, based on the home inspection report. After contacting Larry, and reviewing his in depth camera inspection etc., I was facing the fact that I would need a new septic tank. I asked him, and two other plumbing companies to give me estimates. After carefully reviewing these 3 estimates, and for several other reasons, I felt more confident with Larry. His extensive plumbing background, knowledge and experience gave me the comfort I needed to give him the approval to move forward on the new septic tank. He and his team did such a great job, that I had him install my new tankless water heater as well. He again did such a professional job on the tankless system, that I have referred him to several others. They too are thrilled with their tankless systems! My past experience with plumbers had me very apprehensive, as their dialog seemed to have always been scripted; in fact, the last time I had a plumber over for a simple service, he tried to sell me on purchasing a whole bunch of other plumbing work, that I simply didn't need! Larry is honest, very clean, he wears booties, and he explains everything in detail. He gets the job done right the first time! Probably the most professional thing Larry did was call me the next day and ask if everything was working OK, and if I was happy. He then came back the following week to check on everything. Very professional. I Highly recommend Pluming Pros!
